Arrived to unit #812 with washer not working. I did further testing and found the main power connector lose and making a false contact. Connected the connector properly and tug on it to make sure Id dint come back off. Tested unit and found it operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water at the bottom of the unit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaks water at the front right side at the bottom. I opened the FC door and found frost/ice built up on the evap,cover, bottom of the FC lower basket and at the opening of the FC door area. I found the FC door gasket, at the bottom right side, not sealing properly and when I pulled the gasket downward, I found the FC door liner is badly warped causing the gasket to bow upwards and not sealing. Also found the unit not leveled and the left RC door mullion not seated correctly. I attempted to seat the mullion after leveling the unit and the mullion is hanging on the pivot block. Also found the right RC door gasket torn. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after three days, the unit came back on and began to cool. I tested temps in the RC=32 degrees on a setting of 33 and the FC=13 on a setting of -4 (defrosting at the time). I removed the bottom crisper drawer and found some ice on the bottom of the evaporator. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermistors for the evaporators at the P8 connector and found the RC thermistor reading was a little off range. I removed the back cover and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. Using some manufacturer approved silicone, I placed a bead of silicone around the tube and sealed the gap. Due to my readings and findings I am ordering the RC evap cover, thermistor kit and hv control. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Checked through the parts breakdown of this unit and found that the control panel and the control had been for this unit. Applied bubble solution to all connections and did not find any evidence of gas leak. Problem is likely in cooktop internals. Found all screws on cooktop are corroded and cooktop cannot be disassembled to investigate further. Also all interior gas components are to be ordered due to age. Cooktop will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker stopped making ice and the ice and water dispensers dont work. I found the emitter/receiver boards were turned off. I turned the boards on and using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it has been leaking water into the motor area and rusted. Following the tech sheet for the emitter/receiver boards, I found with them blinking twice and pausing for 1 second and testing the ice maker, the boards have failed. I inspected the dispenser motor and found where water had leaked into the dispenser housing and the motor has rusted. When I tested the dispensers I found the UI light would not come on either

Arrived on site to test unit for unit stopping and turning off. Test unit and found with in 14 minutes the unit stopped checked voltage and found unit is loosing voltage from the wall. Advised customer to check voltage job complete.

"Arrived on site to insect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and placed it in diagnostics showing error codes F6E2 and F2E1 cleared the codes and attempted to test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I found the diagnostics LED flashing on the main control. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the control panel and found three keys not functioning. I removed and replaced the control panel and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had attempted to repair the unit themselves and had the screws in baggies and the front, rear and top panels loose. I disassembled the remaining parts to find the rear rollers and tension pulley not rolling as they should. The back left rod was seized on the axle. I removed and replaced the rollers, tension pulley and the belt was good. I cleaned the axles and vacuumed the lint from inside the unit (before/after photos) and reassembled. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Provided photos for the customer of the before and after cleaning. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the freezer section and got 1 degree and the fresh foods section was at 32 degrees on the middle shelf. I found food items packed in the freezer section restricting airflow (photo). I tested the thermostat and turned the unit off then turned it back on and it operated as designed. I tested the door switch and its getting proper voltage (125V). Removed the items from the freezer and removed the evaporator cover and found the evaporator has a good frost pattern (photo). I pulled the unit out and tested the compressor and its showing .88amps which is within amp reading range. I advised the customer of food placement in the freezer section and showed them where the airflow goes into the fresh foods section. I made recommendations for food item placement in the freezer section and fresh foods section. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for not responding. Found voltage from L1 to neutral started at 140vac and worked its way down to 94vac within 3seconds. When voltage drops below 110vac indicator light on control stops blinking. Found L2 to neutral voltage started at 175 and worked its way down to 144vac. Continuity through harness is good. Arrived onsite for washer hanging up and sensing and long fill error codes. Found unit hot water lever broken. Hot water closed. Opened with pliers. Unit is now filling both hot and cold properly. Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. On inspection found the cutoff fuse was open. Tested thermal fuse and the heating element 10 ohms. Informed the customer that the dryer had a air flow problem and it is with the vent being clogged. Told customer that the vent being clogged probably was why the cutoff fuse burnt. Customer is going to get the vent cleaned.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will occasionally not start and it shutting off halfway through the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when the unit is cold, the unit will start and will run about halfway through the cycle, but will completely shut itself off, he advised that the drum is extremely hot during this. He advised that if he lets the unit sit for a couple of hours, the unit will start again, but otherwise will just make a clicking sound, and nothing happens, except the timer advancing. Ran into diagnostics and did not find any store near codes. Ran into an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Went ahead and replaced the motor due to a potential to overheat causing this issue. I did explain to the customer that if they have a venting issue, the same thing can happen. Advisor customer to have their vents cleaned. Should any further issues persist. Call complete."

