Unit is cleaned regularly and used gently. No evidence of residue inside unit. Called techline to confirm this issue was likely due to sheet being cuaght in door. Techline stated this is the only likely cause. No leaks detected.

The unit would switch between agitate and spin in manual mode, but the electro-mechanical shifter was excessively loud. I removed the rotor and found visible damage to the engagement tabs. Office to order p/n W10734521 slider, p/n W10754448 clutch and p/n W10754161 rotor. No leaks observed during service.

Removed evaporator cover and found evaporator fan motor vibrating. Was able to adjust bracket to reduce the vibrating. Used start device WPW10197428 and capacitor WPW10350564 from compressor box. Found compressor now runs. Good frost pattern began forming. Reassembled. All water connections were dry at time of service.

AED4675YQ1 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of dryer not starting and too hot before it stopped. Removed back panel. Checked continuity on thermal fuse. Found no continuity. Removed thermal fuse and installed new replacement. Tested unit. Found element comes on before hitting start. Was able to reposition element coils so that it did not ground. Retested unit. Unit now tumbles and heats as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.
