I checked the fc evaporator and found a large amount of ice across the top of the evaporator. When I was removing the Evap fan grille, it fell off when I touched it and I found that both of the clips on the grill were broken off as was the clip on the fan shroud. I advised the customer of my findings and the customer advised that his home warranty had sent a tech from another company out prior to my visit and that tech advised it needed a sealed system. After working the situation out with the office, I advised the customer to contact AHS and schedule repair for the broken parts and the sealed system would be covered under warranty. Tested with a bag of popcorn and had error on display and popcorn was not complete. Tested 8 ounce of water at 55° for 1 minute and had at 112°. Removed microwave and called GE tech support spoke with Tony. He stated that unit does not have a humidity sensors and refer customer to page 13 in user care guide. Confirm# 190129-001952. Customer stated he is not happy with microwave cooking response and responded GE tech support.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT730PAHZ0 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes showing. The unit operated as designed with no leaks. I found underneath the unit signs of water leakage so I removed the outer door panel and found a large amount of debris in the reservoir and signs that the water was running over the reservoir. I also found that the door gasket had a small tear in it and it was allowing water to run down the side of the door onto the hinge and leaking onto the floor as I found evidence of water stains on the side of the door. I removed and replaced the gasket and advised the customer of my findings. I advised the customer that the unit needs to be cleaned and recommended using Dishwasher Magic. No water leaks observed during service other than the evidence of leakage. Job completed. Unit labor and parts are covered under extended warranty per SC."
