arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating and not dispensing water. I placed the unit into diagnostics and began testing. Error codes 6/4, 7/1 appeared. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and found that the sump/motor assembly was not working. I tested the drain pump and heating element and both were working properly as was the water inlet valve. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested the unit again and the unit operated as designed. I found that the was a gap in the flooring that was allowing the leveling feet to fall into which was making the unit in level and leaning too far to the front. I readjusted the mounting brackets to where the leveling feet were in front of the gap in the floor and the customer provided a piece of metal to slide into the gap and keep the feet from falling into the gap. Leveled the unit and tested and unit operates as designed, no error codes, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer clean vent light staying on. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the clean vent light would not turn off so they contacted the place that they bought it from and they came to the home and changed the buyer vent hose from a soft hose to the hard hose. When I arrived the clean light was not on and while testing with my vent tester, the light never came on. While using the vent tester, it fell off the holder like it is suppose to. I checked the vent tube outside of the house and it was clean. The customer advised that he had cleaned it out. I recommended that the customer clean the vents once every three months due to the unit having a mister in it and it can cause moisture to go into the vent hose and cause lint buildup in the hose which in turn will cause the unit to not dry and the clean vent light to come on. No lint observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher bottom drawer falling out. Upon further inspection, I pulled the bottom drawer out of the unit and when I did, the unit tilted forward. I found that the mounting brackets were not screwed to the cabinet. Due to the installation, the unit would not mount on both sides, so I mounted the right side to the cabinet and the left side mount was wedged against the inside of the cabinet so that it would not fall forward. I could not mount the unit as the mounting trim of the cabinet was not large enough. I tested the unit with the right side mounted and I raised the leveling feet and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site disassemble dryer and replaced igniter, after replacement turned on gas and started dryer observed it igniting for25 minutes on a normal cycle. Took two pictures. Dryer is operating properly no excessive gas aroma detected even with burner exposed. Dryer is new and no lint found in cabinet at time of service. Recommended to customer that vent to exterior be cleaned by a service at least annually to prevent any airflow problems, Job complete.

WRT138FZDB00 (Top Mount Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for tenant complaint of top mount refrigerator not cooling in RC section. When arrived unit was unplugged and fully defrosted. Removed evaporator cover and check foam air channel. Found air passage blocked with foam. Removed obstruction and reassembled. Found good frost pattern and air flow going to RC section. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Model MFF2558VEM10, Arrived on call for improper cooling and ice maker mold cracked, Arrived on call for bad icemaker and bad defrost heater installed defrost heater that was researched that is 26 inches long and was able to bend it to properly fit bit the wire connections were not correct so spliced original heater connections to the new heater and used but connections and sealed the ends with silicone and installed correct ice maker that was researched and ice maker filled and instructed customer to dump first batch of ice and then use from then on, no water leaks after repair, call complete.

Model MEDB765FW0, Arrived on call for dryer drum still turning when the door is opened, found door switch is bad and is stuck in the closed position, will need door switch, also checked for error codes and got f4 e4 which is a l2 line voltage error, f2 e1 which is stuck key on console, found no stuck keys on console and found customer has had no issues with drying except for sheets that twist and bundle together, customer says that the l2 line voltage error could have been to power outage, ordering door switch, will reschedule for 7/31/18
