Upon inspection after removing the ice I found that the thermistor and the heating element was unplugged I corrected this. The customer brought to my attention that the rc door was not closing properly I adjusted the door as best as I could and sealed some off the gas the I found in the chassis. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit turned on and advised that when they turn it off is when they hear the noise which sounds like a vibrating noise. I turned the unit off and did not hear any unusual noises. I removed the filters and removed the side vent from the blower to expose the blower wheel. I found no broken blades on the wheel. I turned the wheel by hand and could hear a faint chiming noise that the customer described but wasnt as loud as it normally gets. I turned the fan on and allowed it run some more and when I turned it off I did not hear the noise. I adjusted the blower wheel and retested by turning the wheel by hand and could still hear the noise. I found no debris inside the blower housing and the wheel is not rubbing on anything. I turned the wheel by hand one more time and tried to pinpoint the noise and it sounds like, its coming from the motor. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is intermittently leaking from the front left corner of her washer and that its not a lot of water but she is concerned since the unit is still under warranty and its a brand new washer. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath the unit. Could not find any water residue anywhere around the unit except for at the top left-hand corner at the fabric softener dispenser. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no water leaks present. Did find the customer was within the range of the service pointer to replace the tub ring due to this issue. "Arrived onsite for a washer that is not draining. I checked stored error codes and found an F9E1, F8E1, & F7E1. I found the inlet hoses reversed and corrected them. I found 13VAC at the drain pump and the drain pump showing 18.9 ohms. I tested voltage out of the control at J10-2 and J10-6 and had 121VAC. I tested resistance thru the harness at the control to the pump and found the harness open. I could not see a break in the harness. The harness will need to be replaced. Returning with the control and the actuator also because of the F7E1 error. Ordering W11591637 lower harness, W11481722 actuator, & W11621183 control. Upon further inspection, I tested the oven and approximately one minute into testing, the oven turned off and error code F8E0 appeared on the display. I cleared the code and cycled power to the unit and retested and it occurred again. I disconnected the harness molex connector for the sensor at the control and the cooling fan turned on, but struggled to come on. I reconnected the harness and retested and the cooling fan continued to operate properly. I advised my customer of my findings and am ordering the cooling fan and will return with all prescreened parts. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that at the previous service call, the voltage was incorrect at the wall and the found the wiring incorrect. I tested voltage at the wall outlet and got 246V. Checked the L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral and both read 123V. I removed the control panel and inspected the timer and found the timer not getting voltage. The main control was getting 122V. I tested the fuse and it was good. I am ordering the main control, timer, dryer main control, thermostat and cutoff kit and scheduled return service. Unit left unplugged for safety. I assisted the customer in connecting to the WiFi and placed the unit in diagnostics. Checked for error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested the unit and the oven is operating as designed. Customer advised they popped popcorn earlier and there was a spark inside the microwave. Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge off at the breaker. I spoke to the customer and found out the unit will almost immediately trip the breaker. I gained access to the compressor and unplugged it. I powered the unit on and found it tripping. I replaced the control and retested I found with the compressor unplugged the unit runs. I plugged the compressor back in and when the control sends voltage to the compressor it trips the breaker. "Arrived onsite for replacement of lid latch. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F7-E1 basket speed sensor fault. Ran manual test . During test found agitator operates but basket does not during spin test. Test capacitor and is within capacitance. Found that could not turn basket by hand. Gearcase is locked up. Was able to free up gearcase with force turning basket. Test unit and basket now turns but is extremely loud. Need to replace gearcase, wash-plate due to being seized on shaft, cam, and belt due to being worn.

Can you do access to the control area and found water residue inside the valve housing indicating a bad gasket seal for the valve.
