Arrived onsite for dishwasher retaining water. I put in a test cycle and found the unit to operate correctly. Drain pump has no issue draining and I inspected to find no leaks occurring underneath. I found the RO system to be hooked up with the drain line to the dishwasher in a y pipe. I explained to the customer this causes a backfill into the dishwasher filling up the tub. I also found a layer of suds present. I informed the customer and recommended trying liquid detergent and I turned the rinse aid dispenser to minimum. No issues were found with the unit itself and all functioned as it should. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed. I made customer aware something will need to be done about the ro system routing.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Examined unit and spoke with resident, who said RC constantly moved between 40-60, and was 66 at time of service (freezer at -5). Freezer they said got as low as -10 and stayed cold. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the evaporator fan never came on, and did not come on through diagnostics either. I removed the evap cover and found fan dead. I spun the blade and the fan slowly turned and kept running, but fan was super weak. Replaced evaporator fan and found it blowing heavy as soon as it was plugged in. Unit working as designed at this time. Parts used - WPW10464673."

"Arrived on site to test unit for dispenser issues and spray arms not moving. Upon arrival customer stated dishes will not get cleaned and dispenser doesnt release the pod. Tested unit, found valve stopping water flow prematurely. Also found the dispenser door is getting stuck, not allowing the release of the pod. Wash motor engages but when washing the top rack unit does not have enough water in the tub to feed the top rack spray arm. Unit will need a new control, dispenser and potentially a new sump. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that makes a popping sound when the door is opened. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what he was talking about and when he pushed the door almost all the way down, the unit would make a weird rubbing and popping sound. I checked underneath the door and found the bottom cover installed backwards, causing the door to run into it and cause the cover to pop once the door cleared. I fixed the installation on the cover and tested the unit. I found the door opening and closing as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed."

The customer advised that the unit will not start a cycle, and that's it consistently has a buzzing noise when plugged in. I plugged in the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I found the unit attempting to drain when the basket was empty. I ran the unit into diagnostics, and the unit tried to run the drain pump again. I found an F8 E1 (long fill), F1 E1 (main control failure), and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked to the pressure hose and did not find any splits in the pressure hose. I blew through the pressure hose from the control side and did not find any debris inside of the pressure hose. I replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they went on a trip, and when they came back, things in the freezer had semi thawed out. She advised that the unit will keep things frozen but has recently started cooling normally again so she doesnt know what the issue is. I took temperature in the freezer and refrigerator sections. I found the freezer in a defrost at 10 degrees fahrenheitI and the RC section at 38 degrees farenheit. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I gained access to the compressor and found the compressor pulling .721 A and cooling the refrigerator. The compressor was cool to touch and did not have any signs of being defective, i gained access to tue control and found the evaporator thermistor reading 18.75 k ohms (7 degrees Fahrenheit) and the RC thermistor reading 7.3 k ohms (39 degrees fahrenheit). I found the heater within range. I went ahead and uh, replaced the main control and refrigerator thermistor and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived on site for washing machine that is going off balance and is leaking oil. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit goes off balance no matter what is put in it. She stated that she wasn't really sure if it was really leaking oil underneath. But it was doing the same thing as it was last time back in April. I checked underneath the unit and did not find any evidence of an oil leak. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was shot. I attempted to wobble the basket on the drive shaft and found that the basket was secure on the drive shaft. I went ahead and replaced the suspension and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for door not closing properly. After further inspection found the door and hinge are good. Needed to make adjustment where hinge mounts under unit. Door now operates correctly. Job complete

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7740677210 and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker.
