"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. Customer said that the noise happens in spin mode. Customer had a load ready to start. Once the load went into spin cycle it was off balance and it was knocking and moving. I saw that the load was mostly on one side, I stop the unit and balanced the load out and restarted the cycle and it worked as designed. I checked underneath the unit and there was no oil and the shock are still in good shape. The design of the unit with washplate might cause the clothes to bunch up on one side. I reset the unit to factory settings and calibrated the unit. Informed the customer that if it still gives her problem to call us. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is vibrating violently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that that unit seems to make a loud banging sound when it goes into spin. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Found evidence of the drain hose banging against the back of the wall due to some black marks on the backside of the wall. Ran the unit through a spin test and found that the unit was unlevel and the tub was banging against the front cabinet. Adjusted the feet on the washer and ran the unit through diagnostics. The unit began to run and operate as designed. I asked the customer about his low types and he advised that he runs extremely late loads due to not wanting to overload the washer. I did explain to the customer that because of the suspension style washer he has, the best way to ensure a good lad is to fill up he basket 1/3 of the way to allow proper weight distribution. After running all my tests, I did not find anything necessarily wrong with the unit besides the leveling of the feet and did advise the customer to test out the unit at this point with the washer being leveled. Remove the evaporator cover and checked the evaporator through Mr. Found it reading 11.77 kg ohms indicating a thermistor reading of 21?F. Went to check the heater and when trying to remove the black wire connector off the heater, found the black wire completely pulled itself out. Remove the connector and checked the heater. Found the heater was within range. Reconnected the wiring onto the connector and added electrical tape to keep the connector and the wiring together. "KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised me the unit never cooled correctly and in was in the mid 40s in both chambers. The unit had an inverter driven R600a compressor and I found the inverter supply drawing 2.2 amps. I verified 3.5-4.5 KHz compressor run trigger in test mode 5 and also that the three way valve, both tactile and audibly, appeared operational. The high side discharge went through different phases during testing and was from moderately warm to the touch (4 KHz), to near room temperature (3.5 KHz), all during extended compressor run conditions. The return from the condenser into the cabinet heat loop never exceeded room temperature. The temperature of the compressor was moderately warm. The compressor is faulty and will require replacement. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange 2 hour sealed system return service. No leaks observed during service. I tested the ice maker and it filled with water. I found the RC evaporator cover gapped allowing cold freezing air to escape and hit the reservoir causing it to freeze. Using some manufacturer approved permagum from my van stock (212643), I sealed off the gap. Customer also advised that they had to use a pair of pliers to remove the filter to replace it. I inspected the filter and housing and found the housing broken and the cover not the correct part for this model. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not getting as cold as it used to. Upon I found that the unit was in defrost when I arrived. Arrived onsite for a washer that stays in sensing and will not advance. The customer had a video and when start was pressed after a cycle was selected the UI would just beep. I found and F5E1 stored error. I tested the door lock and found it defective. I replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on range that was not properly heating and holding temp. Tested unit and felt like the flames all around were weak. After mins of preheat unit barely broke 100 degrees. Checked regulator on propane tank and found valve was mostly closed. Opened valve fully. Ran unit with opened regulator on LP tank and smelled strong gas smell when oven was in use. Whether unit was cycling or not gas is likely seeping from the valve. When it does heat the temp rises much faster, however the gas smell is still present. Gas valve doesn't seem to be fully closing and leaking LP. Advised recommended repair is to replace gas valve and possible regulator. "Arrived onsite for a washer that continues to fill and drain and also has issues locking. I found the door latch resistance out of range causing the locking issue. I found the hot water valve not closing sometimes when power stopped being applied. If I shut the wall valve off the valve would close and not open when the water was turned back on. The customers water pressure is good. The door latch and the fill valve will need to be replaced. Ordering the latch and fill valve assy.
