"253.70413411 Arrived to inspect temperature issue within rc. I found a moderate ice mass within the fc evaporator and there was fc airflow, but not enough to cool the rc. The customer will defrost the unit for 48 hours to clear the frost and monitor operation. I checked through service mode and verified all functions, including defrost, were present and correct. The chassis alignment was good and there was no ice within the fc evaporator pan. The customer has warranty on the control board assemblies with a different service organization and if the issue, that has no definite cause returns, they will have the other organization replace the controls. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer frosting up. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of frost and ice in the fc section of the unit. I found that the unit was not leveled upon installation causing some gapping in the fc door. Using my steamer, I removed the frost/ice from the fc section and checked the evap/Evap and it was good. Once I removed the ice/frost, using my heat gun, I reshaped/remolded the top left corner of the fc door gasket. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in between the freezer chamber and chassis. I advised the customer to allow the fc door to remain closed for approximately 24 hours to give the gasket time to mold to the chassis. I tested the unit and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer taking too long to dry recurring issue. Tested unit and found barely any air coming from blower channel. Removed back panel and removed air tunnel. Found extensive build up of lint clogging the air flow. Removed all lint and blockage from air channel. Reassembled and tested unit. Unit now has good air flow coming from air venting.
