I removed the rear panel and found the oven control has shorted at the connection for the bake/broil supply. Inspected elements and found the harness to the bake element has been repaired with a wire nut and the connector was too large and has damaged the element as well. Unit will need new control, element and the harness repaired to properly repair.

MICROWAVE KITCHENAID KOCE500ESS05 "Arrived onsite for the microwave/oven shocking when the chassis is touched and another appliance or metal is touched at the same time. I checked the voltage at the wall and it was correct. I checked for voltage from the chassis to the warming drawer and had 120VAC. I checked from the chassis to a 120V wall outlet ground and had 120VAC. I disconnected all of the components from the oven AM and still had voltage from the chassis. With the filter board and the J8 connector on the oven AM connected I was only getting 10VAC from L1 - N. Nothing on the oven is coming on. When I disconnected L1 & N from the filter and disconnected the J8 connector from the oven AM the chassis voltage dropped to 24VAC. Need to replace all of the oven control boards to complete service or possibly further troubleshoot. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up at the bottom of the FC door and in the bottom of the FC section at the opening. I found that the FC door gasket is sealing properly and I had sealed the gapping in between the cabinet and chassis. I contacted Techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the issue and Andrew advised to lower the FC door is possible and use my heat gun to reshape the gasket. I lowered the fc door as far as it would go and reshaped the gasket and tested the door. It is sealing properly as before. I advised the customer of the repair. No water leaks observed during service. I did not charge the customer a service fee due to this being the same issue as before. Job completed."

I tested the water log valve manually and found that it is not operating properly. I found that the screens at the connections were badly clogged with debris.Unit operates as designed. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW8900BC0 "arrived on site to insect washer not spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes. When the unit got to the spin test, it shut down and showed error code F51. I drained the remaining water out and manually tested the agitate and spin modes and the unit did neither. I tilted the unit back and found that the rotor/stator bolt was loose and the rotor was not making s good connection with the stator. I tightened the bolt and tested and t(e unit operated as designed. I found that the water flow into the dispensers was low. Tested the valve and found the connection screens blocked with debris. I removed ad replaced the water log valve and tested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
