Arrived on for dryer that had a pair of scissors stuck in the lint trap. Upon arrival I gained access to the trap housing and removed the scissors and put the housing back and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator throwing P0 error. On arrival customer said the unit has been like this for over a month. I pushed the confirm button to get the code off screen. Customer was unaware this could be removed. I advised them on the nature of the P0 code and that it just indicates a power loss. Home had some electrical issues that have been resolve. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven losing power. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I found the unit was not connected to wifi. I spoke to the customer on the phone and they advised that they have the Whirlpool app downloaded on their phone but were unable to get the unit to connect to wifi. I advised that the control panel would need to be replaced and then they would need to contact the Whirlpool WiFi Connect Team to get assistance in connecting to WiFi. When I went to replace the panel, I found I had the incorrect part due to having the incorrect model number on the ticket and the wrong part was ordered. I corrected the ticket and am ordering the control panel and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived on site for a cooktop that has faded markings.upon inspection we found that they were faded. I replaced the cooktop and inspected the markings and found that they were indeed better .

"Arrived on site to inspect range knobs. Upon further inspection, I found the front right burner knob was broken. I found the plastic stem was broken and the metal sleeve inside was missing. I replaced the knob and tested the unit and found the middle burner not functioning. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and removed the cap from the burner head and found grease build up underneath the cap. I cleaned the cap and burner head and reassembled the assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"KUIX335HPS01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the reservoir at a very low level and a thin slab had been produced. Water flow into the unit was just a trickle and when the filter was removed, the flow went back to a normal rate. I advised the customer their water supply should be checked as the filter was only a few weeks old. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with all leds not working. Upon inspection I found the they were all out. I replace the them under S-code S84638. And tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had two loads not finished the cycle. The customer advised that she ran a load of clothes that didnt finish the cycle and then was able to wash two loads later on that day that finished out fine. She said that when they went to we use the washer the next day on a load of towels that the unit did not complete out the cycle again. Found the unit did not have power with the outlet that the unit was plugged in on. The customer had to use an extension cord to use another outlet. Went through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found no water filling inside of the unit when it went to fill. The customer advised that they havent re-hooked the waterlines back up and that her husband was going to buy a new set of water hoses. I tested the unit in manual diagnostics, checking the drain pump, agitation, and spin portions of the cycle. Found everything working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension on the unit and found the suspension was good. Advised the customer that based on all my checks and inability to test the water valves, the most likely issue would either be with off-balance loads or incoming water temperature during the rinse cycle. I told her that regardless of the wash temperature, the unit always rinses on cold water. I told her that during the summer months, if the water lines around her home are dug very shallow into the ground, it can create a situation where the incoming water is warmer than it should be and the inlet thermistor is not satisfied with the incoming water temperature and will end up prematurely shutting down. The customer did advise that her cold water is somewhat warm and not cold. Advised a customer that the unit is working as designed and gave her some tips on loading. Call complete."

I attempted to jump the unit and found that the motor would not turn, even though proper voltage was going to the icemaker. I did advise the customer that they do need a new, icemaker but that I wouldnt be able to check anything else until we had the icemaker. The customer advised that they were told that if their issue was with the icemaker, their supplier would replace it due to her having ongoing issues with her previous refrigerator icemakers. Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not wash clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will start filling with water, but will not agitate due to the lid not being able to lock. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error codes. ran the unit through manual testing and attempted to lock the lead. Found that the control would not recognize the lid was closed. Went to replace the latch assembly and found that did not been set with me. "Arrived on site. Unable to recreate noise from video customer provided,removed damper cover tested damper operation no odd noise,powered unit off,left doors open,powered unit on found vibration noise in compressor compartment,adjusted tubing and wires noise no longer present"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R600 68g . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell, tested unit found unit gas supply is on but not smelling any gas, customer stated that that excessive amount of gas smell when they run the unit, ran vent test and found vent is completely restricted, causing all the fumes to get trapped in side dryer, called safety to document SR# 7737086850 advised customer to call contractor and have the vent inspected and restrictions removed before use, at this time job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for items in RC freezing. Found diffuser was not closing causing RC to get colder than set. Replaced diffuser and unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for tub filling while not in use. Found hot valve had sediment build up preventing hot valance from opening/closing properly. Replaced valve assembly. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"WCG97US6HS05 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the center valve and leak tested. Finding no leaks, ensured the low-high flame out issue was resolved. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for sealed system repair. Upon arrival found unit running. Inspected and found evaporator completely encased in ice causing a cooling issue. Compressor was running normally. Unit appears to be having Defrost issues . Thawed ice and disassembled. Found brown heater wire disconnected not allowing unit to go into defrost. Thawed unit entirely and secured wire. Reassembled and tested. Compressor is running and frost pattern is developing. Customer will monitor.

Arrived onsite and found tub leak causing water sheet to freeze in bottom of freezer. Corrected by replacing tube unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not allowing upper rack to stay on rails on right side of unit. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found front right stopper broken. Found wheels still intact and rails ok. Rescheduled customer er for 08/23/23 to complete repairs with new stopper. ordering WPW10082861 stopper .; ordrng 1 WPW10082861 (Stopper)

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced control and test unit by running a normal wash cycle. Unit filled and wash cycle begins. Unit is now operas designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site. Found mullion divider extremely hot,found air u able to release from compressor compartment preventing hot air to escape,removed panel cover mullion started to cool down,found magnetic strip from gasket corner slipped down causing soft plastic not to seal to cabinet. Ordering a new gasket ; ordrng 1 W10800818 (Gasket) and 1 W11578915 (Cond motor) and 1 WPW10139483 (Blade)"

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell and door getting hot. Test unit and found unit is on propane but the unit is not converted to Lp is still on Natural gas. Advised customer to get installers to convert the unit to LP job complete.

Arrived on site to install new spray arm. Replaced spray arm test unit in diagnostics and unit working as designed. Heating element came on showed customer heating working job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with rear right burner non functional. Tested unit and found no heat off the burner. Found a crack in the burner and a char spot on the switch. Replaced the switch and element to resolve. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed new fan blade and nut. Tested unit and the noise is gone.
