arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working and no lights coming on on the control panel. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the power on to the unit as its hard wired. No lights came on to the control panel and it had no functions. I quoted the customer DW135 $169.99 and $161.31 for a control panel for a total including tax of 358.63. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full and I removed and replaced the control panel and tested the unit. Unit showed error codes 2/1 and 10/1 ate the beginning, so I cleared them and continued with diagnostics. The unit operated as designed with no error codes are the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Model WDT970SAHV0, Arrived on call for dishwasher top rack has to force it in to allow door to close and dispenser is not dissolving soap packs and there is a discoloration on inner dishwasher, found that discoloration is from calcium buildup, also found adjuster kit for top rack was bad so replaced it today and also found that the dispenser door is jamming, will need to order dispenser, will reschedule for 7/30/18, customer request 4-6 pm service, did instruct customer time frame is not a guarantee that he will get that time frame. And if there is a opening for sooner service to call him to see if he is available, did instruct customer on running hot water at sink before starting dishwasher and instruction on soap and rinse aid use.

arrived on site to inspect cooktop not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the breaker had been tripped. I verified voltage to the unit at the terminal block and voltage to all switches before testing unit. Once the breaker had been turned on and I verified voltage, I turned each burner on and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that the last time he used the unit, he turned the left rear burner on and a red streak of light went from the switch to the burner. I also verified all wiring was good. I recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the breaker to be on the safe side. Job completed.

I verified voltage at the outlet and terminal block. I verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and element. I verified voltage to the motor as well. I checked voltage at the start switch and found it open. I am ordering a start switch and scheduled return service for 07/27/18. No lint observed during service. I will return with roe screened parts in case there is something else going on with the unit.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not closing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not getting water and the right side of the door is not sealing. I found that the valve to the water coming out of the house was turned off. I turned the valve on and the unit began to dispense water into the tub. The unit is sitting on an uneven floor which makes it look like the door is sagging or not closing well. I demonstrated to the customer that if I were to raise the unit on the right side, the door would drag when closing causing it to hit on the right side of the chassis. The floor is uneven approximately 1/8 of an inch. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. I found a large amount of soap debris in the tub and advised the customer to stop using detergent pods as they produce too much soap and can damage the unit. I recommended that they use liquid or liquid gel and no more than two teaspoons and to use rinse aid as wel

Was able to adjust leg back to tile. Used mounting brackets to secure unit to under counter. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site for washer lid locked and unit did not complete cycle, found no power was getting to unit and breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker and put unit into diagnostic mode, found unit was functioning properly on all test cycles. Water lines were dry at time of service.

WRV986FDEM01 (5 Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite to install new deli pantry control to 5 door refrigerator from my prior diagnosis. Removed deli control and installed new replacement. Removed all ice from RC evaporator cover. Reassembled and powered unit. Unit now powers on and does not reset. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
