Arrived on site for the unit is not making ice and there is ice buildup in the freezer. Found a ice sheet at the bottom of the freezer liner due to the drain is clogged. Tested the icemaker and it will not rotate. Replace the icemaker and the drain tube kit and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

WDF320PADS1 Arrived to inspect poor wash and drying. I found detergent residue within the unit during service test mode and there were no stored error codes or rinse agent within the dispenser and the customer was using tablets and pre-rinsing. I completed the service test mode to reset the control and verify that the heater safety lockout was not engaged. I advised the customer on the importance of purging cold water from the hot water supply at the sink prior to use, the correct type and amount of detergent for their usage and the type and amount of rinse agent. The unit did not generate any further errors during test mode and completed as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Maytag washer MVWX655DW1. Arrived on site to diagnose a washing machine that will not turn on. Found no power at wall outlet to unit. Found breaker is tripped and it is a GFCI breaker. Reset breaker and tested machine. Found all is functioning properly at this time and there are no electrical issues. Advised homeowner per manufacturers recommendations appliances should not be hooked up to AFCI or GFCI circuit's. No leaks were found at time of service.

The cabinet required leveling and squaring, but the left rc door closer is not working and will require replacement. I sealed gapping within the rc and fc openings with mfg approved adhesive. I leveled the chassis and squared the doors and tested. The fc and rc required gap sealing with mfg approve adhesive 8201711 and the fc door is badly mismolded and allowing the seal to fall out of the lower channel. Office to order p/n 13107111SQ door fil, ss. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service.

I completed the service test mode to reset the control and verify that the heater safety lockout was not engaged. I advised the customer on the importance of purging cold water from the hot water supply at the sink prior to use, the correct type and amount of detergent for their usage and the type and amount of rinse agent. The customer has a water softener. The dispenser will not open on its own and requires replacement. The upper rack is leaning down at the front and requires the adjusters. Upon our return, the unit will need to be leveled as well. Office to order p/n W10861000 dispenser, p/n W10838949 adjuster and p/n W10837306 adjuster. No leaks observed during service.
