Before replacing UI on drawer spoke with tech line there should be 12 V DC from orange to black at user interface harness. This voltage is not present and tech line recommended replacing high-voltage control board and harness to drawer. Refrigerator may need just the control board, the control board and harness, the control board and previously quoted UI, or all three. Customers will contact office what’s the decision they make. A control board and harness will need to be ordered at that point."

Arrived onsite for the washer that the door will not unlock and it’s getting an F3E1 error again. I found the air trap hose between the trap and tube full of debris that I suspect was causing the pressure fault error. I removed the hose and cleaned it out. I cleared the error code and ran the auto diagnostics cycle. The unit worked as designed and the error didn’t reappear. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
