Customer may potentially be using to much much soap causing an extra resistance during the spin and unit not reaching target rpm. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit error code. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F2E1-stuck key error code. Placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code. Customer advised the code pops up in the middle of the night as they wake up the next morning and find the code, and they haven't been using the unit. I tested the unit and found it is operating as designed and no unexplained issues. I contacted techline and spoke to Brandon and advised of the complaint, history and my findings today. Brandon recommended replacing the console, but to order it directly from the manufacturer as a customer complaint so it will go back to engineering for research on the error code. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the blower wheel and motor; however, when i disassembled the unit to gain access to the parts, I found the belt that drives the blower wheel from the motor had come off the pulleys (photo). I re-installed the belt and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No parts were needed to repair the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making the same noise as before, just not as loud. I was unable to gain information on the previous repair other than it was a fan noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all of the fans and could not duplicate the noise. I reached out to the previous tech and they advised the issue was with the FC fan. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found frost/ice built up on the evaporator due to a possible airleak and the defrost thermistor not positioned correctly. I corrected the thermistor and ziptied it to the suction line. I found the sound deadening insulation pads in the upper right and left corners of the evaporator drip tray walls weren't installed correctly and we're allowing warm airflow into the evaporator area causing the ice build up. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643), i sealed off the gaps and then placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost element in test 6 and found the element heating up properly and getting the correct voltage, amp draw, and ohms. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended they monitor the unit and contact our office if the noise comes back. Unit is currently operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. 212643-van stock"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked voltage going to the control. I found no voltage at the control. I checked goldpitch at the plug and found no voltage. The customer used an extension cord to plug into a different outlet, and we found the unit initially turn on. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that the issue is with her electrical supply at the outlet. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for freezer needing sealed system repair. On arrival reconfirmed issue and installed W11506635 access valve, wpw10143759 uv drier, w11547313 compressor. Pulled vac and recharged system with 45g of r600. Inform customer to allow twenty four hours for unit to stabilize temps.Call complete"

Arrived on site. Found control not exiting out of defrost correctly replaced main control. Ran diagnostic all test passed. Wpw10317076

"Makes a clicking noise and does not complete cycle. Also states that unit shakes alot. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error codes F7-E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal,,F0-E3 overload, F7-E6 motor circuit open, and F5-E4 lid not opened between cycles. Control is not allowing me to clear codes. Ran automatic cycle and agitation failed. Unit automatically then started another auto test cycle on its own. Found cam has failed. Also found many drain holes are blocked. Will need basket replaced. Ordering basket, wash plate, and belt. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11513243 (Basket) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"
