Ran electronic gas leak sniffer across all connections and valve and there is no leak detected. Test for leak at all burners and manifold and there are no leaks detected. Tenant states that the smell only comes when baking or broiling. Tenant states that gas company said there is lots of odor of carbon monoxide but had no devices to detect. "Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and tested. When the compressor came on, it began to make a buzzing noise. I gained access to the compressor and start device and placed a tester start device on the unit and retested. The compressor came on and continued to make the buzzing noise indicating that it's locked up. I evacuated the unit and cleares it with nitrogen. Removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and tested pressures with nitrogen and 200psi. No leaks found in the system. I installed 50g of R600 refrigerant and allowed to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and unit is operating as designed and beginning to cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they will go to use the oven and the control panel will lock up and they will cycle the power at the breaker and the unit will operate properly. I tested the upper and lower ovens on Bake at 350 degrees and after approximately two minutes, the unit control panel reset, but the unit continued to heat. I could never get the unit to duplicate the panel locking out. Customer states that the base of unit was fill with water and leaked onto floor from left bottom of door. He stated that he ran a drain cycle and water drained correctly. "Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling and FC over cooking. Upon arrival customer stated the RC wont stay cold and the FC has frost all over the unit. Inspected unit, found RC door is sitting lower than it should, causing the door frame to hit the lower trim piece and creating a gap for air to leak into the unit and frost. Found both washers have been placed onto the FC door hinge. Removed one washer and placed it on the RC door bracket. Door no longer hits the lower trim. Sealed all chassis to liner gaps with silicone and reheated all the gaskets with a heat gun to form to the frame. Doors are now sealing properly. Unit has entered a defrost cycle, advised customer that once the defrost cycle is completed, the unit should start cooling normally. I gained access to the evaporator and found that the evaporator was covered in frost and was clear that it had a defrost issue. While in service mode, I ran test 89 and checked for voltage going to the heater. The control is sending voltage. I ended the test and measured the resistance of the heater and measured open line. The heating element is bad. Retuning with the heater W11626107. I defrost3d the evaporator as a temporary fix. "Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage at the plug and found proper voltage. I gained access to the fuse and found the fuse open, causing the issue. I also found a lot of oil inside of the machine, including on top of the diode, which appeared to be the cause of the issue. I checked all door switches and found them making and breaking, indicating there was no issue with the door switches. I called the Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Steve SR# 7741019987. He advised that oil can cause shorts in the diode or the capacitor that will blow the fuses. He then had me send some photos of oil inside of the unit and stated that from a repair prospective, he would replace the diode and fuse but would bring the capacitor in case. He stated that he didn't believe any other parts would be causing this issue based on my checks. However, due to the amount of oil shown in the unit, he wanted me to contact the trade care team to get authorization in order to proceed with repair. I called the Trade Care team and spoke to Scott SR# 7740999450. He advised me to go ahead and proceed with repair for the time being, but to let the customer know that any further issues caused by oil would not be covered. Ordering the parts and rescheduling the customer to 2/28. The customer is requesting an AM appt but did state she'll take a PM if not available. I checked the door switches as none of the lights are on either inside the unit. I found the freezer switch to be frozen in the open position. Tried to get the switch loose so it would close with the door but the switch is too frozen and cannot get it to loosen. Need to order a door switch to continue with the repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop with failed right rear element. Customer said they heard it pop and all element stopped working. I disassembled the unit and found the infinite switch for the RR burner had burnt. Replaced infinite switch and found breaker had tripped. I reset the breaker and it tripped again, but worked on the second try. Tested cooktop and found everything working as designed. Cooktop had a large crack in it by the down draft area, and once I tried removing the cooktop it splintered worse and broke a piece of cooktop glass. Cooktop needs replacement since repair could not have been performed without removing the cooktop, and moving it cause the cracks to get worse. No evidence of impact on cooktop. Arrived onsite for top rack falling down. Upon arrival I inspected the rack and found the rear right wheel broken off causing the rack not to seat in the rails and fall down. "On arrival verified complaint of unit shaking and tub wobbling for a previous diagnosis replaced hub. Tub wobble improve, but not enough replaced gear case and splutch. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they recently had their one year inspection and the inspector said the unit is making a random squeaking noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. While testing, I tested amp draw at the black wire on the harness and all of the components are within amp range. I could not duplicate the noise, and the customer did not know where the noise was coming from. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if they hear the unit making a noise to get a video of the noise and call the unit in for service. No water leaks observed during service and unit is operating as designed, job completed."

WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker to install parts previous visit they didn't send any parts. I installed bake and broil element and main control board. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker . I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product works as it's designed. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the pods are not dissolving whenever they go to wash dishes and their dishes don't come out cleaned. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed that the wash motor would not recirculate the water. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11025157.

"Arrived on site to test unit for LF error and clinking noise. Upon arrival entered diagnostics and found LF error stored. Started a diagnostic cycle, found when single valve engaged it would only allow a minimal amount of water. No clunking or abnormal noises during spin or agitation. Replaced single valve (WPW10212598) and as precautionary replaced the dual valve (WPW10212596). During replacement found gaskets on the water lines have degraded and are no longer sealing properly. Replaced water line gaskets from truck stock and tested unit, both valves now have full pressure. Advised customer if any of the water lines start to leak, hose replacement will be required. Also advised if the clunking noise returns, capture issue on video. At this time all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated no ice has been produced since the last repair. Dispenser has been working well. Took temps of the unit, FC at ~1?, RC at ~39?, ice maker housing at ~10?. Cycled ice maker, harvested properly but no cubes in the tray. Filled with adequate amount of water. Set defrost mode to basic and turned vertical mullion on 100% of the time. Cycled power, E5 error has been cleared. Suspecting a potential software or control issue. Will order controls. If E5 error is present on return visit recommend replacing ice maker and heater, along with controls.
