I checked the suspension by moving the drum by hand and felt some vertical restriction. The checked to see if the unit has any shipping bolts not removed. One of the shipping bolts had still not been removed which would cause the shaking an thumping that the customer experienced. I removed the shipping bolt and tested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed."

Sections started to rise and days there after the temperature in the freezer began to rise. On arrival checked compressor in evaporator compartments for signs of die, and found none . Ran pressures when equalized and pressures were at 10 psi, high and low. Compressor running at 1.3 amps. Charged system with 240 psi and soaped areas but found no indication of a leak. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Andrew SR#7740169867. Gave tech information, but tech also needed running pressures in a failed state. Tech recommended purging system with nitrogen, pulling vacuum and recharging. Then to revisit as it failed, to recheck test points on sealed system checklist. Office to reschedule within 4-5 days; O-emld tckt"

Advised customer that is part of the design, there is an empty space on the back of the rail in case the wheel skips on the rail or if the door is accidentally opened cockeyed. When pushed back in the door will go back to its original location. Per manufactures recommendation, advised to only open the FC door in the middle of the handle, do not open from left or right side. Customer also had a concern that the dispenser is not dispensing water. Bled the water lines from any air, dispenser is now dispensing water properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Confirmed issues, valve is energizing but no water is coming through it. Tried to cycle ice maker, would not harvest. Replaced ice maker (W11700250) and cycled, unit cycled but when calling for water valve energized but once again no water entered. Removed filter, no change. Replaced valve (W11645245) and tested unit, water is now dispensing. Cycled ice maker, ice maker went through a harvest and filled with adequate amount of water. Unit is now running as designed. Advised customer that it will take about 24-48 hours for ice production to start, once production starts it will take about 72 hours to fill the bin. No leaks detected, job complete."

I checked all the hoses and water connections and all are without issue.i tested the suspension, and found that it is weak ams most likely cause the washer to go out of balance and spill water out of the tub. Arrived onsite for washarm not spraying. Upon arrival customer stated the washarm came off and she didn't know where it went. The washarm was not broken so I clipped in place and ran a test cycle. The unit completed the cycle and the washarm is working as designed. I advised the customer to watch for tall dishes and if they are to put some in to use the leveling on the rack to raise it up. When testing the unit I found the numbers to be not showing correctly as if the leds are going out. Will need to order a housing ui to solve issue. I found the ice maker fill tube heater was not placed as it should have been, showing large gapping and loss of thermal transfer to the fill tube nozzle and likely resulting in freezing. There was no ice/water within the mold and the ice maker was fully operational. I corrected the fill tube heater issue and verified water filled to the expected level within the mold. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the wiring to the drain pump is damaged. I checked the condition of the drain pump and I measured 20ohms and no shorts. I replaced the wiring harness and tested the unit however the washer then displayed F3E2 (pressure fault) I replaced the control due to this issue. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced HMI (W11675700) and encoder (W11675700), tested unit, unit entered diagnostics started to fill and drain. When unit began agitating, LEDs started flashing and relays clicking, agitation stopped and all LEDs illuminated then cycle was shut down. Contacted SW for assistance, capacitor is reading within range. Motor windings are reading 4.4 ohms. Replaced actuator (W11481722) from job 428580 and motor (W11026785) from job 427543, entered diagnostics and ran a cycle, unit filled and drained and agitated four times before flashing all LEDs and shutting down the cycle once again. Per service thread will need to order all parts pertaining to the issue at hand. Also recommend calling techline upon arrival on return visit. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 10/25.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11643701 (Harness) and 1 W11627413 (Control) and 1 W11675701 (HMI)"
