Vacuumed the oil out of the drip pan and filled it with water to check for leaks and found none. Found no further evidence of leaking. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC section and found temps between 35-36 degrees on a setting of 38 degrees and the freezer at 7 degrees. I found the fresh foods section packed with food and no airflow inside due to the food items blocking the airways at the back of the RC section (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and all are good. I tested the evaporator fan and damper and both are good. I recommended the customer rearrange the fresh foods section and pull everything forward to clear the gap at the back of the shelves to make room for the airflow to be evenly distributed. "Arrived on site for an ice machine that is making very little ice and ice is melting in the bin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit turned off so I turned on the unit and found very little water coming into the unit when the unit was calling for water. during the drain portion, I found sternal drain pumping up, draining the water as quickly as it shouldve. Went and replaced the water valve and tested the unit. Found water leaking from the inlet water tube where it meets the inlet water valve. Please shoot and ordering the inlet water to with the water valve. Rescheduled the customer to 10/16.; ordrng 1 W11690162 (Inlet tube) and 1 W10897719 (Valve)"

Arrived on site to inspect bottom mount refrigerator not making ice. I found the ice bucket with a small amount of ice. I found correct temperatures in both compartments. I removed the ice bucket and found ice clogged in the chute. The ice would also not dispense. I ran the ice maker in service tests and found it running and filling properly. I removed all the clogged ice. I instructed the customer to start a fresh batch of ice. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service. I found a stored F7E1 tachometer error and an F0E9 out of balance pause error. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed with no errors returning. The customer stated the issue mainly happens when heavier items like towels are being washed. I found the suspension good. I found the drive belt loose. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that intermittently wont start cycles. Inspected unit and works area. The customer advised that sometimes when she goes to wash a load of clothes, the unit will buzz and will immediately skip to the complete portion of the cycle. She says that when this happens, she can unplug it and plug it back in, and the unit will work again. I ran it through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the units are an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I tested the unit starting multiple cycles and could not get the unit to replicate the failure. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7737522637. He advised that based on the current information, the customer would need to get a video of the failure or for us to be able to replicate it while on site. He said this could be due to an electrical supply issue even though the unit was currently showing proper voltage in polarity. He advised to make no repairs at this time and have the customer call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the water filter not staying in. I found the filter housing defective causing the issue. I replaced the housing and tested while dispensing water. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and placed my gauges on the sealed system and checked pressures. I found the pressures were at -20/100. I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees & FC=11 degrees. Based off my pressure readings from previous service call, pressures have dropped -10psi on the low side and approximately 10psi on the high side. Using my UV light, I checked for any dye/leaks at the evaporator and the compressor/condenser area and found no leaks. Using my liquid leak detector, i checked the same places and found no leaks. contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the history with this unit and my findings today. Jonathan agreed that there is a leak in the system inside the cabinet based off pressure readings from approximately four weeks time. Jonathan provided SR#7737525711 and advised that the file would be sent to engineering for review and someone would contact the owner in 3-5 business days. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised the same info. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

I had the freezer and the refrigerator open for 10 minsters as I was inspecting them. When I closed the doors the damper was blowing cold air. It should have shut the damper down and satisfied the FC first then open it to the RC next. Replaced the diffuser and now when you have booth doors open the damper door is closed unit the fc gets satisfied and then the door opens to,the Rc. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in either section. On arrival I found the FC at 0 degrees and the RC at 38 degrees. The customer stated the ice cream had gotten soft and the display was showing the temperatures higher than the set point of 0 and 38 degrees. I found the compressor working properly. The dampener was working properly. After speaking with the customer it sounded like the unit had gotten stuck in defrost but I cannot prove that at this time. I found the door handles all loose and tightened them up. I also leveled the refrigerator and got the doors even. Call complete.

I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi. I advised the customer that if the unit continued to trip the breaker to contact their builder to have a look at the breaker as its bad. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed and the heater kicked on at the end of the cycle. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace 2 control boards and UI. After replacing components realized the console came in dark stainless instead of normal stainless. Will order regular stainless console and return. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11086141 (Console)

Arrived on site for a range. That is not cooking things thoroughly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyve had several items not cook all the way according to the recipe and they were concerned about their oven temperatures. Ran the unit through a bake cycle at 400?F. Found temperature is fluctuate between 369?F and 422?F averaging the temperature of 395.5?F. I did advise the customer that they can calibrate their unit if they ever need to and show them how to do that. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped making ice. Upon arrival I ran a harvest test and found that the ice maker did not harvest. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit and found unit harvest in this time I ran a icemaker fill test and found that it filled normally as well. Unit is operating as designed no leaks

Arrived on site for burner being different sizes. Found regulator was set to Lp but orifice were still natural gas. Replaced with conversion kit. Verified operation. Call complete

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed controls and oven sensor. Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. The customer informed me it trips the breaker at the start of the cycle but does it intermittently. I ran the unit and tested amp draw. I found no stored error codes. I found all components running within spec. The heating element was at 8 amps. The motor was running at 1 amp. I found no water residue of leaks. And found no loose wire connections. The unit is operating as designed at this time. I instructed the customer to get the breaker tested. No leaks observed during service.
