Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. On inspection had no power to the terminal block. Went to the breaker boxs and the white Handel GFI breaker was tripped. Informed the customer on the issue with the GFI breaker and how to resolve it. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have not used the dishwasher in several months but that prior to the dishwasher was working fine. I did confirm the dishwasher it sounded like it was trying to drain, but no water was flowing through the garbage disposal. I checked the garbage disposal and asked if the customer had that recently replaced. He advised that he had several months ago but couldnt remember the time line of that. I asked if they had ever used the dishwasher while he had the garbage disposal and he advise he didnt believe so. I checked the garbage disposal where the drain hose connects onto and found at the knockout punch had not been knocked through. I went ahead and knocked out the knockout punch and tested the dishwasher. Found the dishwasher draining and working as designed. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

I tested temps in the FC=4 degree and RC=35 on top shelf/37 degrees in middle shelf. I found the settings, on the UI at FC=1 of 5 & RC=4 of 5. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I reset the setting to the manufacturer recommended settings of 3 of 5 in both compartments and locked the UI as the customer does not use the dispensers. Found no air leaks in the gasket, I was closing the fc door and it stopped about 1/4 inch away from the frame. I was checking the rails out and about 3 inches from it closing there is a spot that you can feel that the rail slows and keeps the fc door from closing all the way. Ordering rails for the unit. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. The customer verified that when the paddles for ice or water are pushed the UI does light up but it will not dispense either when it acts up. I replaced the UI for this. The customer stated the icemaker had stopped working and some stuff in the freezer had started thawing. I found the FC temp only at 17 degrees and the RC at 37 degrees. I explained to the customer this is the reason there was no ice. I found the left side of the baskets in the FC with frost build up on them and the evaporator cover with some ice blocking the lower vents. I found the coil with frost about 3/4 thick across the top of the coil. I explained this looks like the door had been left cracked but the customer stated the door has never been left open. I found no issues with the freezer door gasket and found it sealing good. I removed the ice from the vents and top of the coil then tested the refrigerator. I watched the FC get down to 8 degrees and it was still cooling and dropping. The icemaker has no error codes and will go thru a harvest. The mold has water in it. I explained to the customer that now with the temps correct the icemaker will start working again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7738384319. Austin agrees with the UI replacement with what was found and what the refrigerator was doing. No other repairs needed at this time.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will start, but that it will only run as long as you hold the push the start button. I did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage to the unit. Found proper voltage and polarity. I checked the voltage under a load when trying to start the dryer and did find voltage on the line one side drop from 122.8 V to 113 V. However, the unit still had enough voltage to start. I checked voltage coming from the timer to the push to start and found 122 V. When pressing the push to start saw the voltage drop to 114.1 V, but still was being supplied power. Went to the outcoming voltage connector at the push to start and found voltage activating when the push to start was pressed, but would not hold after the push to start was let go indicating an issue with the push to start relay. I replace the push to start switch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection found that the bolt for the rotor was on the ground. There was oil on the side of the unit. Installed new gearcase,clutch,slider and rotor. Calibrated the unit and ran the unit In diagnostic mode. The washer completely the diagnostic cycle with out any issues. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with condensation built up inside. Upon further inspection, when the customer opened the RC door, I found all shelves clear and after approximately 10 seconds, condensation built up as expected. Closed the door and tested temps in the RC=39 degrees on setting of 37 and FC=3 degree on setting of 0. Tested thermistors and they are all within ohms testing range and VDC range. Tested the temps in the kitchen in front of the unit and it was 73 degrees. Placed my flashlight inside the RC & FC sections to check for gaps in the door gaskets and found none. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the recent service calls/findings, complaint and my findings today. Andrew advised that its normal to have condensation on the shelves when opening the doors due to the cold temps inside the unit colliding with the warm humid temps in the kitchen that are entering the unit when the door is open. Andrew advised to not replace any parts and advise the customer the unit is operating as designed and advised the previous SR# 7738208359 would be updated with todays info. I advised my customer of my conversation with techline and my findings in testing the unit and that the condensation build up is normal. I advised the customer that their receipt notes would have the file number included and if they had further issues they would need to contact the manufacturer and provide the SR#7738208359. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs made at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site for rear right burner not heating, upon arrival,test all burners and all burners except right rear burner operate. Inspected right rear burner and found it was fractured underneath. Arrived on site for dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after disassembly I traced issue back to the front glide bearing on drum popped out of place but not fully broken. Repaired glide and found noise no longer present. Call complete

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that its making a loud bang sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he wasnt sure if this was a problem or not as he just noticed that the unit makes a loud bang sound fairly on through the icemaking cycle. He advised that after he heard it initially, he had turned off the ice machine. Around the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the machine working and operating properly. When the unit got to the gas valve, the unit made a popping sound, and I did advise the customer that the popping sound is most likely either being caused by the gas valve or the sheet of ice when it is trying to drop the ice slab. I did advise the customer that these are normal sounds and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

