Arrived on site for a dishwasher model WDP540HAMZ4 that wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that several buttons dont work., while others do. I tested the unit and found the start button and cycle button having a hard time accepting selections. I found the start button wouldnt even register. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I went ahead and replaced the control W11637581 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KDPS324SPS0 that is not starting cycles and os flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the dishwasher still has water at the bottom and flashes an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to deain the machine. I found the drain pump running but the water not draining. I canceled the drain and gained access to the garbage disposal connection the the drain hose. I found the garbage disposal connector clogged with food debris. I pushed the food through the hole into the garbage disposal manually and tested the unit again. I found the machine begin to drain. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for a dryer LER4634PQ0 not starting. I found the door switch was broken so I replaced the switch wp3406105 and tested it. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed now.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4505MW0 not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit filled and drained and when it was to agitate, the entire basket assembly agitated. The unit completed the spin and testing and I tilted the unit back and inspected the actuator/shifter. When I removed the actuator, I found the shifting arm was stripped and not shifting properly. I installed a new actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. WRMF3636SZ00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a cracked liner. On arrival, I verified the issue. I called Whirlpool techline, and they said to patch it with the repair kit. I used the repair kit and patched it uploaded photos. Case#2447832 no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived to unit 2 for machine not powering on. Upon arrival confirmed unit is on a 20 amp breaker. Polarity and voltage is correct to the outlet. Plugged unit back in performed a three button toggle and display came on. No major error code stored. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Instructed customer on three button toggle to wake up machine. If customer needs to wake up machine continuously, UI is recommended to be replaced. Unit is stacked and will need a two man. Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed outer tub assembly (W11378552), all four suspension rods (W11316766), and bellows (W11384425). Disassembled the washer, installed all replacement parts, and reassembled the unit. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFF577KPS02 ice maker error code after previous repair. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checekd for error codes for the ice maker in test 56 and found E5-thermistor fault. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and cycled power to the unit and re-checked test 56 and found no errors E0. I tested the ice maker in test 57 and it operated as designed. I retested in tests 58 & 59 and it continued to operate as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and the tray filled properly. Also, I found condensation on the top of the FC door gasket. While in diagnostics, I checked the status of the vertical mullion in test 34 and changed it to 02 to have the mullion heater on 100% of the time to eliminate the condensation build up. I took the unit out of diagnostics and cycled power again to reset the controls. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and should it fail again or show the error code to contact our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed.

Arrived on site for oven not keeping temp properly. Upon arrival found igniter to ignited prematurely. Took about 1 minute to catch ignition. Found low amp draw at the igniter. Proceeded to replace W10918546 igniter. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No gas leak detected at this time.

Arrived on site to test unit WRB322DMBM00 for not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not cool in either compartment. Applied power to unit; compressor did not energize despite receiving proper voltage. Replaced start device (WPW10448874) and applied power; compressor engaged, drawing 1.2 amps. Advised customer to allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

I gained access to the temperature sensor and found that it was measuring out of spec reading 1270 ohms at room temp resulting in improper heating. I replaced the sensor and reassembled and tested the oven at 350 and monitored preheat and cycling temperature and found the oven to be heating as designed and within range measuring accurately. Arrived on site to apartment 11206 for washer WTW4855HW3 with issue of Pump Running SP W11766193 Special Project S153EB. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error code F3-E1 pressure system fault. There is no water in tub. I inspected pressure hose and there is no restrictions. Need to replace control per service pointer. I replaced control W11607637 with serial # W11130853J606915956DI. Arrived on site for unit heating randomly. Upon arrival noticed top right corner of the door is spongy and does not engage switch. Proceed to inspect grill and control panel and found no imperfections. Removed door and checked L-shaped support hinges, and found both hinges to be slightly bent downwards. Corrected hinges reinstalled door and retested multiple times and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for the door not closing correctly. Inspected the door assembly and found the door latch stuck in the locked (closed) position, preventing the strike from engaging when the door was shut. Removed the faulty latch assembly and installed a new OEM door latch. Reassembled the unit and tested the door operation multiple times. Verified the door now closes and latches securely, and the dishwasher starts properly once the door is closed. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inpect oven WFG505M0MS0 with broken glass outer door. Upon further inspection I found that the handle supports failed which caused damage to the outer door, handle, supports and screws, support screws. I called saftey to document my findings. Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying. Ran diagnostics and no faulr codes. Rinse aid dispenser was empty, cx never used a rinse aid in dishwasher. Ran component test and heater came on and got hot. Advised cx that for optimal drying performance they need to use a rinse aid. This will condition the tub and help water to bead off the the top and walls of the tub and not let water condensate on the top of dishwasher. Dishwasher is working as intended.

