"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the sealed system, noting what appeared to be a full charge. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed. Holding 480 microns for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed 56 grams of refrigerant and tested. The unit started cooling and operated as designed. I adjusted the low profile ice maker housing to prevent ice bin clumping and the drain tube assembly required sealing to prevent chassis air leaks. Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out correctly. I checked stored error codes and had an F8E1 long fill and an F0E9 off balance pause. I found the hot water valve turned off at the wall. I turned it on and tested the machine in auto diagnostics. The machine completed the cycle and worked as designed but when the washer hot water valve was open the leak detector in-line solenoid valve the customer has mounted after the wall valve that the fill line connects to was making a loud humming noise and I suspect this is why the wall valve was turned off. I explained to the customer to have it checked. I explained that both valves have to be open for the machine to work properly. I also went over piling the clothes in the washer to prevent tangling and off balance pausing. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with the front right burner not lighting correctly. I found the ignitor sparking but in the wrong direction for the burner to lite correctly. I was going to adjust the ignitor but the phillips head of the ignitor screw had been stripped. I changed the burner head and tested. The burner is lighting correctly and is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. I found the FC getting well below harvest temp. I cycled the ice maker and it went thru harvest but didnt fill. There was 123VAC at the fill valve but the coil was not energizing. I replaced the fill valve and tested again. The ice maker completed the harvest cycle and filled with water. Arrived onsite for an ice machine that had only made a small amount of ice after the cutting grid was replaced on the previous visit. The customer stated when she checked the bin this morning it was almost full. I found the ice bin filled up to about an inch below the bin thermistor and still producing ice. I found the cubes full. I watched the machine complete a cycle and found it working as designed. I did find the evaporator thermistor wire hanging in front of the evaporator plate behind the cutter grid and ice could have possibly getting caught on one of the wires. I rerouted the wires to move them out of the way. The machine is working as designed at this time. Call complete.

I advise that most of those items, the whirlpool experts recommend taking to a laundromat. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I advised the customer that their machine is working as designed but did warn them about washing those types of materials due to the likelihood of going off balance and not completing. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water again and showing the error code F8E4. I placed unit in diagnostics and found error codes F9E2, F8E4, FAE2 (F10E2). Cleared the codes and removed the toeplate and continued with testing. I found the drip tray full of water and emptied it. Once the unit began to wash, I found water leaking at the back of the unit. I opened the unit door to stop testing and pulled the unit out and closed the door to continue tested. I found the unit damaged at the top back left corner of the u;it and the tub seal broken causing the water to leak at the top corner and bottom corner (photos). Also found water damage on the floors (photos) and cabinet walls (photos). Also, when the motor came on I heard it make a loud moaning noise as if it were struggling to push the water through the manifold. I advised my customer of my findings and advised to not use the unit until repairs can be made. I unplugged the unit for safety (photo). I could not turn the water off as its connected to the sink as well. I am ordering the tub, main control and will return with all prescreened parts. I found the RC evap fan motor making a noise as if it were about to stop functioning. I tested all components listed in the tech sheet and all are operating as designed. I found the right door gasket torn at the top left corner. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped. I am ordering the RC evap motor/harness, RC evap drip pan assembly (per service pointer #W11092686), SHIMS, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will return with all prescreened parts.mupon return service, I will replace the UI, HV control, RC evap motor/harness, RC evap drip pan, and right RC door gasket. Arrived onsite and determined the handle is loose. Will require 2 man to access and replaced the handle as the door will need to be removed. Advised customer on status. Arrived onsite for Ice Machine not producing ice. On inspection checked water pressure and it was good. The cooling plate frosted over but no water was coming out. Gain access to the pump and it was extremely hot. Next I pulled the water pan and it was not attached to the back of the unit. Once I removed it the water pan I could see that the insert was pulled out of insulation where the screw attaches the water pan to the back of the unit. Then I was inspecting the rest of the water pan and the drain pump was not all the way on. Inspecting where the drain pump and noticed it was broken where it attaches at. "Arrived on site and inspected washer and found it is full of water and clothes. Found drain hose is broken, Removed 30 gallons of water and was able to see underneath water and drain pump has failed and gear case has failed. Arrived on site for door mullion not latching. Upon arrival inspected unit. Mullion is good. Door hinges and door are also good. Found the front right roller cab has failed causing the unit to be un level. Raised the left foot so that unit can be temporary leveled until we return so that the door closes properly. After further disassembly I found door switchs broken and not fully contacting latch due to latch also failing. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice, making water correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found inlet valve failing as well as filter housing. Replaced valve and rescheduled customer to complete repairs with new W11194438 housing.; ordrng 1 W11194438 (Housing)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with an intermittent leak. Found lower sprayer split and to loose on pump. This is causing water to be sprayer under inner door panel. Sprayer will need to be replaced to complete repairs.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling, after sealed system repair was performed. Found internal compartments at room temp. Compressor was running on high, and hot. Checked machine compartment for dye and still found dye on suction line. Recommend we repressurize with nitrogen, replace suction line and check cabinet for leaks / compressor damage. Wiped down all lines to make sure we can spot new dye vs old dye from last leak. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a buzzing noise and its not going either section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely went out several days ago and has been making a buzzing and a clicking noise and does not actually cool. The customer had the unit unplugged and I plug the unit in. Found the unit over camping and then shutting off. Replaced the start device and still have the same issue. Ordering sealed system components including a compressor, drier, access valves, and refrigerant. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and poor washing performance . Ran diagnostics. Got wash motor and heater error codes . Element is energized at end of cycle . Ordering wash motor . No water leaks detected at time of service. Call to set return. ; ordrng 1 W11025157 (Sump and motor)

Arrived on site to test unit for intermittent defrosting. Found compressor was extremely hot and pulling 1.6amps. recommend replacing compressor. Needing 2hrs on return visit. Arrived on site to test unit for error f7e2(variable speed motor failure). Found water line was pinched preventing from filling. Also found a piece of drywall underneath over flow switch.
