"I'll wrapped on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that before the unit stopped completing cycles, the machine was barely dribbling in water when using the cold settings. She said her son tried to remove the hoses and they cleaned off the debris on the valve filter. But she has had no more water come into the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water valve being the culprit and not drawing in very much water at all. Ordering the valve and rescheduled the customer to 1/27 due to the customer being unavailable prior to. No parts were installed. ; ordrng 1 W11038689 (Valve)"

When inspecting bottom end components, found all the grease has been pushed out of the gear case. Unit will require a full rebuild. Wash plate is seized to gear case shaft. "Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated the house is a rental and has been vacant for a year. When running cycle the unit filled with water and would not progress through the cycle. Wash LED was constantly illuminated even after cycling power. Applied power to unit, wash LED immediately came on. Held the start/pause button for 10 seconds, LED turned off. Started a drain and spin cycle, unit drained and began to spin. Started a diagnostic cycle, all components properly engaged. Started a quick wash cycle, unit began sensing and to fill with water. Unit then progressed to the wash phase and began to agitate. Advised customer if the lid is opened it will pause the cycle and the LED will flash until cycled is resumed. If cycle wants to be canceled then press and hold the pause/resume button until the drain pump engages. Also advised to run a cycle and monitor to see if any issues return. "Arrived on site for not dispensing water. Diagnosed a frozen water tank due to cold air seeping g around fan scroll,added sealer around fan scroll,defrosted tank ran water dispenser unit working as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave arcing/popping noises. Upon further inspection, using my microwave tester, I tested the unit for 30 secs and immediately could hear the unit was very loud. I pulled the unit down and found a large amount of grease/cooking oils on the damper and the underside of the damper. Also found the unit was not installed properly at the vent cover in the cabinet above the unit as the foil tape used to seal the gap in between the cabinet and damper bracket was restricting the damper from opening fully andnventing properly. Once I removed the cover, I found even more grease/cooking oils inside the unit on the blower and where the magnetron, capacitor and diode are located. I found the diode was shorted and tested the magnetron and found it bad as well. I contacted tschline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint and my findings and advised that I would be replacing the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and he agreed. Jonathan advised the venting issue is an installation issue that the owner and builder would need to address. Jonathan provided SR#7740746911. I then contacted Safety and spoke to Cherell and advised of my findings and my conversation with techline. Cherell documented our conversation adding it to Ref#7740700741. When I went to replace the magnetron, I found the prescreened parts was defective in the box due to poor packaging. I am ordering another magnetron and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Unit left unplugged for safety. Customer to contact builder to discuss installation. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it in and immediately it heard the compressor kick on and found it locked up. I evacuated the system and pushed nitrogen through the system to clear it. I removed and replaced compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 56g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and unit is beginning to cool and operate as designed. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and tested the unit. I found the unit fill and start to run without any leaks.Present underneath the dishwasher. I pulled the unit out and found water starting to leak from the third level rack connection on both sides where the lock nuts were attached. Ordering the third level rack and nut parts and rescheduled the customer to 1/21. No parts were installed. ; ordrng 4 W11545286 (Locking nuts)s and 2 W11561204 (Upper slides)s

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unitmis making a rattling noise and it gets very loud. While discussing another appliance, the noise began. Opened the unit RC doors and found the noise is coming from the damper control. I removed and replaced the damper and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10594329"

"Arrived on site to test unit for food freezing. Upon arrival customer stated now the food is freezing in the bottom right drawer in the RC. Temp set at 37?, actual temp was 39?. Arrived on site to test unit for water trickling. Customer stated she would hear water dripping sound. Engaged defrost element and verified with customer noise is when unit is defrosting. Advised customer noise is normal part of operation. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not responding. Found unit has standing water. Upon further inspection found black wire to drain pump was cut. Corrected harness(W11643701) and completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for ice door not closing causing ice to melt and drip from dispenser. Replaced ice door(W11678832) and advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F1E1 error code internal board failure. Test unit and found error code not allowing oven to start. Replaced board test unit by pre heating to 350? and unit test good job complete. W11620481

"WRT541SZDM03 Arrived on site for unit not calling for water. Upon arrival, he found a kink in the waterline ( picture attached) and also the shut off valve was off. Corrected, both issues and called ice maker to harvest. Found water entering the ice maker with no leaks. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing/drying dishes. Upon arrival. I put unit into diagnostics and found no errors. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I found the control to be acting odd to response with less. I replaced the control and the leds light up as designed now. No water leaks present at time of service. I advised customer to keep using rinse aid to help with drying and set rinse aid to the lowest setting. Also advised customer not to wash dishes before putting in the dishwasher. Call complete. WFE320M0JS3 Arrived on site for a range with heating issues. On arrival verified issue replaced control and sensor further inspection found wireharness was damaged and broil element wasn't working. Reschedule client for 1/20/25; ordrng 1 W10856603 (Broil element) and 1 W11531755 (Main wireharness)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is showing error code F3E2. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-pressure system fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the unit operating as designed. I blew through the sensor tube at the control and the tube was clear. The customer advised the unit will intermittently make a banging noise so I pushed down on the tub assembly, and when the assembly bounced back up, it had too much movement and didn't bounce straight up. Due to the error code and tub suspension issues, I removed and replaced the main control (water level sensor) and suspension rods and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed.
