"Arrived on site to Del washer leaking water. Upon futher inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed an error code for a shifter error. I ran component testing and found that during agitate, the agitator was only turning in one direction, which was causing the water to make whirlpool and spilling over the sides of the tub onto the floor. I found that the belt and cam are worn and will need to be replaced along with the gearcase. I am ordering the cam and belt drive block, spanner nut, and also the motor and control just in case they are needed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the upper rack spray arm and right rack adjuster. When I went to remove the rack from the unit to replace the adjuster, I found the left adjuster was mounted to the rack with a rusted screw and nut. I was able to get the right adjuster on without removing the rack, but the rack clip was missing and I had to use a ziptie to lock the adjuster into track. Due to the issue with the left adjuster, I will need to order more parts. I went ahead and re-diagnosed the unit to find it needed to be cleaned and the heating element is badly warped and the filter screens are popped out. Also found the lower spray arm has debris in the ports and will need to be cleaned out and if not able to clean, it will need to be replaced. Unit is operating as designed as far as washing goes. I am ordering the adjuster, clips, both adjuster housings and covers, heating element, filter and lower spray arm and scheduled return service for 03/25/25. I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle on the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher displaying error code F8E4. Upon arrival, I found that the drip pan was holding water and triggering the overflow switch. The customer advised that they recently changed detergent and immediately noticed this issue. I dried the pan and cleared the code, ran a test, and found that all components are operating as designed and no leaks observed. I found that the detergent caused the dishwasher to produce too many suds and overflowed into the drip pan. I informed the customer on proper detergent and rinse aid usage. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that is now tripping breaker at times, and also not starting. Customer specified that sometimes they will run a load and it'll trip during the latter part of the cycle towards spin, but not all the time. They will reset breaker and try the load again and have a hard time starting it until they reset again. Does not happen on all cycles. I checked the breaker and found washer is on an GFCI/ARC breaker. I ran unit through diagnostics and found NO error codes present at all. Ran all diagnostic items for 1-2 mins and no breaker tripped, and spin for 4 minutes. Started a normal cycle and watched it run up to, and including some of spin. Unit did not fail or trip breaker. I recommended moving the unit to an extension cord on the outlet in the laundry room since it was ARC fault only. Called findings into tech line, SR7741188080 and they had no repair recommendations since we could not duplicate. After I left customer called and said unit wouldn't start and sensing was blinking. Came back by and hit start and unit progressed normally. Advised customer to just let the unit run, and that during sensing it may delay / run and touching lid will stop it. No other repairs made since we could not duplicate any failures, and would need additional data and breaker trips. Call completed."

Upon further inspection, I gained access to the dryer timer and tested on timed dry with heat and found between points C-T on the timer harness I had 123V and at the same points with no heat I had 0V. I tested from points T-F on the same harness with no heat and had 123V. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the history of repairs and my testings/findings today. Joe advised that since the unit has had 3 timers replaced since December 2024, the tenant is possibly turning the timer backwards or counter clockwise and damaging the timer. Joe advised that my points of testing indicate another failed timer and recommended replacing the timer. Joe provided SR#7741120463. I removed and replaced the timer and retested and unit is operating as. Since the tenant was not home, I left a note next to the dryer timer knob telling them to only turn the knob clockwise. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer making noises when in use. Customer said unit seemed to be much louder than their last, and had some clicking when agitating and banging on spinup. Ran unit and found no abnormal noises or failures. I checked the rotor / stator / slider and found no evidence of failure. Advised customer balance is critical and unit must be equally balanced or it will bang and make noise. Arrived on site frozen freezer door frozen in place. Allowed unit to dethaw for more then 72 hrs so I could access inside freezer. Wiped unit completely dry. Used inspection camera to inspect freezer drain tube. Inspected from the back of the unit drain tube near the compressor to make sure no objects had gotten inside of drain causing unit to build up water and freeze during defrost. Drain checked out took picture. After putting back together went back to the front of the machine noticed water leaking from ice machine casing. Replaced ice maker and tested no leaks present at this time. Maintenance will monitor unit for the next few days job completed.

The customer advised that certain cycles seem to go off balance and other cycles even if the unit is not going off balance, the unit it shakes a lot. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured on top of the drive shaft. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that shaking on these machines was quite normal and that the off balance issues may have been due to the loads that were in the washer at the time. Spoke with my lead and he recommend for a sealed system repair. Ordering evaporator, compressor, access valve and uv drier. Two hour for sealed system repair office to reschedule for client returning parts just in case. Arrived on site for unit constantly running. Replaced control on unit also checked pressure hose make sure no kinks blew into it. Tested unit after replacing control. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

Arrived on-site for burner not changing from medium to low. Checked burners for corrosion but they were all clean. Burners did go from low to high. Explained to customer that they are functioning as designed. No parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling and front user interface not working. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp and the UI not responding. I pulled the unit out to inspect the HV control and I found where the control had shorted out and had a burn mark. I tested voltage at the wall and got 122V. I removed and replaced the HV control and UI and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that there was a power outage recently which may have caused the control to short. Found that RC evaporator fan not running was the cause of the fridge not cooling due to corroded wiring on the chassis side. Found that the sealed system was fully intact. Gc management will complete service not and saftey call.

"WTW4850HW2 Arrived on site form pervious visit to install parts. I removed wash plate and found the hub damaged i replaced hub, screws, and retainer. I replaced suspension gearcase was and is in good condition no oil leaks at all . I calibrated and did a drain and spin worked great. I did a quick wash with clothes in it and product didn't shake violently no loud noises product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

This is a double oven that's installed about 4 inches off the ground in the cabinet so the oven dolly is too high for 1 person to remove.
