arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door hitting against one side. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit needed to be leveled for the door to close properly. I found that the floor under the unit was not level as there was a large amount of tile that had been removed and the right leg was not touching the floor but the left leg was touching a piece of the tile. I found a broken piece of tile under the unit and placed it under the right leg and leveled the unit. I tested the unit and the unit tested good. I instructed the customer on proper detergent use and the amount to use. No water leaks observed during service.

WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to instal parts. I removed replaced the fan and adapter and noted the housing was not correctly mounted. I found the doors mis-aligned and corrected. I squared the cabinet and corrected a top-forward lean. The lower left door hinge was bent down and causing the ice bin gasket to insufficiently contact the ice maker housing fascia. I was able to correct the alignment and found the gasket contact greatly improved. I corrected a top-out lean of the fc door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice buildup on the Evap cover. I advised the customer that they would need to defrost the unit before I could move forward with inspection. I advised the customer of the waiver of damages while defrosting the refrigerator and the customer signed the waiver. I explained to the customer that they would need to defrost the refrigerator at least 24 hours before I returned. I advised the customer to lay some towels all around the unit to soak any water spillage and if they have a wet vac to keep it handy in case there was a large amount of water. Office to order Evap cover and Evap motor assembly. I will return with pre-diagnosed parts and office scheduled return for 05/25/18 SW. No water leaks observed during service.

106.51189113 Arrived to inspect ice maker leaking. I found the unit was very out of square and the doors were not sealing as they should. A previous servicer replaced the water valve for the issue and the drain tube adjacent to the valve assembly was dislodged, allowing air to leak into the cabinet. The rc drain was plugged and I corrected the issue, which was causing water to flow into the rc floor area and then leak down through the vacuum breakers and onto the floor. The lower front metal chassis border was bent back and causing air leaks into the cabinet and I corrected it and sealed the cabinet door openings. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

I took the unit out of cooling down mode and tested unit in diagnostics. Unit tested good. As soon as I took the unit out of diagnostics, the units compressor kicked on. I placed my thermal couple inside the fc at the bottom of the freezer chamber to read the temperature. The unit began at approximately 56 degrees. Within approximately 30 minutes, the unit cooled down to 30 degrees. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator kicking on and off and not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the unit came on, but shortly kicked off and I could hear the start device pop. I unplugged the unit and removed and replaced the start device and plugged the unit back in. The unit began to operate as designed. After a few minutes the unit began to cool in the freezer chamber. After approximately 15 minutes, the refrigerator chamber began to cool. I put the unit back into its place and set the legs and leveled the chassis. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected fabric softener fill cup, Standing water inside of cup is due to drain being raised an inch and a quarter above cup bottom. This is to allow softener to mix with water before being injected into washer. It does not have a drain other than this and remaining water is normal. No adjustment for replacement of parts is currently available to correct this and fabric softener valve cannot be deselected During any wash cycle. No water leaks At time of service. Job complete.
