WFW72HEDW0 Arrived to instal previously ordered parts. We installed the stacking kit for the dryer and then tested the unit. F3 was stored and I discussed the issues with the customer. During the service test mode I heard there was very little water entering during the cold valve fill. I checked the valves and found hot and cold were not fully turned in and cold was barely on. I corrected the issue and tested. The unit completed service test mode and filled to the correct levels. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
WED72HEDW0 Arrived to instal previously ordered parts. We removed the unit form the washer and installed the stack kit. The unit tested good and there was negligible lint within the chassis. Operational test good. I advised the customer of the importance of having the vent system professionally cleaned periodically.

KitchenAid Dishwasher Model KDFE104DSS4 - Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is not cleaning the dishes well. I found the wash arms full of debris. I cleaned the wash arms and tested the unit. There were no stored error codes. The wash arms plugged up again from debris stuck inside of them. Need to replace the upper and lower wash arms and the filter to complete service. I replaced the upper and lower wash arms that were diagnosed as defective on the previous visit. Ms already had the newer updated filter. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

WTW5840BW0 Arrived to inspect washer not completing cycles. I found no error codes stored within memory and the unit completed an automatic service mode test. I tested in manual mode and found excessive noise and vibration within high speed spin. The gearcase appears to be the case of the vibration, as the basket has a variance of nearly 1/2 inch when spinning. I removed the hub and turned it and retested and the area changed per the turning of the hub and basket in relation to the shaft. I quoted the customer TL280 $209.99 and gearcase $242.58. The customer needs to discuss with family and I advised them they have 30 days to accept the estimate and to have today’s service call subtracted for the total. TL100 $99.99 no leaks observed during service.

WTW7300DW1 Error code for locked rotor. High pitch sound during spin. Replaced drive system/rotor and clutch. Calibraypted washer. Normal operation after service. Checked water inlet and drain hoses. No leaks detected.

WTW7000DW1 whirlpool washer Arrived on site to test unit for making saueaking noise during use. Found when cold water valve is turned on it chirps and squeaks for a few seconds. Will need to replace valve and housing to repair. Cs approved 1/9. Unit purchased in april 2017

MFX2876DRM02 (4 Door French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of 4 Door French Door refrigerator not cooling both RC/FC sections. Ran test 04 and found good air flow in RC section. Found FC fan not running. As well. Found when is automatic mode, unit compressor will shut off. Ordering control,UI and inverter to complete repair. OF to R/S due to part availability. Customer is also requesting last call of due on R/V. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WFW8300SW04 whirlpool washer File number-7720958878 arrived on site to test unit for leaving residue on light colored sheets. Found this has only happened once and is only on one part of the sheet. Unit is cleaned regularly and used gently. No evidence of residue inside unit. Called techline to confirm this issue was likely due to sheet being cuaght in door. Techline stated this is the only likely cause. No leaks detected.

RTW4516FW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of top load washer not spinning. Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 (Off Balance Load). Found cabinet wobbling. Was able to level unit out by adjusting legs. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.
