Refrigerator may need just the control board, the control board and harness, the control board and previously quoted UI, or all three. Customers will contact office what’s the decision they make. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MHW7100DC0 Arrived onsite for the washer that the door will not unlock and it’s getting an F3E1 error again. I found the air trap hose between the trap and tube full of debris that I suspect was causing the pressure fault error. I removed the hose and cleaned it out. I cleared the error code and ran the auto diagnostics cycle. The unit worked as designed and the error didn’t reappear. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I found the temperature averaging 155 degrees. Due to the age of the unit and f lm the amount of lint build up on the walls and floor behind the washer and dryer I advised ms to have the chassis cleaned and quoted labor $95.00 + tax. I vacuumed out the dryer chassis. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that while heating the oven, the display showed 160 degrees and it did not change for hours. I tested temps to the oven and my readings were 420 at 350 preheat and my next three readings were 357, 393, 352 for an average of 367. I checked ohms to the sensor ad it was good. I could not duplicate the issue at this time. I am ordering the control and sensor and scheduled return service for 04/05/19. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4815EW Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the unit heating but not cooling back down at a normal rate. Unit will heat really fast and cool really slow. I found the exhaust hose crushed and when I attempted to straighten it I found there was a hole in the hose. I cut the bad section out and reattached to wall vent. Ran again and found the unit now cycling better. Instructed customer that their exhaust hose needs to be replaced and recommended having their vent cleaned to the outside to prevent fire hazard. Job complete

WASHER WHIRLPOOL MAV9504EWW "arrived on site to inspect washer valve issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will begin to fill when the lawn sprinkler system turns on. With the unit in the off position, the customer turned the sprinkler system on and water began to flow into the tub. Turned the sprinkler system off and I checked ohms/voltage to the valves and they showed to be good. When I removed the water lines from the valve, I found debris in the valve screens. I removed and replaced the valve and tested with the customer turning the sprinkler system on and no water came into the unit. I advised the customer that due to the water pressure and the age of the unit, it’s possible that the hammering of the water pressure could have caused the valves to fail and that a plumber would need to check the pressure and possibly add a regulator to the water supply. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
