I found the cam teeth sheered off. I installed a cam from truck stock and retested. I heard no valve noise but could still hear a screeching sound from the gearcase. I am ordering the gearcase, cam, actuator, capacitor, belt, and valve to resolve. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F60 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Around the entry diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) barcodes. The customer showed me a video of what happened and I could see an OFB error message appear. They advised that they saw the unit was going off balance, and removed all clothes. They said that even with just a tub full of water that the unit was going off balance. Around the unit through a spin cycle and could hear evidence of some grinding going on underneath. removed the rotor and found the slider, broken and grinding against the clutch. Replaced the slider with a truck stock slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I found the wash LED lit up on the control panel. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1 & F2E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Per code F8Eq-long fill/no fill, I manually tested the valves and they continue to operate as designed. Due to the F2E1-stuck key code, I removed and replaced the main control and when I disassembled the panel, I found the water level sensor tube not connected to the control (photo). Once I had the control replaced, I calibrated the unit and retested and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I began to evacuate the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I isolated the exchanger and evaporator and heat loop and found no leaks. Using my black light, I searched for an6 signs of dye leaking from the evaporator and found nothing. I checked at the compressor area and found dye under the compressor and spray marks on the access valve. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for approximately 24 hours before placing items inside. No water connections to the unit/no leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling upon arrival I found 58* in RC. 5*in fc. Upon further inspection I found water in the pantry ui. And the RC evap frozen over. I also found that the RC door gasket torn. I am ordering the drain pan it may be downed due to icing, damper due to icing the ice may have damaged it. Wire harness due to the RC fan not running, drain tube and adhesive to help seal up the drain hole from air seeping in at the back of the unit. I am also ordering the gasket as it is torn and leaking warm air in to the unit. And returning with all controls to replace the water found in the pantry Ui may have caused some damage to the other controls in the unit. "KFGG504KPS3 Arrived to inspect oven light not shutting off. I found the actuator rod had popped out of its thru-hole and corrected. During service, I noted the faint odor of LPG. I checked all connections within the unit and found no signs of leaks. The wall behind the unit had an entry point and gas could be detected at that point. On the other side of the wall, the unit was connected to a refillable LPG/regulator system and gas odor was detected at the penetration point as well. I suspect the supply line has a pinhole leak and I shut the gas to the unit off and advised the customer of the repair and my findings of the gas leak."

Found orifice for broil may be wrong size as flame is small. Unit already too hot to go into. Customer will change or call back if unable to call complete. Call complete.

Placed the unit into service diagnostic mode and found the following error codes F7E1 F3E3 F5E1. Cleared the codes for testing and found that there was no water entering the unit. Checked the valve under the sink and found it in the off position. Turned it on and placed the unit back into diagnostic mode and the unit operated as designed with no water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noise. The customer informed me it sounds like theres something caught in the fan. I ran all fans in service test and found them running quietly. I found nothing restricting the fans. I ran the damper motor and found it running quietly. The FC temperature is set to -4. I changed it to 1. I instructed the customer that most likely ice was coming into contact with the evaporator fan causing the noise and has since defrosted. This is most likely caused by the FC temperature being set too low. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.

I found the control set at manufacturer recommended setting. I found the ice bin completely full and both the RC and FC sections were packed with food/drink items restricting airflow. I inspected the FC evap cover for ice/frost build up and found none. I advised the customer of my findings and the cause of the slow ice production being the unit having too much food items inside and blocking the airflow chambers at the back of each section.
