I gained access to the ice maler fill tube and found the fill tube extension added was in the wrong spot and the mastic put around the fill tube had received from the wall. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking and turntable motor not operating. Upon further inspection, I found that the capacitor was shorting, and also the turn table motor had seized separately. The customer informed me that often, the microwave with be covered in condensation more so on colder days. The customer stated that this was the same issue as the previous microwave that was replaced. This is an indication of an installation or vent issue. I replaced the capacitor and diode and gained access to the turntable motor, and found water accumulated under the bottom access panel. I replaced the turntable and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit, and it is operating as designed. However, there is still an issue with moisture entering the microwave from outsid that will need to be addressed by the customer or landlord. The customer advised that the unit will get partially through a cycle and then will flash an F6 E1 error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (communication error between ACU and MCU), F1 E2 (MCU error), F4 E0 (heater is not detected), and F7 E2 (MCU/Motor overheat) error codes. I really need it through diagnostics and heard an audible screeching noise as the unit was trying to spin and the basket and tub was bouncing around the machine. I attempted to remove the rotor bolt off the back and found it completely seized onto the tub assembly. I contacted Whirlpool third party team and spoke to Lutrecia SR# 7741362091 regarding the repair to multiple costly parts (including the basket and tub assembly, suspension, Shocks, ACU, MCU, stator, rotor, heater, and screws). She had me list all the parts needed for the repair and after doing calculations, she advised that it would not be economical for Whirlpool. To proceed forward with repair and that she would contact the extended warranty to notify them of the findings. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds during the spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit sounds like an airplane taking off and get really loud. I ran the unit through a spin cycle and confirmed what sounded like a gear case failure. I went to remove the agitator and found oil leaking through the top of the gear case. I attempted to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely stuck on the drive shaft. Upon further inspection, I found that the mounting stud was not in alignment and was causing the handle not to sit flush with the door. I adusted the stud and fastened the handle properly. As per protocol, I installed the control and removed the ground and set at 500 degrees bake for 30 minutes. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer operating loud. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dryer was not making any sort of 'thumping ', 'grinding', ' squealing' , or 'rattling' sound but just louder than normal. I ran the dryer and could not replicate any abnormal sounds or operation. I ran an airflow test and found that the dryer has good airflow. At this time there are no definitive source of abnormal sounds. No issues found with the dryer. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I verified proper incoming voltage at the control. I tested the motor relay and found the control is operating properly. I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the thermal fuse had opened. I found that one of the connecters to the thermal fuse was not making a firm connection. I verified that the other components tested good. I replaced the thermal fuse and made sure the connector were tight and reassembled the dryer. I tested the airflow and cycling temperatures. Arrived on site for SAFETY GAS LEAK. Upon arrival. Gas supply is on. Could not smell gas. Used electronic sniffer and no leaks present detected. Test cook top and all burners have correct flame. Test oven and flame is blue but too large. Found shutter wide open. Adjusted shutter and test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Unit is operating as designed. Found ice hitting evaporator fan blade,ran diagnostic thermistor passed checked door seal good,no cooling issue in fresh food section, ran defrost heater,heater powered on and can hear water droplets hitting heater. Changed defrost setting to basic to allow defrost every 8hrs of compressor running time,ran forced defrost after exiting diagnostic. If after day noise is still present customer will defrost unit and allow proper defrost cycle"