Arrived on site for a range RF362LXTS3. We didnt have a model number so i updated the m/s and inspected the range. Customer stated that it had smoke coming from the console. Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED4815EW1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another company had replaced the heating element and some other parts and when they were done, the unit was making a loud thumping noise. I tested the unit on timed dry with the door open and switch closed and found the element illuminating in the back left corner vent and the drum was making a loud thumping noise right around the drum weld. I stopped testing and gained accese to the drum from the top and tested again and found the drum rolling, but looks as if it is skipping when the back right roller hits the weld. I also found skid marks on the drum at the weld. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the previous case number and my findings today. Andrew sent a text to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. Andrew agreed that something isnt right with the drum at the weld and recommended replacing the drum and the repair kit (rollers, belt, tension pulley). Andrew provided Case #24489364. Arrived on site for washing machine not latching and continuing cycle. Upon arrival started a cycle and can hear latch trying to lock over and over. Also got error code f5e3 for the latch not working. Called tech line and spoke to Butch and he recommended I replace the latch again and do the recalibration. I ran temperature test.Fc is set to zero and Rc is set to 38 and get 20 in RC and -5 in FC. Control temperature reads 52 for Rc and 60 for Rc. Found that power cycling unit the temperature readings changed and compressor now shuts off. After a while the temperature readings changed back to incorrect readings . Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for control buttons not responding. Verified the unit was receiving the proper incoming voltage at the terminal block. Arrived on site to test unit MVW7232HC0 for F9E1 error code. Upon arrival customer stated for the last month the unit would intermittently stop mid cycle and not drain and flash error code. Entered service mode; found F0E3 (overload), F9E1 (long drain), and F0E5 (off balance load) error codes stored. Cleared codes and ran test cycle with all components engaging. Spoke with customer, who confirmed typical load sizes around 90% of basket capacity. Given the large loads, suspected harness had begun stretching and degrading, causing lost connection between control and drain pump. Replaced harness (W11568984) and ran calibration cycle successfully; all components confirmed engaging properly. Advised customer to keep load sizes below 50% and to run cleaning cycles whenever the reminder is displayed. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5025SW0 not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, i placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I found the water pressure low and the customer advised that they have a well and have been washing everything on cold water cycles. Once the unit completed the fill and drained, the lid locked and the capacitor began to make an electrical buzzing noise. The customer identified the noise as the one theyve been hearing. I advised the noise is coming from the capacitor and it will need to be replaced. At the end of testing, the unit displayed error code F7E1-basket tachometer missing. I am ordering the capacitor and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELATION LIST and scheduled return service for 08/11/26. Arrived on site to look at model WDF330PAHB2 for customer complaint of unit still having water at the end of cycles as well as water leaking into dishwasher after not being used for a few days. I found issue with the drain pump not pumping water out initially, I replaced pump, that tested good. Also found weaping inlet valve, I replaced valve, unit tested good. No leaks. Arrived on site to inspect range WFE515S0JS3 tripping the breaker occasionally. Upon further inspection I pulled the range out onto my floor protector and gained access to the terminal block and components and wiring. I verified proper incoming voltage and proper wiring. I checked the elements and found them to be measuring within spec and with no shorts. I tested the oven at 500 degrees and measured current draw at a maximum of 14.5 amps. The oven did not trip. I called saftey to document my findings and was provided case number 24436812. The unit is operating as designed and the customer is experiencing nuisance tripping from the GFCI breaker. Customer may want to contact breaker manufacturer to see if a more suitable breaker is recommended.

Arrived on site for unit not draining. Upon arrival found sitting water in the tub. Ran diagnostics and found pump running but hard to the touch. Remove drain pump and found shards of red glass and debris on the impeller. Removed and cleared all debris tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed customer witnessed debris and saw that the unit is functioning. Spoke with customer and stated if same issue occurred again, warranty will not cover service. Customer agreed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed.

Arrived on site for unknown indicator lit. Upon arrival unit functions are working however indicator on UI will not go away. Replaced W11819772 UI per techline recommendation. Issue reoccured. Checked error codes and found F3EB pantry thermistor. Ran manual test for pantry themritor and showed 37F. Disconnected thermistor to confirm circuit. Reattached. Checked error codes again and now all code is cleared however indicator on UI is still present. Checked Quick Start Guide and found it was a filter reset indicator. Followed procedure and did not go away. Customer showed photo of another indicator of a circle/triangle with a fan in the middle and once they replaced the water filter and reset it, that specific indicator went away. Suspecting a harness or wiring issue. Ordering W11797002 left door, W11818703 base pantry with thermistor and W11833835 main control. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived on site for washer MVWX655DW1 that is banging around when spinning. Examined unit and tested. Found excessive vibration and movement. Tested suspension and found suspension rods completely blown out and bouncy. Replaced rods with new W11130362. There is also slight play in the hub and basket. I tried to remove the washplate but found its seized on. Gearcase is not leaking and spins smooth. Unit was also rocking on 1 axis and needed to be leveled. Ran calibration and spin and verified no further vibration or banging. Advised customer of findings. Should vibration return, best course of action is to replace the basket tub and hub since washplate would have to be broken off. At this time unit is working properly. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for gas smell from dryer. Upon arrival pulled out dryer to check for gas leaks along the gas line. Found gas leak at the wall where the gas line comes out of. Used smart sensor to find leak. Showed cx and he will contact the builder. Unit is working as designed at this time. No parts replaced at this time. Called safety team. Reference number: 24445942

