arrived on site to install cooktop glass. Upon arrival, I met with the customer and inspected the glass cooktop to find that it was cracked near the vent. I quoted the customer CO230 $219.99 for a total including tax of $238.14 for service/labor fees. The cooktop ad accessories were covered by whirlpool. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I removed and replaced the glass cooktop and trim ad tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. Using my silver tape, I sealed the vent hose underneath the cooktop. Job completed.

I verified the error code through the tech sheet and it reported to replaced the main control. I removed the top of the unit to expose the control ad drum. I quoted the customer $220.03 for the control and DR300 $159.99 for diagnosis/labor fee for a total including tax of $411.37. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. arrived one ore to inspect dryer not drying. Upon further inspection, using my dryer vent tester kit, I placed the tester inside the drum on the air vent and placed the unit in fluff mode and tested. The card to the kit never fell off on any test (3 times). I turned the heat on to the unit at the console and turned the unit on and felt a little heat. I removed the back panel to expose the wiring , fuse, cutoffs and element. I verified ohms to all of the components. I removed the element to further inspect and found that the e the element assembly was burnt and will crack soon, but the element checked good on ohms. I removed and replaced the element to prevent a future call back. In the process of removing the connections, one of the connectors broke so I had to use the cutoff that was prescreened and I used the wire that was in the cutoff packaging to repair the broken connector. I tested the unit and it operated as designed other then poor airflow. I advised the customer of my finding

Upon further inspection, after plugging the unit back in, I found that the front left valve was stuck and causing the Ignitor to constantly arc. I attempted to pull the valve knob stem out, but could not. Also found that the grates are warped and the inner front rubber feet on both grates do not touch the cooktop surface. I am ordering both grates, front left valve, and the cooktop. I am ordering the cooktop due to it possibly being warped but will test the new grates before installing the cooktop. I scheduled return service for 10/8/18. No gas leaks observed during service.

Tilted unit up and found motor had a burnt smell. Removed and replaced motor. Reassembled. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. All water connections were dry at time of service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher kick plate not secured. Upon further inspection, I found that the ick plate retainers were missing. I installed two retainers and tested the unit and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

KDTE704DSS Arrived on site. Checked dishwasher for no operation. Found control panel not responding at all and drain pump running but not moving water. Replaced console and found drain pump impeller broken due to debris stuck in pump. Replaced drain pump and tested unit. All functions of dishwasher check good after repair, no water leaks present

Arrived on site to repair unit for noise in freezer section when closing the door, I found a rivot broke off of the left bracket and bent the shaft, I replaced the rivot and replaced the shaft, Mr Barr’s informed that he is not happy that the cabinet is not level and is going to try to swap unit with his dealer, no water leak present at the time of service, see notes
