Arrived on site and inspected fabric softener fill cup, Standing water inside of cup is due to drain being raised an inch and a quarter above cup bottom. This is to allow softener to mix with water before being injected into washer. It does not have a drain other than this and remaining water is normal. No adjustment for replacement of parts is currently available to correct this and fabric softener valve cannot be deselected During any wash cycle. No water leaks At time of service. Job complete.

I verified ohms at the element and then found that the connection wire was badly damaged and will need to be replaced. Also found that the connector on the element was damaged as well from the wiring harness burning out. I inspected the control and found that the start button housing was broken and duct tape was being used to hold it in place. Office to order wiring harness and start device and schedule return service. I will return with pre-diagnosed parts except for the door switch.No lint observed during service.

Upon further inspection, I found that the units feet were not properly installed and when the unit was leaned forward and backward to install the legs and when it was put into place the legs bent causing the cabinet to housing to bend. The legs were were broken inside the unit. Also, I found that the as line was not properly connected when removing to install cabinet feet. I removed and replaced the cabinet and adjusted the feet to the proper height and centered the unit. I reconnected the gas line and tested with liquid detector and found no leaks. arrived on site to inspect condensation and ice buildup in fc section of unit. Upon further inspection, I found that the rc door was open approximately 1/4 inch and was allowing warm air into the fc chamber. I removed the door and shelves to find ice buildup on the lower portion of the Evap cover blocking the fc door from closing/securing. There was condensation on the top, sides, and bottom of fc chamber along with some ice buildup on the bottom. I used my steamer to defrost the ice buildup and checked the Evap cover and fan and both were good. I tested both ice makers in diagnostics through code 120 and 121. Both units operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Watched agitation with clothing washplate is moving clothing from top to bottom as designed. No error codes. Unit is filling at correct timing and depth. All water connections dry. Customer is unsatisfied with operations of machine. Customer started using excessive language, hitting walls with her fist, customer opened door, tech turned machine off and left home.

Dryer is stacked on top of washer, floor is also made of decking and is uneven. Arrived on site and set washer into diagnostic cycle and found saved code F9 E2, ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions progressed properly. Removed lower panel and found debris in drain catch, after reassembling ran a diagnostic cycle again and all functions still operating properly. Could not duplicate cause of error code but if situation happens Again will need to bring back main harness, control board, and drain pump. No leaks from connections at time of service, job complete