So for a microwave that is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the microwave completely dead. Checked the outlet and found proper voltage. Unplugged the unit and checked the thermal fuse. Found it open. I checked all the door switches and found the primary and a lock switch. I had a hard time of making and breaking and was showing consistent continuity. I went ahead and replace the interlock assembly and the thermal fuse and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed and was able to heat up a cup of water within 30 seconds. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door glass damage. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they did a self clean cycle and the top oven door inner glass shattered/exploded. I cracked the door,open and found glass inside the top oven and the inner door glass gone. I removed the bottom oven door and placed my towel on the floor at the base of the unit and vacuumed the glass from the lower oven. I vacuumed the glass from the upper oven and door and removed the door and cleaned the remaining glass. I disassembled the top oven door and vacuumed all of the glass from it. Installed a new inner door glass and reassembled the door and cleaned up the remaining glass. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"KDTE204KPS1 Arrived to inspect noise. The prior repair that was performed corrected the original tapping noise, per the customer. The noise that caused this service call was due to the unit being incorrectly installed and was not as noticeable with the prior, corrected noise. There was a gap of approximately 1/2 at the top of the machine and various parts of the sound deadening material was incorrectly placed. I corrected the height issue and ensured all sound deadening material was in the correct position. The unit was noticeably quieter and I advised the customer it was operating within its design limits. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that makes ice but doesnt dispense water. I found no water coming out of the dispenser and the ice bucket was 3/4 full. I tested for water at the bottom of the door and had none. I replaced the dual valve and tested finding the same issue. I ran an ice maker harvest and fill finding the ice maker not filling with water. I traced the issue to a frozen reservoir. I found the fan housing leaking cold air at the top causing the reservoir to freeze. I used some mastic tape and sealed the gap to prevent this from happening. The dispenser is working as designed now. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection the rc was at 35? fc 0?. Customer said they called C&D and they told them to unplug the unit. Debris had collected within the flame spreader holes and after removal of the debris, the issue was corrected. During testing, I found three of the knobs had been cracked, likely during install and will require replacement. Office to order and D2C the burner knobs. On arrival ran error codes and found overload and locked rotor codes. Spoke to customer of load size when it failed and customer had fully loaded the unit with towels almost to the top of the agitator. This size load can cause both error codes to appear. Ran diag test and unit spins and agitates correctly. Ran diag and found unit is not connected to WiFi. Walked customer through setup to update the board. Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a Crunching noise when in use. Upon arrival I tested the unit and found the normal coming from the under side of the unit. Charged the unit up with nitrogen to 120 psi and found pressures holding for 10 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures old for another 10 minutes. I charged the ended up with 43 g of R600. I tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. I advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for washer not unlocking or draining, upon arrival found f9e1 in diagnostics. Found ACU only sending 8v to drain pump, and pump at 20.0 ohms. Replaced control and found drain p7,o still failing but no debri in pump when it was removed. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not draining. I found the disposal and dishwasher were replaced at the same time and the disposal knock out wasnt removed. I removed the knockout and tested the dishwasher. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. I evacuated the system and installed the parts and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. Installed 48g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. "KBSD602ESS01 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the LED modules, noting no faint glow as usually found with the LED issue. The missing 1/2 of the LEDs did not illuminate and testing of the Aurora board revealed the P3, J1-2 did not energize, even when fully unloaded. Circuit to chassis testing showed all lines at above 4 M-ohm and variable, denoting a high likelihood the issue resided within the Aurora board. I swapped the two sets of wires at the connector and the lights that were out, began operating normally, fully proving the Aurora board as the source of the issue. There was shipping material still in various places and I removed. The RC door would not fully close and had a sponginess to the closed position. I found the door stop assembly required adjustment and after performed, the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10830288 (LED Driver / Aurora)"

Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Found customer was not pushing and hold start button hard enough/long enough. Advised customer on starting. Unit working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for dryer not spinning. On inspection found that the motor is making a loud humming noise. I turn the drum to see if it was locked up , spun freely. Gain access to the motor and unloaded it and it was still seized up. Installed new motor and now it is working as designed."

Arrived on site for washer shutting down between wash and rinse cycle. Upon arrival found no errors or voltage drops. Replaced control and reset and tested unit found it completing cycles and not shutting off. Call complete

Arrived on site or unit not functioning properly. On arrival customer showed several videos with various error codes. Intermittent display and sounds. Attempted to verify error codes but when going into diagnostics the display completely shut down. Replaced main control and console at the same time. Tested and found latch not engaging. Replaced latch and while replacing found wiring harness with several wires pinched between two metal panels. Rerouted harness and replace latch. Powered unit and tested at 350? and then again at 425? and allowed to cycle. Unit seems to be operating as designed. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist recommend calling tech-support for further instruction. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped making ice/dispensing water. Upon arrival I I found this to be true. I checked the harness at the door and found that it was good. I the checked that if the filter was installed into the housing properly and found that it wasnt I corrected this and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed. No leaks
