Upon further inspection, I found that the control had an internal failure, which was causing it to sense a full tub and activating the drain pump. I installed a new control provided by the customer. WFP2715HW0 Arrived on site for wrong pedestal . On arrival verified issue I uploaded photos of the issue. Washer is overlapping pedestal causing washer not function correctly. Washer needs the correct pedestal or it can cause future problems for washer and client. No water leaks visible from main water supply no parts needed.

WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer making loud sounds. On arrival client stated that when washing and spinning product makes the loudest sounds. I ran diagnostic no error codes I ran a spin test still no sounds. Client stated the sounds only happens when a load is in the washer. I asked client to add some laundry. Then I ran quick wash and that's when i heard the loud noises it was the pedestal. I tightened the nuts on the legs and the other screws on the pedestal that were lose. The noises are definitely coming from the pedestal after tightening screws and nuts I didn't hear sounds . No parts used product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water.

WMH31017HS10 Arrived on site for a otr microwave fan not working correctly. On arrival client said fan works good but it not venting correctly and he noticed after his roof was replaced. I checked venting and it was very weak. I removed microwave and the fan works great product is working as its designed. I found failed start device, I replaced start device, plugged unit in, compressor started but was making a real loud noise and clicked off. "Arrived on site to test the bottom oven, which was reported to be either not reaching temperature or taking too long to preheat. Pulled the unit out to check the ohms and continuity of the bake and broil elements; both tested good. Discovered that the upper connection to the broil element was not connected. Secured the connection and tested the unit by preheating the oven to 350?F. The oven successfully preheated to 350?F within 12 minutes. Verified the average temperature, which measured 357?F perfectly within the acceptable range. Job Complete."

"Arrived on site to Del washer leaking water. Upon futher inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed an error code for a shifter error. I ran component testing and found that during agitate, the agitator was only turning in one direction, which was causing the water to make whirlpool and spilling over the sides of the tub onto the floor. I found that the belt and cam are worn and will need to be replaced along with the gearcase. I am ordering the cam and belt drive block, spanner nut, and also the motor and control just in case they are needed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the upper rack spray arm and right rack adjuster. When I went to remove the rack from the unit to replace the adjuster, I found the left adjuster was mounted to the rack with a rusted screw and nut. I was able to get the right adjuster on without removing the rack, but the rack clip was missing and I had to use a ziptie to lock the adjuster into track. Due to the issue with the left adjuster, I will need to order more parts. I went ahead and re-diagnosed the unit to find it needed to be cleaned and the heating element is badly warped and the filter screens are popped out. Also found the lower spray arm has debris in the ports and will need to be cleaned out and if not able to clean, it will need to be replaced. Unit is operating as designed as far as washing goes. I am ordering the adjuster, clips, both adjuster housings and covers, heating element, filter and lower spray arm and scheduled return service for 03/25/25. I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle on the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher displaying error code F8E4. Upon arrival, I found that the drip pan was holding water and triggering the overflow switch. The customer advised that they recently changed detergent and immediately noticed this issue. I dried the pan and cleared the code, ran a test, and found that all components are operating as designed and no leaks observed. I found that the detergent caused the dishwasher to produce too many suds and overflowed into the drip pan. I informed the customer on proper detergent and rinse aid usage. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that is now tripping breaker at times, and also not starting. Customer specified that sometimes they will run a load and it'll trip during the latter part of the cycle towards spin, but not all the time. They will reset breaker and try the load again and have a hard time starting it until they reset again. Does not happen on all cycles. I checked the breaker and found washer is on an GFCI/ARC breaker. I ran unit through diagnostics and found NO error codes present at all. Ran all diagnostic items for 1-2 mins and no breaker tripped, and spin for 4 minutes. Started a normal cycle and watched it run up to, and including some of spin. Unit did not fail or trip breaker. I recommended moving the unit to an extension cord on the outlet in the laundry room since it was ARC fault only. Called findings into tech line, SR7741188080 and they had no repair recommendations since we could not duplicate. After I left customer called and said unit wouldn't start and sensing was blinking. Came back by and hit start and unit progressed normally. Advised customer to just let the unit run, and that during sensing it may delay / run and touching lid will stop it. No other repairs made since we could not duplicate any failures, and would need additional data and breaker trips. Call completed."

