While removing the drain pump, I found a large piece of glass that had gotten wedged between the impellers of the pump. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5000DW2 "arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and held the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found that the element was heating. Using my dryer vent test, I tested the airflow and the unit failed two out of two times. I removed the back panel and removed the lint chute assembly to verify that the blower wheel was turning and it was. I opened the top panel and found no lint inside the cabinet. The customer advised that they recently had the vents cleaned out and was concerned the unit lint filter wasn’t catching the lint. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and the they need to have someone come out and check the vents again. No lint observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFHB2740PSBA "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water dripping from the ice dispenser chute. I found that the ice door was not closing all the way, approximately 1/4 inch gap, creating a good seal and allowing warm air to flow into the ice bin and melt the ice. I removed the ice bin and found a small amount of ice built up on the auger. Using my steamer, I removed the ice. I gained authorization from MS to replace the ice door module. I tested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed, and the door created a good seal as well. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Also noted refrigerator changed temperature when out of diagnostics depending on other keys that you pressed, such as max cool, max ice, and energy saver. Due to unusual control issue Orion control, main control, and user interface all will need to be replaced to complete repair. Ran test 57 and icemaker cycle properly. Ran test 45 and icemaker did not fill but valves are energizing here as well. Disconnected incoming water supply line from water filter housing and water will dispense here. Tried other side and water filter housing is good. Disconnected waterline from door dispenser to do all valves and the water inside of it drains out immediately from the dispenser this waterline is good. Sound reservoir is frozen. Recommended that customer defrost the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. If refrigerator will still not dispense water after they defrost, a new reservoir will be needed. reservoir is $74.72. Customer will contact the office if they want to replace the reservoir. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete"

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unresponsive. I found that it is hardwired and I turned the switch on and nothing happened. I checked the breaker..turned it off and then back on and checked the unit and still nothing. I checked voltage at the junction box and there was no voltage. I checked voltage at the control as well and nothing. I advised the customer that there was no voltage to the unit and they would need to contact an electrician to look at the wiring at the hardwire switch and the breaker. Advised that once the wiring was checked and the unit still did not operate to contact the office too schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the light bulb and found it burnt out. I quoted the customer $7.58 for the bulb and they agreed to purchase it. I replaced the light and it still did not come on. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, just before testing temps, I heard the ice maker harvest and dispense ice then the water dispensed into the tray. Temp readings were RC=36 and FC=16. Checked both evaps and both were good. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested and all tests for the ice maker ad thermistors were good. I found where the ic ebony door gasket was badly gapped causing moisture around the ice box opening. Ice box was mounted flush and all the way back against the back of the RC cabinet. I am ordering the fc Evap motor/thermistor, UI, control, ice bin door and return with prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service. Scheduled return service for 03/19/19.; ordrng 1 W10894103 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11162119 (DOOR-ICE) and 1 W11249952 (MOTOR-EVAP) and 1 WPW10624574 (cntrl-elec)"

Tested both ovens and found both ovens were at 341 degrees when set to 350 degrees. Also found the convection fan motor for the upper oven is extremely loud. Calibrated the units for both ovens 10° more. Will need to order the convection fan motor for the next visit. Accessed evaporator and found that the evaporator has frozen over due to failed defrost heater.