Arrived onsite for freezer U65003174 not cooling . On arrival customer stated unit seems to be cooling properly but had an occurrence where it didnt seem as cool as before. Inspected compressor and found pulling 1amp. Checked evaporator and had a complete frost pattern. Unit is in a garage and we have had hot temperatures. Unit may have been struggling to keep up. Items in freezer are frozen. I do not see a need for sealed system repair at this time . Customer will monitor. Job complete

Arrived to refrigerator tripping breaker. Cx stated they had replaced the breaker and outlet with a surge protector. Ran component test on all 120vac systems and could not duplicate issue. Cx states since the replaced plug they have not had any issues. Called saftey and documented findings 24302324

2arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Dropped microwave and removed and replaced transformer, magtube ,capacitor and diode. Retested microwave and it heats and no unusual noise. Reinstalled microwave.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave/oven combination unit with a console that was completely unresponsive. Verified that both the oven and microwave interior lights operated normally, confirming the unit was receiving power. However, the display remained blank and none of the console buttons responded. Removed the console assembly and inspected all wiring harnesses and electrical connections. Verified that all connections to the user interface and main control circuit were fully seated and showed no signs of damage or corrosion. Removed the side access panel to inspect the main control board and confirmed all control board connections were secure with no loose wiring found.Based on testing and inspection, the failed component is the user interface/console assembly. A replacement console will need to be ordered to complete the repair. Office to order the required part and contact the customer to reschedule once it arrives. Arrived on site (Unit 4321) to test unit WED4105LSW0 for noise. Upon arrival initiated test cycle and heard rubbing noise. Inspected blower wheel and found it making contact with lint chute. Adjusted housing and added sound pads (W11113654). Reassembled and tested; noise confirmed eliminated. Builder unavailable for signature. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for range WFES3030RS0 tripping breaker. Was able to get unit to 500 degrees bake with no issues. Maintenance said they are also able to get this unit to work. No parts needed. Call completed.

Arrived on site to apartment 3306 for washer WTW4850HW3 with issue of has been not draining or finishing its cycle. Now it wont turn on. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error codes F8-E1 no fill long fill, F2-E1 stuck key, F1-E1 main control fault. I ran components test and unit fills correctly. Need to replace control per the control fault error. I replaced control W11607637 with serial # W11130853J606916998DI. Calibrated unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was not starting. Tested the unit and found the door latch was stuck and not allowing the door to make proper contact with the door switch, preventing the cycle from starting. Replaced the faulty door latch assembly and tested the unit. The dishwasher started immediately and completed operation as designed. Checked the unit for leaks during and after testing, and no leaks were found. Unit is operating properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site for unit powering on and off. Upon arrival customer stated its random occurrence. Power was present when testing. Found no error flashes. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found F8E4 error, tested unit found water in unit and unit not draining, inspected drain hose and fou d drain plug was not removed from disposal during installation, removed plug and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete no parts installed

Arrived onsite for leak. I found the leak coming from the rubber hose going to the motor, there is a hole in the hose and leaks when water is present or spraying, replaced the pump and motor and tested, unit operates as designed and no leaks are sighted now. Advised customer that there was a improper install and caused damage to the cabinet. Customer stated she is going to have the installers back out as it seems wedged and cannot be recounted without new holes. No leaks. Call complete. Customer stated there was also damage to their flooring due to leak.

Arrived on site for an ice machine model JUIFN15HX01 that is not making ice. Upon arrival, I found the reservoir drain pump and reservoir cracked. I replaced the reservoir drain pump W11542868 and reservoir W11614100 and tested the unit. Infound tue water level sensor not working on the recirculation pump. I replaced the recirculation pump W11542867 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for moisture and wet clothes. Upon arrival heater works. Went to the rear and found the new hose customer had installed by a company was crushed when pushing unit in, took a photo. I also found lint in the customers wall vent. Due to all these factors air flow restriction is present and causing moisture building up due to the steam from clothes drying having no where to go besides the unit itself. Unit operates as designed and customer will need vent cleaned and a new dryer hose. Call complete.

