arrived on site to inspect cooktop making clicking sound after ignition. Upon further inspection, after plugging the unit back in, I found that the front left valve was stuck and causing the Ignitor to constantly arc. I attempted to pull the valve knob stem out, but could not. Also found that the grates are warped and the inner front rubber feet on both grates do not touch the cooktop surface. I am ordering both grates, front left valve, and the cooktop. I am ordering the cooktop due to it possibly being warped but will test the new grates before installing the cooktop. I scheduled return service for 10/8/18. No gas leaks observed during service.

arrived inside site to inspect oven making noises. Upon arrival, the customer explained that when they Bake at 400 degrees the oven makes loud popping noises and other loud noises. Also, they advised that the inspector said the bottom oven was 70 degrees too high. Upon further inspection, using my thermalcouple, I placed my lead in the middle of the center rack and began testing on Bake at 350 degrees. I turned the top oven on to see if I could hear the noises the customer is concerned about. Once the bottom oven beeped at 350 preheat my reading was 407. My next four readings were 307, 376, 318, and 377 for an average of 357. With these readings I believe that the unit is operating as designed. I did find in the top oven that the gasket was not seated correctly. There were two pins that were not pressed into the chassis which could potentially cause airflow too leak out. I reseated the gasket and made sure it was seating correctly. Job completed.

arrived one site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I removed the water filter and tested the water dispenser and the unit dispenser water. Also while I had the rc door open, the diffuser came on and was very loud. I quoted the customer RF270 $169.99 for diagnosis/labor to replace the housing, $98.32 for the filter housing, and $59.92 for the diffuser for a total including tax of $355.31. The customer agreed to the repair of the housing for today and will pay the balance for the diffuser at next service call. Customer paid $290.45 and the remaining balance will be $64.86 (no labor cost on return service-already figured in). I removed and replaced the filter housing and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I am ordering a diffuser and scheduled return service for 10/02/18. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he placed a wedge in between the unit door and the wall to keep the door from opening during travels (unit in a travel camper). I found that the bottom door hinge was slightly bent causing the door to rub against the chassis. I removed the door to examine the hinge and due to the hinge not being available, I used a pair of pliers and adjusted the hinge and re-installed the door and tested. The door opened and closed as designed. Job completed.

I opened up the cooktop to be able to inspect the valve and found that it was slightly bent on the shaft of the valve. I removed and replaced the valve and tested and the knob/valve is much easier to turn. Using my liquid gas detector, I checked all gas connections to the cooktop and detected no gas leaks. TFX26ZPDAWW (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of SxS refrigerator missing screw in FC section and door not aligned. Found FC door is not aligned. Was able to adjust door to line up with RC door. Did find also, ice bin bracket on LH side is missing causing bucket to lean. LH bracket is no longer available. Advised that bracket is not causing any mechanical failure and bucket is still sitting to catch ice. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site to check unit for not spinning out and clothes coming out wet, I found error basket speed fault, i recalibrated the unit, checked wiring and capacitor. I got 4 large towels completely soaking wet and ran a spin cycle, the towels came out dry and I verified the unit is working as designed. Instructed Mrs. that some cycles on loading and some loads may require and additional spin cycle, no water leak present at the time of service

arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I verified ohms to the fuse and element. I checked ohms to the element cutoffs and found them to be open. When I pulled the element to inspect it, I found that the housing was burnt and about to crack which would cause it to not function; therefore, I removed and replaced the element and both element cutoffs ad tested and the unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed.

WRF736SDAM13 Arrived on site and replaced the control due to unit not defrosting, also replaced the fan and grommet due to damage from ice and the bi metal due to damage from ice, leveled unit and verified operation, no water leak present at the time of service