Removed washplate and found the collar inside the washplate was completely stripped as well as the gearcase shaft completely rounded off.

I found the DC voltage out of the control and the resistance for the defrost thermistor both showing 72 degrees which was correct and working as designed. "KRFC704FPS00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the refrigerant and then removed and replaced the compressor, drier and service port. I vacuumed the system and then charged with refrigerant, after allowing the system to set and proving no leaks. I removed the failed gasket and installed the replacement. The unit started cooling as designed, no water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker during baking cycle. Ran bake function and breaker tripped. Ran broil and did not trip. Ran diagnostics and isolated bake element. Element did energize and heat but upon canceling cycle it tripped. Replaced control and bake element. Ran test and still tripped. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to BruceSR#7735894520. Made sure wiring was not grounded out. Ran amp test and never went above 15 amps. According to tech line unit is functioning as designed. Arrived onsite for washer not spinning. On inspection I found oil from the capacitors all over the pulley cover and the actuator. Tested the cap and it was bad. Installed a cap and actuator and tested the unit. Calibrated the washer and ran it In diagnostic mode. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site. Diagnosed a defective compressor,replaced defective compressor vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low side pressure good."

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced rc door and name badge. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site and inspected oven and found right side oven convection motor is noisy. Removed cover and found fan blade Is wobbly when it spins. Sent a short video to KB/service management. Replaced it and preheated oven to 375. Took another short video of fan running quietly. Job complete

"Arrived on site and found left front burner is slow to ignite. Removed burner calf and adjusted it until it light within five seconds and matches the right front burner. No further repair is needed at this time, job probably"

"Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Found evidence on the floor where water had been. I gain access to the bottom of the unit I could see water spots on the back panel. I took the wash tub ring off and there was water spots on the left side of the back panel. Asked the customer what they were washing when the water leak happen. Sheets, comforter bulky items. They said that the washer would shake like crazy when they were washing bulky items. Told them to limit how much weight they put in the unit. I installed new suspenders in the unit. Told them to,let us know if the water keeps cooling out under normal loads."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not lighting. On inspection found the the light bulb was missing. Informed customer that WP does not cover light bulbs. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for oven not heating. On inspection found the thermal fuse, temperature sensor and elements were good. Tested the voltage to the control board was good but when I called for bake no voltage to the elements. Changed out the control board and retested the unit. The oven is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is set at 40 degrees and freezing product. On arrival the customer stated he set the RC temp at 42 and nothing else has froze and product is good and cold. I questioned the customer and found out that the reservoir has never frozen and they have been able to get water and ice with no issues. I tested the temp at 42 degrees and found it cycling between 40 and 44. The return vents are clear and the dampener is working. I found product pushed all the way back against the rear wall causing air flow issues. I went over loading with the customer and showed him where the dampener is located and the return air vents explaining not to block these. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install parts previously ordered. Installed bucket and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for squeaking noise, customer stated that its happening intermittent and its like a screech and you hear it on the other side of house, tested unit found cam rattling and gear case shaft has excessive movement, replaced gear case, belt and cam, ran test and noticed a tapping noise coming from motor, replaced motor and tested, unit is now running as designed, customer will monitor and if noise is still present she will call, job complete"
