"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit work as designed until it got to the agitation portion of the cycle and then shut down. Attempted to do a spin test and found the same thing happened to the control where it would shut off and then come back on. Checked the shifter, motor, and capacitor and could not find an issue. Checked continuity through my wire harness and found proper continuity. What ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. The unit began working operate as designed. Call complete."

"Rubbed on site for refrigerator that is a little rusty freezer section and is not cooling the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm both customers complaints and found frost buildup in the freezer even though the freezer door gasket was lined properly with the cabinet. Found separation in between the liner and the cabinet causing the issue. Found that I could stick a quarter and some in the cabinet liner is certain spots. In the refrigerator section, I found that the air return channels were blocked with ice. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7735773799. Remind me to send him several photos of the dabs longer and freezer sections. He did advise that the gaps were quite large but that engineering wanted us to silicone the edges of the cabinet prior to sending the unit to review. Used silicone to bridge the gap between the liner and cabinet in both sections and removed the frost build up inside the air return channels. Remove the back cover of the washer and found the pressure hose had not been inserted onto the tub causing the issue with the leaking and the unit not Completing the cycles. The customer had another washer installed and his washer connections and he advised that he did not want to worry about moving the washer just yet. That so I was unable to test the unit but the customer advised that he would call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave error code. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F1E5-inverter issue. I removed the unit from the cabinet and placed on my oven dolly. I inspected the inverter and magnetron and found they had failed. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the inverter and mag and retested and continued to get the error code. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I attempted to contact the owner and left a vm advising of my findings and repairs. Unit placed back in its space and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

Arrivied onsite for dishwasher not completing cycle. On inspection the dishwasher went through diagnostic mode with no issues. What the customer was explaining was about 45 minutes into the cycle it would stop and the only way it would start again was by powering it down. I replaced the pump to see if it was a heat issue on the pump since 2 control board did not resolve the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

Manual test mode revealed the unit would agitate and spin, but there was an audible squeal during ramp up and coast down, during the spin test, but expected and within acceptable limits. Inspection of the gear case area revealed nothing out of the ordinary, except for the secondary lock on the motor connector was not secured and I corrected. The capacitor tested at 51.4 ?F. Amp draw after five minutes only reached .68 and a short-cycle attempt revealed the compressor making the growling noise until start device disengagement. Windings measured 4.4 and 5.4 and start to run was 9.3 , slightly lower than expected. I replaced the start device and capacitor and tested. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the burners not lighting. I found all burners lighting correctly. The issue is when the center burner valve is turned all the way down to simmer and then turned up the flame goes out and gas keeps coming out. I could get the valve to work correctly after spinning the shaft back and forth multiple times but when it stays off for a short period the valve fails again. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat but it is taking several cycles for him to drive his clothes. Check voltage at the terminal block and found 120 V going from line 1 to neutral, 240 V going from line 2 to neutral, and 120 V going from line 1 to line 2. Double checked voltage at the wall and found 120 V going through the neutral connector. I advise the customer to refrain from using his dryer until he gets his electrical supply fixed. I checked all other heating components and found them within range. I advised that he would need to fix his electrical supply for the unit to work properly. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for washer with a error message. On inspection I could get the unit to power up, the control board had 120 vac to it but no power leaving the board. Replaced the control board and it powered up. Then I tried to put the unit in to diagnose mode and it would not respond to any key touch. So I repaired the ui and the unit started to work. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for freezer gets to cold and develops frost all over and food in refrigerator sometimes freezes. Upon arrival tenant mentioned that also the ice dispenser does not dispense . Temperature is set at #5 Normal for both RC and FC. Temperature readings are RC is at 24degrees and FC is at 4.5 degrees . Test damper motor and is operating correctly. Inspected both FC and RC door gaskets and are perfectly sealed. Found evaporator fan is operating, but making whining sound. found auger in bin is fractured and need to replace bin assembly. Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found rotor bolt loose and tightened bolt. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is showing an f96 code. Upon inspection I found that this could would show up when using the oven in conversation back. Upon some research I found that the code was related to the cooling fan and the cooling fan speed sensor. Upon further inspection I found that the cooling fan was not spinning with enough force to move the hot air away from the control. And the sensor was not in good condition either. I installed the new cooling fan and sensor. And the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that in making a loud Squealing noise when in use. up inside I found that this noise was coming from the supports and the idler pulley was in need of replacement as well. I installed the new parts and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. I did mention to the customer to have their vents checked/clean due to the amount of lint I found in the unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water not dispensing and ice maker not getting water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and water trickled out. I removed the filter bypass and retested and got the same results. I could hear the valve opening during this time. I removed and replaced the reservoir with filter head and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not turning on. Found latch assembly failed and replaced . Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not spring out of one spray arm. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E2 (drain pump electrical problem) and F6 E4 (float switch open) error code. Renting it through a diagnostic check and found massive suds buildup inside of the dishwasher. Attempted to drain the unit and found that the unit was trying to drain but would not drain. Removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and found soap buildup inside of the drain tubing and inlet water assembly. Use the shop vac to clear out the gelatin debris. Was able to get all portions of the dishwasher clean and went to suck out the drain hose. Found the buildup inside of the drain hose was too clogged to remove. Advised the customer that they would need to replace their drain hose Prior to any further dishwashing cycles. I did advise the customer that their issue was using too much soap. They advised that the unit had overflowed at one point and was starting to leave white residue all over their dishes so theyve added more soap than before to try to alleviate that issue and has had the reverse effect. I told them that they needed to use no more than a table spoon of dishwasher liquid when using especially because they pre-wash their dishes. The customer is going to get a drain hose and to install it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Removed shaft assemble defrosted shaft installed spring into shaft and coupling reinstalled container tested ice dispenser unit working as designed.
