"arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning/clothes wet. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud noise like it was before when it was serviced in 2017. I placed the unit in diagnostics ad it showed error code F7E7. I tested the drive system and while in the process of testing the shifter, I switched from agitate to spin and the cam began to make a loud screeching noise as if it were stripped. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the puller shield and on the pulley. I noticed too that when the basket was slowing down from spin mode, it began to wobble as if it were warped.I am ordering the gearcase, basket and will return with the cam No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10521298 (spin basket) and 1 W11035747 (gearcase)"

Customers experience was caused by moisture sensor operation while drying a single blanket, Showed customer that with a damp cloth across moisture sensors how it can add more dry time. "arrived on site to inspect microwave vent hood light. Upon further inspection, I found the venthood light on, but the control display showed it to be off. Customer had an LED light in the housing. I advised the customer that the LED’s won’t work in this unit. . I replaced the current bulb and the light still did not turn off. I tested voltage at the housing and when the display showed the light to be off, it was still showing 122V. I ad vises the customer of my findings and removed the bulb so it wouldn’t burn out. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not level and when the condenser fan came on, I could hear the condenser vibrating on the bottom bracket under the unit. I positioned the unit in its place then leveled the unit. I adjusted the condenser and the vibration noise stopped. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. "arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the water hoses disconnected, but the unit plugged in. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F6E2-communication error control not communicating with UI. I cleared the code and attempted to run diagnostics, but the UI only beeped when trying. I verified voltage to the control and found the diagnostic LED flashing. I tested the UI activation and decoder and it passed. I removed and replaced the main control and tested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dryer not heating and drying the clothes. I found the dryer heating and venting properly. I entered diagnostics and found no error codes. I did a moisture sensor test and the sensors test good. I found the dryer leaning to the rear and clothes not contacting the sensor bars on a small load. I explained to the customer that we need to adjust the leveling feet to correct this and will take care of it on the return visit. I found the idler squealing badly.
