"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not drying properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit runs through each cycle but that the dishes always come out wet and not dry. She stated that the unit has been this way ever since they bought it and have been going through Variety of service people on this unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed with the heater coming on at the end of the cycle. The customer stated that she didnt believe this dishwasher would drive so little due to the fact that she has several other dishwashers at other properties that dry fully. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7738667295. He advised that based on the fact that the customer is not using rinse aid, the customer has a plastic tub, and the style and design of this unit, this dishwasher will not dry completely. He advised this unit is meant to be an energy, efficient dishwasher, and therefore does not use the heater as long as other dishwashers. He advised that it is no component that we can replace that would enhance the driving ability of the machine and that the unit is working an operating as designed. He advised to make nail repair at this time. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for DW with a door that falls down when opened. Upon arrival I found this to be true. I pulley the unit out to inspect the hinges and found the the spring on the right hand side had slipped off of the hook that holds it in place. I corrected this and reinstalled the unit and tested the door and found the door opening as designed.

"KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. Upon arrival, the unit was cooling and I found 37 in the RC and -8 in the FC. Six hour temperatures recorded by the control system were: RC, max 69, min 32, avg 37. FC, max 59, min -18, avg -2. Pantry, max 69, min 29, avg 33. Ice box, max 62, min -13, avg 13. The ice in was full and everything appeared to operate as expected. This service, both evaporators were completely clear of ice mass and frost. Having prior history with this temperature swing issue on limited other machines, the UI, dispenser UI and HV control should be replaced simultaneously. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with noises customer concerned about noises. Identified some of the noises as defrost popping and hissing. Advised this will happen as many as 2 times per day. Arrived on site for oven tripping the breaker. Found breaker off. Reset and attempted to pull oven from wall but was not successful. Found power wire goes into wall above and microwave is above. Arrived onsite for washer not cleaning clothes. On inspection I saw the load of clothes that was going into the washer. I explained that you can not put that many in the washer. Customer was filling the washer to the top of the unit before they started the unit up. I showed customer how high the clothes should be in the tub. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling correctly. On inspection found the fc evap cover with 1/2 inch frost on it. Had customer sign the defrost waiver. "Arrived on site for a range that has a gas odor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has given off a gas odor 3 times since they originally moved in in October and that it has not been consistent but that they had Atmos come out and tell them that it was an issue within the oven. The customer stated that it only happens when they use the bake cycle on this unit and it does not always smell like gas. They advise that theyve been using this thing repeatedly even with the three separate instances, and if they have not experienced any fireballs, or any kind of abnormal use within the machine. Are used a carbon meter to test carbon detection and did not register any measurement of CO2 inside the unit, in front of the unit, or in the back of the unit. I tested the unit several times and multiple spots and still cannot get any detection of CO2 Monoxide. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7738653681. He had me do a few checks, but did advise that if the unit was leaking, the customer wouldve experienced a fireball or some sort of explosion, especially since the customer has been using the product repeatedly after having those gas smells. He advised that the most likely occurrence would be the burned up gas since it is a gas oven. He advised that since no CO2 levels were recorded on the front, back, or inside of the oven, the issue would have to be that or some thing on the gas provider side. Advise. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer leaking water on the front left corner. I found the fabric softener valve letting to much water in and overflowing the dispenser causing the leak. Removed lower drawer and found cheese bags blocking airflow pushing up cover. Confirmed ice building up on right hand side . Confirmed ref defrost is working. Will need new cover and gasket. Arrived on site for off balanced washer . Found left rear spring out of bracket . Replaced all suspension rods . Ran diagnostics and calibration cycles . All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not starting. I tested the unit and found the motor buzzed and does not start. I started to smell something hot shortly after. I removed the front panel after feeling the drum hard to turn, and found the base plate and both front corners were dented and folded, and likely causing the motor to bind. Ordering new framework, motor, and motor base to resolve. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven shutting off. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of an error code which was F2E1-stuck key. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1 and F1E1-AM failure. Customer advised the unit has been heating/cooling just fine until recently when they found the stuck key error. I pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the control panel and cycled power for approximately one minute then cycled power again to remove and replace the main control (F1E1). Cycled power on and tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found no Leland coming from the dishwasher. Found leak coming from water line under the sink. Showed customer the leak and told him he would need a Plummer. Job complete.

Also fill tube was pushed back into unit causing water to splash on top shelf and freeze. Installed ice maker properly and fitted the fill tube to its proper position. "Arrived on site to test unit for food freezing RC, tested unit found that evaporator is not frozen, customer stated that she has to keep temperature at 42 to prevent food from freezing, thermistors are reading properly at control, replaced control and front UI, and advised customer to monitor, if items are still freezing call us back , at this time job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dryer that stopped mid cycle on time dry. Upon arrival I the customer advised me that the unit would also stop and start on its own. I then tested the unit by running the unit in time dry but couldnt duplicate the issue. I gained access to the thermistors and the heating element and tested them with my multimeter and found them good. While doing this I found a loos screw sitting in the cabinet which I removed. The I gained access to the lower wheel and found that the seal that goes between the cabinet and the duct damaged. I am ordering the seal and setting return for the 03\15\24; ordrng 1 WP339956 (SEAL)

Arrived onsite for a vent hood that is making loud squeaking noise when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit on mid and high and found that there was a loud squeaking/squealing noise. I removed the blower wheel and found some scoring in the back of the wheel caused by a screw that was used to mount the buffer to the unit I ground down the screw and smoothed out the scoring on the back of the wheel with sandpaper and reinstalled the blower wheel and tested the unit and found that the noise was gone.I demonstrated that the noise was gone to the customer. The customer made me aware that they were not satisfied with the unit and I advised them to contact whirlpool customer care with any concerns

Arrived on site for dryer not starting.upon arrival found t8mes and knob broken. Used timer kit W11685947 and replaced both parts. Found unit working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to install new RC door bushing to resolve door replacement. Installed new bushing and releveled unit. Verified all working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for throwing code check vent. Upon arrival customer stated they just had the vent cleaned before replacing unit and unit through code day of delivery or near first use of unit. Confirmed unit is throwing check vent minutes after starting cycle almost at the same time cool down sequence started. Replaced control turned unit to timed dry started at 40 minutes let unit run down to 30 minutes before confirming issue was fixed with the control being replaced. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a defrost issue. Determined cause to be the control not entering defrost. Replaced the control box. All checks good. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/18 MON !
