I placed a K-type thermocouple and after 5 minutes the unit showed 36 degrees. I calibrated the unit up 2.5 degrees and then informed the customer their thermometer appeared to read 8 degrees too cold. I advised the customer it is not a problem to change the temperature of the rc in small increments with at least 24 hours between changes to allow the unit temperature to settle. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

The Ignitor on the left front burner was not arcing when attempting to turn it on. I was able to ignite the burner by using another knob/valve. I removed the cooktop and found that the wiring harness mount to the left front valve was broken. The burner operates when using a different knob to ignite it. MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH53520CS6 "arrived on site to inspect microwave fan noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear the unit fan making a loud whining noise. When I removed the unit from the wall, I found that the mounting bolt on the left side was incorrect and required a half inch nut driver to be removed. I found the mounting nut inside the cabinet. I placed the unit on the island ad plugged it in to test the fan and it made a rattling noise. I also found what appeared to be remnants of a dirt dobber nest on the right side fan blades. I removed and replaced the fan motor assembly and tested and it operated as designed. When I removed the unit from the wall, I found that the vent duct was not sealed correctly. I placed the unit back on the wall and using foil tape, I properly sealed the vent. I am ordering mounting hardware and the customer will call the office to schedule return service due to his work schedule.; ordrng 2 W10821385 (hard-mount)s"

The unit operated as designed with no error codes and no water leaks. I tested the unit manually and tested the valve log and found it defective as no water went into any of the cups. I tilted the back and checked underneath the unit and found that the rotor had rust debris on the outer surface. I removed the rotor and found rust debris on the stator and the bearing was badly rusted with water on it. I am ordering the valve and returning with prescreened parts. I found the light bulb burned out because the door switch broke and fell into the chassis. The door switch is not available and I explained this to mr and he said they could live without it. I inspected the hinges and the receivers and both looked good but the door was staying opened at the top. I changed the hinges again and the door sets flush with the chassis and seals correctly. Call complete.

I removed the back cover and found the drain tube gapped. When I removed the drain tube, I found water trapped at the main rubber grommet. I removed the drain tube from the unit and blew through the top of the tube and found the tube was clogged. I was able to removed the blockage (insulation) and reinstalled the tube. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the tube to the chassis to eliminate the gap. I plugged the unit in and tested the unit and it began to cool immediately. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
