"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making loud noise. Upon further inspection, I opened both doors and could not hear an6 noises. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the Evap fan and air baffle and immediately when the Evap fan came on, I could hear the loud noise. I removed the shelving and Evap cover to find that the Evap fan motor mount was not mounted properly. I adjusted the mount and tested the fan again and the noise was gone. I placed the Evap cover back on and put the shelving back. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames too low. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners and found that the middle burner would not stay lit on the simmer mode. I removed the burner head and found lots of debris under the burner head. I removed the simmer orifice and found that the orifice was clogged. I cleaned the orifice and placed it back on the burner and tested. The burner/simmer operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I calibrated the washer and in service test mode I selected (12) for high speed spin, which ran as designed with no screeching or grinding. I hand spun the basket and only heard water. I did remove the 4 plastic leveling rings from around the 4 balancing screws, which were causing the unit to be off balance. The unit tested as designed. I zip tied the drain hose and took a pic and attached it. All water lines were dry at the time of service. JOB COMPLETE"
