"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely quit in the middle of a cycle and would not unlock the lid. They advised that after unplugging it, the unit did eventually unlock the lid, but they could not get it to start a cycle. They also advised they had to suck out most of the water through the basket because it wouldn't drain. I checked underneath and found the wire harness split at the drain pump. I removed the rest of the water and replaced the wire harness. I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed withnoleakspresentduringoperation. Call complete. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not properly cooling. Tapped system and did find good pressure present. Compressor was warm, and not scalding hot. Evacuated system and replaced compressor and dryer. Ran nitrogen through system after not seeing any dye present. Unit was acting like it was undercharged. Found no leaks with 175psi nitrogen. Vacuumed unit, and verified vacuum held. Charged system to spec. Unit took 59g on the high side before it would not take any more, and continued fill on low side. Once proper fill was reached, tested unit. Verified temperature was dropping to the correct level and no longer hovering around 28. Unit working as designed. Arrived onsite for unit not heating. I found the capacitor to check good and diode in tact. I found the magnetron to be reading 15kohms. The magnetron has failed. I replaced the magnetron and unit is now heating as designed. Call complete. Installed W10754299 MAGNETRON.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer detergent dispenser holding water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water will remain in the dispenser and the washer pedestal drawer does not pull out properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E1-load during cleaning cycle and cleared the code and tested in diagnostics test 12. The unit operated as designed. I tested the valves in tests 1, 2, and 3 and the valves are functioning properly and weeping into the dispenser. After testing, I found the dispenser cleared with a small amount of water in the bottom of the drawer, which is normal. The customer advised that the washer pedestal drawer is difficult to pull out. I tested the drawer and found the rail on the left side was damaged and the right rail is beginning to fail due to the left one failing. I verified with our Claims Dept that the pedestal is covered under warranty, as long as the washer is in warranty. I am ordering the pedestal rails and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 04/11/25 (ROUTING). I will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E5-inverter board failure. I cleared the code and using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave and found the magnetron not heating properly. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I checked all control connections and connections at the inverter and all were good. I gained access to the magnetron and found it extremely hot to touch. I removed and replaced the inverter board and magnetron and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. After reassembling the unit and placing it back into the cabinets, I retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed. W11578959, W11578579"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises and not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit began to agitate, the entire basket turned with the washplate and when the unit began to spin, the gearcase was very loud. I tilted the unit back and found old gearcase oil on the pulley shield. Removed the shield and gained access to the cam assembly and found it worn and beginning to shred. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, and belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I tested the vent and could hear the relay on the control clicking, but the blower would not turn on. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the blower to find the blower harness was not fully seated into the molex connector and was backing out when plugging it into the mopex connector to the harness that leads to the main control (photo). I corrected the harness by fully seating it and retesting and the unit is operating as designed. I re-installed the unit above the range and retested again and it continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inpsect dryer, making a lot of noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the blower wheel is making contact with the lint chute. I gained access to the blower wheel and removed and reattached and tightened. I also found that the lint chute was not securely mounted. I found that the dryer had a dent on the right side, (photo) I securely and properly mounted the chute and reassembled the dryer. The dryer is now operating as designed. No one is present to sign."

Arrived on-site for unit not moving up. Upon arrival I found that the unit is not installed due to the customer had to jave it pulled out to get the serial number. Customer stated that the fan would not come on but it is moving up. I explained that we need it installed before we come back. His installer will be back in June. She started a quick wash cycle, at the 11 minute mark the unit canceled the cycle. Entered diagnostics, found F8E1 lo-flo error code stored. Cleared code and ran a diagnostic cycle, fill sounded like it was at full pressure, inspected valves and found cold side has debris. All other components are properly engaging. Drain pump filter is clear. Contacted techline SR#7741287180, per techline the quick cycle ending shortly is programmed. Unit has sensed that unit has spun out so it ends the cycle early. Recommended a cold valve replacement. Replaced valve (W11688995) and tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit trips breaker within 10 minutes of every cycle. Has had the breaker replaced twice already. Reset breaker and applied power to the unit, breaker immediately tripped. Found only 1 neutral wire from the harness connected to the terminal block. Found second neutral wire not attached and making contact with the rear bulkhead. Attached both neutral wires to the terminal block and applied power, breaker no longer trips. Put in a wet load of laundry and ran a cycle, unit sensed and then began to dry. Cycle ran for over 15 minutes with no issues. "Arrived on site to inpsect dishwasher not washing properly and not dissolving detergent. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I found that there was a large amount of detergent buildup on the heater. It tested the temperature of the incoming water, and it was only 78 degrees. I tested the dishwasher and found that the pump was not effectively spraying water through the spray arms. I replaced the heater and the motor and sump assembly. The pump is now operating with good water pressure. I advised the customer to switch to liquid detergent since the powder is having a hard time dissolving. I also advised the customer that the machine requires an incoming water temperature of 120 degrees. I advised the customer to run the hot water at the sink to ensure sure this. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer (FC) section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the FC and RC sections cooling properly and I found where the front lower section of the FC door is sweating (photo). Customer advised the unit stopped cooling in the FC and RC continued to cool just fine, but they hadn't noticed the condensation on the front of the FC door. Customer advised the unit never lost power and after approximately one day after it stopped cooling, they found it cooling again. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I inspected the ice door and found it sweating and not closing properly. Inspected the FC evaporator and found a perfect frost pattern on the coils. I advised the customer that I would order a new door, along with the controls and thermistors and when the door arrived, the office would schedule return service. I recommended the customer contact our office should anything else happen with the unit so we can order any additional parts if needed. No water leaks observed during service. Talked with homeowner en route to call. They said they needed to reschedule at first. I talked to them a bit more about the root cause if the nuisance tripping on their range being related to the breaker. Previous tech has already performed a burnoff with new elements and control as well as documenting. This leads to the root cause being the square D breaker. Homeowner has not had the breaker addressed and will change out or have builder change out the breaker. Since there is no other repair we can do this should resolve the issues. Closing ticket since service is no longer needed and breaker will be addressed by homeowner. Did not arrive on site to capture signature.

"Arrived on site for 2ine cooler making a humming noise per customer on arrival. On arrival couldn't replicate sound, I spoke with techline Sr#7741286609 and was instructed to add w11113654 pad(2x)! And 212643 premagum to compressor lines because they were also missing sount3cline also stated that b3cause unit is in a cubby hole that's located in a very open and big living room space as well as being on concrete floor will cause u it to sound louder then normal. techline recommends customer gets carpet squares to stick under the feet of unit to help dampen noise due to unit's location.