I gained access to the Ui control and found that water had entered and shorted the board. The main cause was the console overlay had started to separate. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=29 degrees and I found a ball of ice on the evap cover in the back upper right corner. Gained access to the evaporator and found a large ball of ice on the evap coils at the upper right corner on the cap tube and suction lines. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the previous sealed system repair and checked pressures and found the unit with a full charge and good pressures. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the compressor, access valve, uv dye drier, evaporator, CNOTE-2HOUR JOB, CNOTE-SCHEDULE ASAP ONLY REFRIGERATOR. Unit is currently cooling, but temps won't remain for very long. No water leaks observed during service. Not able to sign for receipt. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door with dent. Upon further inpsection, I found that the door had a dent above the handle. I replaced the outer door panel. The unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks are observed during service. W11416371"

"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. Tapped system and found high pressure on one side of dryer. Disconnected cap tube and had no pressure coming out of it. I removed the access port on the compressor and it had oil dripping out of it. I replaced the dryer and ran 200psi nitrogen through the system to clear out any possible restrictions. Did not find any oil in the lines after that. Replaced compressor and pressure tested again. Found no pressure loss. Vacuumed down and charged to spec. Verified cooling present at job completion. In regards to the ice and water complaint, unit dispenses properly with filter removed. Customer said unit was fine for a few hours after filter install, but has not tried a new filter yet. "Arrived on site to follow up on inspecting cooltop for a gas leak. Upon further inspection, I removed all burner heads. While removing the burner heads, all screws were damaged due to age. I gained access to the gas tubes and valves and checked for leaks. I did not detect any leaks. I replaced all four orifice holders since screwswere broken inside. While removing the gas tubes attached to the orifice holders, one tube was so seized that it became damaged as I was removing it. I am ordering the left front gas tube 8285794 Returning tech to replace the gas tube and re check connections for leaks. I left the gas off until the part is replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water, but making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and no water dispensed. I found the ice bin full of ice and tested the ice maker and found it harvesting and filling with water. Once I closed the FC door, the unit began to make a loud noise as if the evap fan was hitting ice. I gained access to the evap fan motor and found a large block of ice on the left side of the fan and the fan blades were rubbing on the ice. The ice build up was coming from the ice maker fill, tube leaking. I adjusted the fill tube and removed the ice from the evaporator fan and retested and it is operating as designed. I gained access to the reservoir and found it frozen. Defrosted the reservoir and retested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. I made recommendations for food placement in the fresh foods section as all of the shelves have food items that are pushed all the way back to the back wall and blocking the airflow which can cause the reservoir to freeze if it's getting too much cold air blowing on it. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

MVW6230HW1 Arrived on site for a washer F9E1 . On arrival I ran diagnostic no error codes client told me that the lid lock would try and lock but didn't work . I checked ohms and with lid closed and open it had incorrect readings. Further inspection I found a broken wire harness. I replaced both parts lid lock and wireharness then ran diagnostic still didn't work . I called my leader and he told me check capacitor because product would power on but didn't do anything else. I checked MF on capacitor and it had a OL I installed new capacitor and it still didn't work I ordered new control and ui control and actuator. I rescheduled client for 3/24/25 no water leaks visible from main water supply. Returning parts just in case needed. ; ordrng 1 W11543994 (Control board) and 1 W11478524 (Ui control) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and has several error messages. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has an error message for the load and go dispenser when turned on, an error code for a wifi needed set up error message when trying to run a clean washer cycle, and certain washer selections wont dispense the soap. I confirmed most of the customers complaints about the error messages and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes and ran the unit to an auto test. The unit ran as designed. I checked the system information and found no stored model or serial information. I found this was in connection with service pointer W11498806, which says the machine may not operate if missing the model and serial information. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7741179409. He had me send him several photos of what was going on and after checking with the engineers, he advised the unit would be sent to review. He advised to make no further repair at this time and that whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the customer, depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."
