I found the unit was in defrost mode. After waiting for a while, the unit kicked on and both fans and the compressor began functioning. "WRT318FMDM05 Arrived to perform sealed system service. I found the unit was R134A and verified by the compressor and chassis plaques. I recovered the refrigerant, noting a likely full charge and removed the compressor and drier. I installed the replacement compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed the system. After reaching below 500 microns and also holding for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit began cooling as designed. "WRT318FZDM00 Arrived to inspect no ice production. I found the water was not turned on and after correcting, the ice maker cycled and filled to appropriate level. During testing, I found the water supply line, supplied by the installer, was leaking at the valve side of the line and was likely over-tightened. I advised the customer I had to shut the water off at the supply and shut the ice maker off via bail arm, to prevent water damage and after the line is replaced, the water turned back on and the bail arm flipped down, normal operations should resumed. No leaks of the unit observed during service."

"WTW5100HC2 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit was displaying F9E1 and F2E1 and I cleared for testing. I found the drain pump and all other line VAC loads were inoperative. The drain pump connection at the control also had line VAC present and unchanging with manual test mode drain pump actuation. The drain pump line showed an open circuit and I found the connector had broken and I was able to correct. I drained with the existing pump and an auxiliary rip cord and the unit drained as expected. I removed and replaced the control and all functions resumed normally. I calibrated the unit and centered the rotating mass. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to instal refrigerator door gasket W10917313. I used heat to re-form the gasket due to shipping creasing and after fully re-formed, removed the failed existing door gasket and installed the replacement. The gasket seal was improved around the door and further air leaking issues should be resolved. I discussed the units operation with the customer, since my last visit and it appears prior temperature swing issues have been resolved. I advised the customer if they would like to see more accurate temperatures to place a temperature probe in a container, preferably plastic and approximately six ounces in size, filled with water and to ensure the probe does not touch the sides of the container. Place it in the refrigerator chamber and allow 24 hours for the temperature to settle. This will provide the most accurate internal temperature, not including slight and expected swings from the areas nearest the air vents. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is creating lint on the customers clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that ahe rimarily wears athletic clothes with polyester and that the washing machine has been continuously creating lint balls on her clothes. I asked the customer what type of load settings she has tried. She advised that she only uses the normal wash setting and the auto sensing water level but will adjust the temperature depending on if shes washing colors or whites. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Checked the agitator for any burrs and did not find any. The customer went to go grab a load of clothes that she typically has this issue with and started loading the washer. I found customer was loading the washer by wrapping her clothes around the agitator. I did explain to the customer that wrapping the clothes around the agitator could be contributing towards this issue because the new style Water efficient washers need to have clothes dropped in the washer instead of wrapped around. The customer and disagreed with him my request and advised that she had always washed clothes like this. I explained the way the washer works and advised her to run the unit on delicates and deep water wash for those clothes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7735743274. She advised that based on all the information, that I was correct and there is nothing that we can do to this washer to adjust it per the customers specifications. He advised that this low water washer can be more difficult on clothes and thats why we need to change the cycle selections based on what the customer is actually washing. He advised to make no repairs at this time and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washer that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Did verify the customers complaint. Attempted to drain the unit and found the unit buzzing but the drain pump not actually pushing water through. Found the drain pump at fault and replace the drain pump. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is shutting off prematurely. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they are having to run the cycle at least 2 to 3 times to dry clothes and the unit seems to shut off prior to the estimated time. I asked the customer if theyve tried drying items on a time dry cycle and advised that they do not use time dry at all ran into diagnostics and checked the outlet through Mr. Found this outlet through Mr. within range. Checked the unit in diagnostic mode and was able to get the light to turn off when testing the moisture sensor bars indicating a good moisture sensor reading. I did notice that the vent hose off the bat had several turns in the hose potentially creating an airflow issue. I ran a vet test kit on the unit and found the dryer showing good airflow circulation for all dryers on the dryer was pulled out a little bit. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7735740577. He advised that based on all the information, he would have me replace the control but that if other issues persisted, the issue would have to be with the vent venting going out from the dryer so to replace the vent hose itself. Replaced the control and test of the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that she has had ice get stuck in her shoot twice and has had to chisel out the ice in order to get ice to be able to dispense again. I checked the eye shoot for any signs of abnormality. Found the shoot was in proper order. Checked the ice container and found the ice container full of ice. Did find minimal signs of frosting in the ice shoot. Went ahead and replaced the ice door but did inform the customer that they may have issues with her ice clumping together from time to time if they do not use all the ice and it getting stuck in the ice chute causing this issue. I did advise the customer that if she is not using half a container of ice a day, she would need to dump out her ice bin from time to time to ensure that she doesnt have any ice clumps in her ice container. After installing the ice door, I tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed a broken deli thermistor wire in the deli harness and not cooling well in either compartment. I found the compartment temperature at 64 degrees and my equalized pressures at 40 indicating there should not be a leak and just an insufficient compressor. I changed the deli harness. I installed a new compressor and drier and added an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 6 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and within a few minutes I had a full frost pattern on the RC evaporator and good pressures.the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that still is making a chemical smell. Ms had a blanket drying when I arrived and the room did have a faint chemical type of smell. I explained that I could disassemble the dryer and vacuum it out to see if this would solve the issue when I went to unplug the dryer I found the dryer connected to a 4 wire to 3 wire adapter and plugged into a 3 wire wall outlet. The adapter did not want to disconnect from the wall outlet so I forced it out and found one of the legs on the outlet burning the insulator and the adapter was doing the same thing causing the smell the customer was experiencing. I took photos of all. I advised the customer to have a 4 wire receptacle installed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for MW door not shutting. On inspection the door could not close all the way to make contact with the switches. I pulled the unit out a few inches and noticed that the door was working properly. Pushed the unit back in when I went to open the door the bottom of the unit got pushed out 1/2 inch. Thats when I noticed that the spacer kit was not installed. The hinges are sitting on top of trim of the cabinet. It has to have the spacer kit so the hinges do hit the cabinet trim. Called the builder to let them know it was missing from the installation.

Arrived on site for yellow flames on cooktop. On inspection found the front left burner had to small of a orfice changed it out and adjust the flames on the dual burner heads. No gas leaks detected during inspection. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site diagnosed a defective freezer led module per service pointer installed updated led module autho S191AQ ; used 1 W11601311 (Led module) from stock

"Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Found unit was leaning forward potentially causing water to bypass front tub lip. Adjusted unit and completed diagnostics with no issues. No signs inside door of vent or dispenser leaking. Advised to monitor, no leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite and replaced the compressor and drier and added an access port. Vacuumed system for 18 minutes. Held vacuum. Charged system with 41g of r600 and tested. unit is now operating as designed. Compressor is running and unit is beginning to cool. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was washer leaking water. Ran unit in diagnostics and found water leaking from the softener reservoir, found a sock clogging the drain for the softer. Retested and unit is now operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for door stop cover damage. Found covers are not damaged. Advised issue is cosmetic and would not affect the function of the unit. Customer stated they could live with it. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for frost building up on left top corner of FC. Found door was tweaked a bit preventing door from sealing properly. Adjusted door to close evenly and now working as designed. Advised customer to open and close door directly from center to prevent issues. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not turning on. Found unit only recieving 120V from home. Electrical issue will need to be resolved before unit will be operational.
