Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not turning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes out terrible sound when the unit starts but the drum does not turn. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the dryer drum extremely hard to move. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel sitting in an awkward position. Went to remove the drum and found the blower wheel. Sit back down into the proper place. Found one of the clamps on the motor had broken causing the motor to lean whenever tension was put on it and causing the blower wheel to grind against the housing. Arrived onsite for a range with a left front burner(dual zone) that is not working upon inspection I found that the burner would not turn on when set to low. I replaced the I-switch and tested the unit several times and found that it is now operating as designed. I did find some places bags behind the unit and removed them as they may be a fire hazard if the oven gets hot enough to melt the plastic. I advised the apt office manager of this and he will make the tenant aware of this.

The chassis had not been set during initial installation and after correcting, the twist within the cabinet started to settle. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making good ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and it was wet/watery. There was a slab of ice forming on the evaporator and I observed it until it formed and when the heat valve came on, the ice began to sweat, but failed to slide off the evaporator before the heat valve turned off and the recirculating pump came on and forced water over the evaporator causing the ice to slide off. I found the evaporator has build up on it causing the ice to stick. Per customer request and due to the evaporator being dirty, I am ordering the sealed system. WGD5010LW3 Arrived to inspect drying issue. The customer advised me the actual issue was with noise and presented me a video of the issue. I noted a very fast paced squeak appeared after the burner engaged and he unit heated. Inspection of the idler pulley showed discoloration that denoted the likelihood of the bushing preventing rotation. I had a new idler arm assembly on my truck and installed a and tested. The issue was resolved and I could not recreate the issue after allowing five complete heating cycles of the unit to occur. I tried to remove the ice bin again and found a ball of ice in the ice chute and was wedged in the ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and was able to remove the ice bin. Unit was heavily contaminated and got vacuumed for an extended period of time (found moisture and oil mixed). Charged and tested. Verified cooling and frost pattern starting. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did not hear through one of the ready meal cook items that she bought from H-E-B and she believes that the unit is a little under temperature. The customer advised that she had to cook the food for an extra 5 to 10 minutes so she doesnt think its too far off but wanted to have it checked. Ran the unit through a 375?F eight cycle and found the unit cycling between 403?F and 348?F indicating an average temperature of 374.5?F. did explain to the customer that the unit appears to be heating and operating as designed but did show the customer how to calibrate her unit. I did explain that some of those ready meals may have different sizes of chicken and that may have been what caused the issue due to a thicker cut of chicken needing more time. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I tested voltage at the wall and got 245V. Pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and tested the cutoffs, thermostat, fuse, element and timer and found the hi-limit thermostat had shorted due to a loose connector and the timer was not providing voltage. Removed and replaced the thermostat and retested and found the timer continues to not provide voltage. Removed and replaced the timer and retested and unit is operating as designed."

Arrived on site to test unit for error f8e4(overfill/float switch). Cleared error code and found unit tilting slightly forward. Also found RO system drain tied into dishwasher drain. Leveled unit and advised to have RO drain inserted into drain directly. Ran diagnostics and found no signs of overfilling and no signs of leaking. Advised customer to minimize soap use as unit is supplied soft water to prevent over sudsing. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for cooktop flame going out. On inspection this the center burner that goes out when going from high flame to simmer flame. Installed a new dual valve and tested the unit. The unit now is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service. W

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit started making a really loud buzzing and clicking sound and then the unit completely lost its temperature. He advised that the unit makes the sound every 5 to 10 minutes at this point and will not cool. Found the compressor in touch. Unit will need a new compressor for repair. Ordering all sealed system components and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability and need for a two hour service.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (Compressor) and 1 W11559685 (Drip tray) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 Lokringkit (Lokring kit) and 1 W11504448 (Cap tube to drier coupler)

"Arrived on site. Replaced defective hinge assembly on fresh food side,found unit uneven added shims to right back side adjusted front wheel stop tested door operation good."

Arrived on site to follow up on washer not draining. Replaced harness due to harness repairs not holding. I advised customer if issue repeats I can upgrade the wiring. Unit is working as designed with the new harness. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing properly and water flow is slow. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and found the water flowing very slowly and taking too long to fill a cup. I found the filter head was new and the customer has a new filter installed. I found previous tech replaced the filter head and valve. I tested the water pressure at the wall and it was good. I tested the valve and found it bad. I removed and replaced the valve and retested the dispenser and found the unit operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
