"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they ran a quick wash.Cycle two times in a row that did not spin out and they also ran a normal regular cycle that didn't spin out as well. They said in the middle, they ran a bulky load that did spin out. However, they advised that they did not know necessarily what was wrong with the washer, but they were having consistent issues. I checked the normal quick wash cycle and found it on no spin, indicating no final spin. I also checked the normal regular cycle and found the same spin setting. I ran through different cycles and found spin setting on on every other cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit on a quick wash.Cycle with clothes in it on a high speed spin. I found the unit, complete the entire load and spin at the end of the cycle. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upun further inpsection, I observed the error code E5. I then checked the function of the ice maker and it successfully ran a harvest. I found an air gap at the back of the ice maker adapter. I ran test 36 and foundd them ice box fan not running. I ran a fill test and also heater test and both are operating fine. I replaced the ice box fan and corrected the gap. I also secured the heater better on the fill tube and applied aluminum tape to insulate. I found that the right RC gasket has a tear and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the gasket and scheduling for 3/25. No water leaks observed during service. I pulled the unit out and tested in diagnostics and found the condenser fan is not functioning. When I gained access to the fan, I found harness was not connected. I reconnected the harness and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Once I had the unit reassembled, I retested in a normal mode and found the fan was not coming on again. Arrived on site frozen freezer door frozen in place. Allowed unit to dethaw for more then 72 hrs so I could access inside freezer. Wiped unit completely dry. Used inspection camera to inspect freezer drain tube. Inspected from the back of the unit drain tube near the compressor to make sure no objects had gotten inside of drain causing unit to build up water and freeze during defrost. Drain checked out took picture. After putting back together went back to the front of the machine noticed water leaking from ice machine casing. Replaced ice maker and tested no leaks present at this time. Maintenance will monitor unit for the next few days job completed.

"Arrived onsote for a washing machine that is going off balance intermittently and is shaking a lot. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that certain cycles seem to go off balance and other cycles even if the unit is not going off balance, the unit it shakes a lot. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured on top of the drive shaft. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that shaking on these machines was quite normal and that the off balance issues may have been due to the loads that were in the washer at the time. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not stopping once the timer has ended. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the dryer timer and tested on timed dry with heat and found between points C-T on the timer harness I had 123V and at the same points with no heat I had 0V. I tested from points T-F on the same harness with no heat and had 123V. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the history of repairs and my testings/findings today. Joe advised that since the unit has had 3 timers replaced since December 2024, the tenant is possibly turning the timer backwards or counter clockwise and damaging the timer. Joe advised that my points of testing indicate another failed timer and recommended replacing the timer. Joe provided SR#7741120463. I removed and replaced the timer and retested and unit is operating as. Since the tenant was not home, I left a note next to the dryer timer knob telling them to only turn the knob clockwise. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I pulled the unit out to inspect the HV control and I found where the control had shorted out and had a burn mark. I tested voltage at the wall and got 122V. I removed and replaced the HV control and UI and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that there was a power outage recently which may have caused the control to short. WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer making loud sounds. On arrival client stated that when washing and spinning product makes the loudest sounds. I ran diagnostic no error codes I ran a spin test still no sounds. Client stated the sounds only happens when a load is in the washer. I asked client to add some laundry. Then I ran quick wash and that's when i heard the loud noises it was the pedestal. I tightened the nuts on the legs and the other screws on the pedestal that were lose. The noises are definitely coming from the pedestal after tightening screws and nuts I didn't hear sounds . No parts used product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water.

Ran forced defrost and is operating correctly. Did find freezer over filled with product. Recommend less amount of food to allow correct airflow and to assist with airflow to evaporator.. I checked running voltage to inverter and measured 6.9VDC. I checked the windings on the compressor, and they measured good and no shorts measured on the leads to ground. I verified that the fans are running properly. The inverter has failed and is not running the compressor. I am ordering the inverter. Office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to test the bottom oven, which was reported to be either not reaching temperature or taking too long to preheat. Pulled the unit out to check the ohms and continuity of the bake and broil elements; both tested good. Discovered that the upper connection to the broil element was not connected. Secured the connection and tested the unit by preheating the oven to 350?F. The oven successfully preheated to 350?F within 12 minutes. Verified the average temperature, which measured 357?F perfectly within the acceptable range. Job Complete."