Arrives on site for oven not working. When bake or broil is selected and start is pushed the oven controls resr to home and never turns on. Entered diagnostics and found multiple f6e0. Checked and found control has good connection. Found Keiths to be working. Pre tech sheet i replaced console. Reassembled and found igniter took several clicks to igniter for bake. Broil working fine, replaced bake igniter. Unit now working as designed. Call complete. Advised customer to connect to wifi

Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher because the detergent dispenser was not opening during the wash cycle. Entered diagnostics and tested the units functions. Inspection confirmed that the detergent dispenser solenoid was broken and unable to release the dispenser door.Removed the defective dispenser assembly and installed a new dispenser. Reassembled the unit and ran a complete diagnostic test cycle. Verified that the dispenser door opened properly at the correct point in the cycle and that the dishwasher filled, circulated, drained, and operated as designed. No leaks or additional error codes were present. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS325SDHZ14 not making ice. Unit was making but stopped. Found ice in the tray but it wouldnt harvest. The icemaker is getting voltage so I replaced the icemaker w11700250. Forced it to cycle and fill. Fc is at 1 degrees. No leaks detected while on site

Arrived on site to look at model WRS335SDHM07 for customer complaint of unit making noise. Video of noise sounded like ice hitting fan. Defrost tested good. I found clog in ice maker fill line which could have resulted in water dripping onto fan blade. I removed clog, unitntested good.

Arrived on site for washer WTW6157PB1 with separating lid. Confirmed the glass has come unglued from the frame. Installed new lid W11413336 to resolve. Tested and confirmed fitment and locking. Call completed.

Arrived on site for washer not running cycle. Cx stated washer would start and then sense and then stop. Ran diagnostics and found F7E4 basket engagement fault. Checked basket and it spun freely. Tilted unit back qnd checked gearcase, found no oil. Removed and replaced clutch and slider. Ran diagnostics test and washe rfilled, drained and agitated and spun withno issue. Ran component test. Tested agitator in low and high speed with no issue. Tested basket speed and it spun on low and hight with no issue.

Arrived on site to diagnose the range for the console becoming excessively hot during oven operation and displaying an F3 error code. The customer stated they were concerned about the amount of heat coming from the control panel area while baking. Tested the unit and confirmed that the heat being generated around the console was normal. Explained to the customer that the console is located above the oven vent, allowing hot air to pass through that area during operation. Showed the customer the manufacturers third-party support information explaining that the console temperature can become very warm depending on the ovens set temperature and that this is considered normal operation.Entered diagnostics and retrieved an F3 error code, indicating an open or shorted oven temperature sensor circuit. Inspected the sensor wiring and found the oven temperature sensor connector had become disconnected. Reconnected and secured the sensor harness, then cleared the fault code.Tested the unit by preheating the oven to 350F. The oven reached the set temperature without any error codes returning, and the console operated normally throughout testing. Unit is functioning as designed. Contacted Whirlpool Safety to report the findings and the completed repair. Job complete. 24441012

Arrived on site for a washer WTW4307SW0 making a banging sound. Ran a factory cycle and could hear the drain hose hitting the back of the washer. The suspension is strong. I used zip ties and noise pads w11113654 from truck stock to stop the banging sound. Ran a calibration cycle and a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived on site to dishwasher not washing. Found wash motor not pushing water through arms properly and not enough pressure to clean. Removed and replaced wash motor. Restested dishwasher and it filled and washed properly. Advised cx to use cleaning tablets and vinegar wash to club tub and spray arms.

WTW4816FW2 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies. On arrival, I verified that the board has failed causing the pump to keep running. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed

WTW4655JW2 Arrived on site for a washer with the pump running. On arrival, I verified the issue a failed control board. Service pointer recommends to replace the control if it falls under the S153EB unit does fall in the service pointer. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed. I uploaded photos of the S/N of both new and old control boards . No water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site for a range WFES3030RS2 shutting off. Found an F1E1 error stored for control failure. I installed a new control w11696067 and heated to 500 on bake. Max amp draw was 14.7 amps. No visible issues with the harness and the incoming power is correct. Unit is heating as designed now.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1. In service mode the pump was humming but not working. The control is sending voltage so I replaced the pump w11613480. Ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher due to a water leak. Tested the unit and found the water inlet fill valve was sticking in the open position and not sealing completely after the fill cycle. As a result, water continued to slowly drip into the tub even when the dishwasher was not running. The excess water eventually caused the tub to overfill and leak from the front of the unit. Verified the fill valve as the source of the issue. A new water inlet valve will be required to correct the problem.
