Arrived on site for no spin and no agitate symptoms, found gearcase has leaked so heavily on to cam and motor causing belt to slip, motor is dripping oil from spin off. Will need to replace cam, belt, motor, actuator, and gearcase below. Found tub ring is falling apart, and will need to pull basket to replace gearcase due to age and wear of machine will need to replace spammer nut and drive block as well. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher lower rack wheels falling off. Upon arrival, the customer advised that there are five wheels that have fallen off of the bottom rack. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit will need all four sets of wheels for the bottom rack. I tested the unit by placing it in diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues with the unit. The operated as designed. I quoted the customer for four sets of wheels $160.64 and with tax the total is $173.89. The customer advised that they could install them and advised that they would contact whirlpool and see about getting them at a cheaper cost. I advised the customer of the service/diagnostics fee of $108.24 and she paid in full with a check. The customer opted to no service the unit until she could contact the manufacturer first. No water leaks observed during service.

Found f7e1 error in service diagnostics, found lid lock flashing when tech put in to drain and spin, motor humming but would not spin. Removed front of cabinet to watch motor. Put unit into a wash cycle and found motor is humming on wash cycle, removed belt to verify that nothing was stalling motor. Found motor with voltage but no movement. Faulty new motor, will need to replace motor, capacitor and shift actuator. Customer spoke with company who sold it they are replacing unit. Country mile warehouse- jess. All water connections dry.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door gasket/seal catching on the bottom rack. Upon further inspection, I found that the gasket/seal was not seated correctly and was catching on the bottom racks left side as one pulled it forward and pushed it back. I reseated the gasket, but found that the top left corner of the gasket was badly bound up and had a small tear in it. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and unit operated as designed. WGG555S0BS01 Arrived to inspect gas odor. I discussed the issue with the customer and found they had detected gas odor within close proximity to the unit. It was an isolated incidence and had occurred after cleaning personnel had been within the residence. I tested the all of the burners and found no odor of raw fuel. I used a gas detector and it registered no ppm during a normal burn. I activated the valves without allowing ignition and the detector registered gas present and at anticipated levels. I advised the customer of my findings and to ensure a check of the unit after anyone who is not familiar with the unit and it’s operation has been near. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

KFIV29PCMS03 Arrived to inspect ice in fc and ice issues. I found the ice bin level sensor shipping tape in place and removed. The unit had a large amount of surface ice within the fc and there was a 9 inch area or the bottom of the fc door gasket, pulled completely away from the door liner. I was able to correct the gasket and bond it to the door permanently. The drain showed signs of leaking onto the lower unit pan and I found it was completely plugged. I removed the debris and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

After replacing valve spoke with tech line Kurt, Because it was the hot water valve that was blocked scale buildup is coming from hot water heater. Removed console and found pressure hose was not connected to level switch. Attached pressure hose and tested unit. Unit now fills, agitates,drain and spins as intended. No other issues found. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival, the customer advised the dishwasher appeared to be leaking from the door seal. She advised that a plumber came to inspect water damage and suggested it was the seal. Upon further inspection, i placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Water began to go into the unit and as soon as the unit began to wash, I found that the diverter was leaking water. I immediately turned the unit off and engaged the drain pump to get all of the water out of the unit to stop any further water damage. I quoted the customer $243.16 for the sump/motor assembly and DW350 $189.99 for service fee/labor for a total including tax of $468.88. Customer advised that she would need to discuss with her husband and I advised that the quote is good for 30 days. Customer paid the service fee of $108.24 today. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

WRX988SIBM03 (Dual Evaporator French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dual evaporator French door refrigerator not marking ice and not cooling properly in RF section. Took RF temperature and found section to be @ 23F. Removed evaporator cover and found upper portion of evaporator frozen over. Used steamer to clear out all ice. Reassembled. Ran test 56 and found no ice maker errors. Advised customer to allow 24 hrs to allow temperature to come back to normal. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service

I pulled the unit a little ways from the wall and removed the UI. I checked ohms at the thermal fuse and it was open. Whirlpool Dryer Model WED7300DW1. Arrived onsite for the dryer to perform a PM check. I vacuumed all of the lint from around the dryer, lint screen, and vent tube. I found the dryer cycling between 127-163 degrees with the vent disconnected and cycling between 136-167 degrees with it connected leaving it with a 151.5 degree average temp and working as designed. Arrived on site for f5 e1 error, found customer had done a self clean cycle. After cycle finished flashed error pressed cancel and error went away.
