"Arrived onsite for the range with the LF burner know not working correctly and a dent in the drawer. I found I dent at the bottom of the drawer panel. I found the two left side knobs switched. I corrected the knobs but the one knob was crooked and wobbly. I replaced the knob and upon further inspection I found the shaft length on the original knob much shorter causing the issue. I replaced the drawer panel and found the drawer dragging bad because the screw hole in the left slide is stripped out causing the slide to fall down and the drawer drag. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temp issues. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out from its space and the customer advised that their warranty rep advised to unplug the unit. I tested temps in the RC=41 degrees & RC=12 degrees. I found that there is ice built up at the back of the ice box housing. I checked the evaporators and found good frost patterns. I checked the drain tube at the back of the unit ad found a gap approximately 1/8 inch. I sealed the gap with silicone. I am ordering the ice box hosing adaptor and gaskets and will return with all prescreened parts. I will replace the UI, HV Control, and RC Evap fan/harness. "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that’s not cooling properly, stopped making ice, and is making a high pitched fan noise. Mr stated it never has made ice good and it stopped making ice. I found the RC at 51 degrees and the FC at 23 degrees. I found the RC evaporator frosted over causing the cooling issue. I checked the evaporator drip pan drain tube and found a small air gap around the bottom and sealed it. I found the tube clear. I ran all of the thermistor service test and all thermistors tested good, I ran service test 57 and found the RC evaporator fan not running with 14VDC out of the control. I ran service test 128 and found the control version as 6.0.0. Upon further inspection I found all the incorrect controls, ice maker, and fill valve listed in Technical Service Pointer #:W11033419D. The main control, Orion control, evaporator cover, ice maker, and fill valve need to be replaced to complete service. Ordering c-notes, W10908391 ICEMAKER

"Arrived on site to install parts I previously ordered. Replaced and found very bad restriction in the system not allowing refrigerant flow. High side wasn’t pulling down in a vacuum. Flushed system and pulled vacuum for 45 mins and finally got it to pull down properly. Recharged to specs on high side. Compressor was fine. Informed customer when repairs like this are made, may even be worse since vacuum is pulled, may loosen debris inside system and create a bigger blockage in the system.

"arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F51. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves, agitate and spin and again, the unit operated as designed. I followed service matters tech sheet and tested the Motor Circuit and found no problems with the circuitry. The customer advised that another appliance repair rep found the rotor bolt loose and he claimed to have tightened it. I inspected the rotor bolt and found it loose. I removed the rotor ad found that the bearing shaft nut had come loose and was sitting in the rotor. I placed the nut back on the shaft and tightened it and put loctite on the rotor bolt and placed it back on the unit and tightened the bolt. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for unit not making ice and full of water. Ran diagnostics and found water valve to fill very slow. Tested recirculating pump and found it to pump but very loud. Unit was still holding water upon arrival. Removed unit to check drain line and found no issue with line. Tested drain pump but did not turn on. Found pump getting 120v and really hot. Replaced water valve and solved slow filling, replaced recirculating pump and now normal pitch. Used siphon pump to drain water from unit. Replaced drain pump assembly. Reassembled unit and tested good. Unit now filling, recirculating and freezing, dropping ice and cutting ice. No leaks on site . Under k-aid 3yr warranty. Resident home."

Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the compressor is running and will pressure up to 100 on high side but is in a 25” vacuum on low side. Vacuumed system down to clear obstructions and recharged. Unit still has same pressures. Called tech line and spoke to Kevin #7725376681. Unit has a restricted capillary tube and recommended isolating and pressurizing to clear. Installed access valves on each end of cap tune and connected one end to refrigerant tank and the other to my recovery pump. Cleared line and installed new drier. Vacuumed system again to clear and test for leaks. Charged system with 4.8oz 134a and tested operation. Evaporator now has proper frost pattern and unit is cooling. Job complete
