On arrival verified complaint of unit not cooling correctly in both freezer and refrigerator sections visual inspection of the unit shows that the back wall of the freezer section is full of ice. Remove evap cover and clear top of evap of ice with steamer found the harness for the defrost heater. Check the defrost heater and found that it is open unit will need defrost heater on return. Recommend defrost heater and bi metal as it was encased in ice. Reschedule for3/6; ordrng 1 WP12049801 (Defrost heater)

WDF330PAHB4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. On arrival verified issue i removed all water and inspected drain pump it tested fine . I used my shop vacuum from one side of drian hose to the other side and the was a clogged in the hose. I replaced drain hose and tried again with my vacuum still a clogged hose I removed alot calcium from hose but it still would drain as it should I will need to order other drain hose and reschedule 3/5/25 returning parts just in case no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 8269144A (Drain hose)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found the inlet valve humming, but no water was dispensed. I found some ice cubes in the bin and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 44. The ice maker tray harvested as designed, but I found the ice maker harness had come loose from the clips and was getting caught in the tray as it harvested. I adjusted the harness and taped it to the ice maker bracket and then tested the fill tube in test 45 and no water came out of the tube. I pulled the unit out and found the water was turned off at the wall and turned it on. Retested the dispenser and the ice maker fill tube and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer purge the dispenser at least two gallons and to throe out the first two batches of ice. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles, and is flashing error codes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely stopped working and won't even spin the basket. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear the MCU), F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure), F7 EA (motor phase lost), and F7 E7 (basket unable to reach target RPM) error codes. I tested the unit and confirmed that the unit would not agitate or spin. I checked the motor windings underneath the unit and found proper resistance. I also found the slider broken. I replaced the slider and control and tested the unit. I still found the same issue occurring with the no spin or agitation. I checked resistance.Let's through the motor from the control and found one of the lines open. I checked underneath and found one of the spade connectors inside of the motor connector had broke, causing the issue. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for an ice machine that is making thin cubes again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has not been working properly since july of last year and she has had consistent problems with the unit making more than 1/4 of a bin of ice. She also said that the ice always comes out thin.Regardless of the repairs that are being made. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the recirculation pump barely darwing in much water before being satisfied. I ran through the reservoir drain pump and got to the cooling test for the evaporator plate. I found an audible hissing sound coming from the evaporator upon entry and ran the test for two minutes with the evaporator not cooling at all. I ran through the gas valve test and after that test ended, i still heard the hiss coming out of the evaporator indicating a leak. Due to the number of trips done so far in the last 6 months, I called Whirlpool Techline and Derrick SR# 7741040805. I explained all the repairs that have been made up to this point and advised him of my findings with the leak at the evaporator. He advised that he would also replace the pump harness with the evaporator thermistor as well to ensure all bases have been covered. Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Inspected unit and unit power connection everything checked out fine. Turned unit on bake tried to pre heat to 350 degrees breaker tripped less then 2 min. Called tech line Spoke with JoeSr#7741041088 walked me through proper burn off on unit. Put unit in broilnallowed unit to heat up to 350 unit did not trip. The turned bake element on to 450 degree unit held and did not trip. Unit is currently holding at 450 degree customer is gonna allow unit to do tech recommended burn off for 1 hr. Maintenance stated the issue was the water was freezing in the filltube to the icemaker and the dispenser would drip water and not stop after use. The valve is not shutting all the way allowing water to escape and cause the freezing in the fill tube. I replaced the valve and no leaks were sighted after turning the water back on. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured-4 FC and 33 RC. I examined gaskets and found the gaskets to be sealing properly and without issue. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed E5. I verified that the ice maker had ice in the mold ready to harvest. I ran test 57 and the ice maker harvested. It appears that after the last repair, the unit had frozen the water line and triggered the error. I found that the water line had frozen due to a combination of the heater not being completely insulated, and the refrigerator working harder to get the temperature back to normal after the last service. I applied aluminum tape to secure the water to the tube to prevent the issue from happening again. I cleared the error code by power cycling the unit. No water leaks observed during service."

As for of display checked voltage coming to unit voltage checked out fine. Unit is heating and tumbling. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice bin to find it full of ice. When I attempted to test the ice maker it failed to test. I attempted several times and cycled power to the unit and retested andmit continued to fail. The tray was full of ice cubes. When I went to remove the ice maker assembly,I found the black/white wire in the harness coming out of the ice maker housing wall had been pinched. I removed the ice maker assembly and replaced the ice maker and re-installed the assembly and tested and ice maker is harvesting and filling with water as designed. I researched the wiring diagram and found the black/white wire goes to the ice maker thermistor. I traced the black/white wire back to the P8-1 to P8-2 connector on the hv control and tested and got 13kohms which would equal a temp readings of approximately 19 degrees and my temp readings in the ice box is approximately 19-21 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended they monitor the unit and if they notice the ice maker failing again to contact our office. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the ice maker attempting to rotate, but was taking a really long time and was making abnormal noises during operation. It appeared that the ice maker got stuck in several different areas, potentially causing the issue. I replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the internet will not stop freezing the items in her refrigerator and her water dispenser won't dispsense water. I confirmed the customer's complaint and found everything frozen in her refrigerator including the watered reservoir. I went ahead and replaced the thermostat and defrosted the waterlines. Arrived onsite for washer with damaged control panel. Upon arrival I found the basket to be damaged and not the panel. Customer stated they washed a load and after they took the clothes out the holes were present. Customer stated they didn't have anything in the washer that would cause this. "On arrival, verified complaint of unit, making intermittent tapping sounds add power failures, causing no lights or cooling to happen. on visual inspection of the unit. I found no signs of excess moisture or frost build up on R. CE vap Delhi drawer board is good Delhi. Drawer harness is good. Evap harness for RC section is not corroded. Drip PAN is good inspection of the R. C ice maker shows gapping, where it connects to the liner in the rear reseated. The ice maker housing spoke to service and was instructed to replace both the led and the main control boards. Replaced, both found further noise is resonance coming from the condenser coil tubing. Added zip ties and adjusted tubing to reduce vibration job complete, the unit is working as designed installed wpw10675033 and w10804160"

Arrived on site to test dryer for not starting. Found door switch was broken. Replaced switch(WPW10237959) and unit is now working as designed. Customer stated she was having issues with washer as well. Advised warranty would need to be contacted for dispatch. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes too much ice and will not stop. They also had concerns over the filter and valve. I looked at the ice inside of the ice container and found adequate sized ice cubes. I did replace the benthermister and wants the unit harvested, i ran the internet through an auto test. I found minimum water pressure coming through the water dispenser with the filter inserted. I removed the filter and fou d no change in water pressure, indicating a bad inlet valve. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. At 1 minute, heated to average 120F, 1:30 heated average of 140F and 2 minutes heated average of 165F. Used the popcorn setting and found some kernels not popped. Unit cook power is set to 100%. Called techline and spoke with Drew SR#7741035222 and stated unit is operating as designed and there is no other setting to the adjust the heat and cook time. Unit is functioning as designed per manufacturer findings. No parts replaced"
