"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit goes back-and-forth on how much it cools. He advised that if he unplugged it and plugged it back in after a couple hours, the freezer will get down to around 20?, but then it will start to slowly warm up Until he unplugged it for several more hours. Gained access to the evaporator and found evidence of an ice ball being formed where the cap to meets into the evaporator. I did advise the customer. This would indicate either a failing compressor or a potential leak. Arrived onsite for a range with a nonfunctional broil burner. Upon arrival I found this to be true.upon further inspection I found that the spark igniter was making contact with the back panel causing the spark to jump to that instead of igniting the gas. I have on site for a washing machine that is making a lot of loud noises during the spin cycle. Test the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the belt slipping on the cam. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. Found the unit was having a hard time draining. I removed the drain pump and found some blockage at the top. I removed the blockage and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for unit not cooling and RC section. On arrival inspected unit. Found evaporator fan motor not functioning again. Replaced and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is still intermittently. Unable to make selections. Inspected unit in work area. The customer advised that it is only happened once or twice since the previous visit but that they are still having issues intermittently where the cycle wont run through and gets paused. The customer advised that she has run a number of loads that Ive worked on throughout the entire cycle but that when this happens, the unit will start the cycle but will go through 3 to 5 minutes and then start blinking like its in a paused state. The customer can try to resume the cycle But she advised it happened six times in a row last week. She unplugged it and left it for a little while, and still have the same issue. She said that once she left it alone for a couple hours, the unit started working again. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) and F7 E0 (loss of power) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working an operating as designed. I called the tagline and spoke to Derek SR# 7738287347. He advised that with there being no stored error codes that would indicate a failure or any issues we can replicate, he advised that he would need a video of what was happening prior to any further repair. He advised to make no repairs at this time and I have the customer call back when they can get the video of the unit feeling. Advised the customer of techlines findings. Call complete."

WFG505M0MS0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the burner tube orifice and the issue was resolved. Arrived onsite for a DW that is not letting water into the unit. Upon testing the unit I found that the water inlet valve would hum but no water would enter the unit. "WZF34X20DW05 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit was not cooling as expected. Inspection of the evaporator revealed little flow from the cap tube, however the compressor and high side of the system were warm as expected. Using direct flame at the evaporator intake, I was able to cause refrigerant flow to resume. Due to prior vacuuming down to 330 microns and this compressor doing similar noises, I do not suspect moisture within the system, but that the cap tube may have a burr or debris limiting flow and the intense pinpoint heat caused the change in flow rate. Returning tech must de-braze the cap tube and reinstall. I am ordering the dye drier and evaporator in case of need. No water connections to unit.; ordrng 1 W11572047 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Dye Drier) and 1 R600a (All Copper R600a) and 1 2HourService (Sealed System)"

Arrived onsite for a dryer the is making a saw like noise. Upon arrival I ran the unit and heard the noise. I gained access to the inside of the unit and tested the motor without the drum in the unit and found it good and not making the noise. I inspected the right rear roller and found the it was the source of the noise due to a defective bearing. I replaced the roller and put the unit back together and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and the customer stated that the unit will fill with water and drain but will not actually wash the dishes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I confirmed that the wash motor would not run in the auto test. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to working operate as designed with no leaks present. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it takes them several cycles in order to dry clothes. I checked the unit on a high heat cycle and found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. Checked behind the unit and found the vent hose and sneaking several different directions before going into the wall. Tested airflow and found poor airflow for electric dryers. I advise the customer that they will need to replace there vent hose and that if further issues persists, they may need to get their vents cleaned. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit appeared to be operating as designed. I checked error codes again and found F7E1-motor failure. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"MHW5630HW2 Arrived to inspect not draining. Service test mode had errors codes of F0E2, F9E1 and F0E1, which were cleared for testing. I found in test mode the unit drained slowly and I disassembled the pump for inspection. Thee were several smaller articles of clothing stuck in the strainer, preventing flow and they appeared to have been in the area for some period of time. I removed and tested and the unit resumed normal operation. No leaks observed during service. I applied the warranty to the service."

Arrived on site for gas type smell when operating oven. Upon arrival. Gas supply is on and electronic sniffer is not detecting any gas leak. Customer states that the smell comes from oven when in use. Inspected and test oven. Valve is correct and not leaking. Preheated oven to 350. Allowed unit to cycle a few times. Have electronic sniffer on top of range and there is zero detection. Found there is no ventilation in kitchen. The smell that the customer is smelling is from the normal smell coming from top vent. There are no other smells observed. There is no repair to be made. Contacted. Shea a from SAFTEY and explained. Notes were updated MfrRef # 7738128001

"Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that after preheat was complete the unit would trip the breaker. The breaker would not reset until 10-15 minutes later. Called tech line for assistance. Ran checks and found continuity from neutral on control to ground wire. Spoke to Chris SR#7738204275. Disconnected wires to test continuity. After reassembly , tested unit and unit was no longer tripping. Ran unit at 350 then again at 380 degrees. Need to contact safety team. Would recommend if symptoms persist try replacing the main wire harness."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking from water inlet assembly on the side. Found Replaced F9e2, f8e4. Confirmed leak causing issue. Removed and replaced inlet valve assembly. Verified operation. Call complete"

"Arrived onsite for a range that is tripping the breaker. Upon arrival I found the unit unplugged I checked polarity and voltage and found them good. I plugged the unit in and tested the unit and found that the display flickered and the the breaker tripped, I checked for any shorts and found none I replaced the control and tested the unit and found the the breaker Still tripped. I contacted techline and advised of my findings and it was determined that the breaker my be week Sr#7738200561 I did advise the customer to have the breaker checked or replaced, and to make sure that the unit is on a dedicated Circuit."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further inspection, I placed my microwave tester inside the unit and pressed start for 30 seconds and immediately the unit began to make a loud humming noise. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover to find the magnetron shorted out and burnt the transformer harness molex (photo). I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and am ordering the transformer and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 01/16;23 (KC). Unit placed back in its space and left unplugged for safety.; ordrng 1 W11371266 (Transformer) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived onsite for a DW that is still leaking after a repair. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the lower spray arm got stuck on the heating element support and will spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. I bent the support out of the way and ran the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for some burners not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found cooktop lined with foil and igniter grounded out. Recommend using different material for cooktop cover. Center burner needed clean out. Separated and cleaned. All burners are functioning at this time . Job complete
