"NED4655EW1 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the unit would operate and verified voltages, but it would not heat. All thermal fuses were intact, but the element read open load. I found the element had failed and I removed and replaced. I tested airflow via the temperature/time method and found it took 40 seconds to heat and 1 minute, 25 seconds to cool, which denotes a moderately plugged venting system and it should be cleaned and verified. Operational test good

Arrived on site for a washer that is not draining. Upon inspection I found that the pump would hum but do nothing. I homed the pump out and cross referenced it with the new pump that was sent with me and found that both tested within spec. But while do this test I stepped on the new pumps connector. "110.44832202 Arrived to inspect no operation. The unit would attempt to engage a cycle, but it would shortly drain out and go into standby mode. I found the unit overfilled in test mode and I interrupted the test. The air dome was plugged with debris and I removed and cleared. After air dome reinstallation, I found the drain pump very slow and removed debris from the pump and strainer assemblies. All further testing revealed the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"GFW450SSM1WW Arrived to inspect unit pausing during cycles. The customer advised me the issue is intermittent, but more times than not and after the pause, the machine may or may not spin out the garments. Entering service test mode, I found E48 and E42 as the only stored errors. Testing revealed that even though the basket and drum assembly did not have indications of excessive bearing play, the bearings are in the earlier stages of failure and several things could be heard from the bearings while manually testing. The manufacturer had the spin basket/spider/axle assembly WH45X23480 and it would be required, with the rear tub housing, to correct the issue.

The doors were mis-aligned and had severe overlap at the top, 5.9mm, while being flush at the bottom, due to the original installers not setting the front legs. I corrected the overlap and verified cabinet position and alignment. I advised the tenant that it will take several days for the doors to settle into their new position, sealing as designed. I also advised that ensuring the doors are fully closed is of absolute importance, as doors that are slightly ajar can allow air to circulate into the chassis and freeze up the evaporator. The tenant will defrost the unit and contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

Prior to installing the control parts, I found the chassis was severely twisted, creating a difference in door positions over 6mm at the bottom of the doors, while being flush at the top. The leveling legs were all the way up and after setting them, the twist was removed from the chassis. I found several areas that required sealing within the door openings. All functions of the unit were present and since the last service, the cooling resumed normal operations, denoting no issues with the controls or other associated parts. The customer advised that her grandkids always slam the refrigerator door when they get into it and it causes their freezer door to open and not re-shut. She advised this has caused her to lose some ice cream. I did verify proper leveling on the unit and it was slightly raised in the front. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7735837886. He advised this is normal operation because when the door is slammed, it compresses the air in the refrigerator and moves into the freezer so quickly, it will cause the door to slightly open. He advised that the door should not be slammed and that if it is slammed to make sure the freezer door is closed again. He also advised that having items in the door can also help but there is no repair that can completely resolve this issue other than customer care of the product. The unit is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not heating. I found the same issue with a break in the power cord when it is bent from the unit being pushed in the cabinet. The customer stated they called but they couldnt remove the microwave from the cabinet. I found the cord junction box at the back of the microwave had gotten bent up not allowing the unit to come out of the cabinet. I was able to get it removed and straighten out the box but the cord needs to be replaced. Ordering W11199540 power cord.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still not cooling correctly. After talking with the customer I found out that the FC has never been and issue and ice has always been made. Only the RC stops cooling correctly. I tested the temps and found the FC at 2 degrees and still dropping but the RC temp was at 52 degrees on the center shelf. I tested the RC thermistor at J5-1 to J5-2 on the UI and the resistance showed 4.30 kohms and it was reading 1.51 VDC which should be somewhere between 59 and 62 degrees. I found the 3 way valve working and could tell the RC evaporator had cooled and defrosted. It appears the UI isnt communicating with the main control to cool the RC. I found no DC voltage out of the main control to the inverter and the unit was not in defrost. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7735843027. Austin agreed that after all was replaced and tested that the UI is failing but also wants another main control ordered just in case the new one that was just replaced is defective. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making loud squealing noise when running. Disassembled unit and found both rear rollers were barely moving, front and real drum seals were separated from the drum as well. Belt was screaming due to seized tensioner pulley. Advised customer repair is to replace all rollers, drum seals, and tensioner / belt. Customer declined repair and will replace unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. Customer advised that its only happened once. I inspected the freezer door gasket and found it sealing properly on all four sides. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I did find the left RC door gasket is torn and the UI has digits that are fading out; ordrng 1 241778307 (Left RC door gasket) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

"Arrived onsite and found tube slipped out of place allowing leak, reinstalled drain tube to proper location to repair leak but also found very hot in compressor cabinet due to condenser fan motor failure. Left refrigerator unplugged upon discovery and warned of impending compressor failure if the unit was used without repairing the fan. Return tech to verify compressor operation prior to repair as the unit although cooling at time of service may have critical damage from overheating ordrng 1 W11387394 (Condenser fan motor) and 1 WP12825803 (Fan blade)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found large defrost issue in fc evap area. Found unit needs new defrost heater, thermistors and control. "CAE2795FQ1 Arrived to inspect no operation. Service test mode had F7E5 and F2E3 stored in memory. Upon inspection of the gear case and associated parts, I found the seals had failed and there were also signs of water that had leaked through the failed gear case and into the mode shifter housing. The capacitor also had water marks, but tested at an acceptable 59.6 uF. The unit will require the gear case, cam assy, actuator and belt
