I inspected the UI and attempted to unplug the UI from the control and close the door to see if the unit would go into drain mode and received nothing. Office to order console and scheduled return service for 06/12/18 KC and I will return with the sump/motor assembly, the drain pump and inlet valve. No water leaks observed during service. Unit was powered off at the time of departure.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. As soon as the unit began to fill, the sump began to leak at the diverted. I immediately shut the unit off and drained the unit. I quoted the customer $166.45 sump/motor, $60.61 for panel, $30.16 x4 $120.64 for lower rack wheels, $199.99 for labor/service fee for a total with tax of $592.87. Customer advised that she would need to discuss with husband and would let the office know if they wanted to move forward with repair. I advised the customer the the quote is good for 30 days. Customer paid $108.24 for service fee today and total repair after service fees would be $484.63 due at the time of repair. No water leaks observed at the end of service. Took pictures of damage to floors under unit.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking and dispenser door not opening. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and began testing. As soon as the water began to flow into the unit, water began to leak from the motor/diverted area of the sump. I stopped the unit and designed it immediately. I checked the dispenser and found that it locked but when engaged to open, the door would not open. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and the dispenser and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. Also found that the unit was missing the bottom panel and both retainers. Office to order panel and two retainers and scheduled return service for 06/07/18 SP. Per the customer, if they are not home, they advised to leave the parts on the porch and they would install if needed. No water leaks observed after service.

Arrived on site and found when compressor is running there is a rattling buzzing noise from it making contact with cabinet. Touching the compressor and pushing on it will stop. spoke with techline Robert. SR7722147182 there is no recommended service that can address vibration at this time. used a rubber pad as a bushing between compressor and cabinet surfaces and this is absorbing noise and vibration. Customer explained that they still do not want this unit due to the noise and are going to discuss a replaccement with retailer.

Upon further inspection, I verified voltage at the outlet and at the back of the unit. I verified ohms at the fuse, and element, but the cutoff was open. I removed and replaced the cutoff and tested unit and unit operated as designed. I verified airflow with an airflow tester, as well. I found that the unit did not have any feet to center the unit. Arrived on site for no ice production, found wiring harness to ice maker motor loose. Reattached wiring, ran unit through once wiring attached, unit called for water started ice production. Showed daughter unit had called for water and motor was advancing. All water connections dry.
