Found customer had dehumidifier in bedroom on. Had customer turn off dehumidifier and turn exhaust fan on and cracked door. Found failure is due to dehumidifier. Flame corrected itself(see SD-QuickPic). All checks good."

Tested AC voltage to mullion and found within range. Tested heater resistance and found at 1.4 k ohms. Inspected RC and FC door gasket. Found minor gap between cabinet and cavity. Called tech-support and spoke with David (SR#7723454801). He stated to replace mullion and seal between cabinet of FC. Removed mullion and installed new. Added food grade whirlpool approved silicone between cabinet and cavity. Tested operation. All tested good, no water leaks present at time of service."

I found a bird nest in the dryer duct on the outside of the home keeping the dryer from exhausting (see SDQP). The duct went straight thru the wall so I removed the flex duct and took a broom handle from the inside of the home and knocked the nest out of the vent pipe. I tested the dryer and the drum temp is cycling between 143-213 degrees and is working as designed. Call complete."

Lighting within the chassis would not work as well. The unit was misinstalled the the feet were removed. The lower air duct was bent to clear the cabinet and will require correction. The customer will contact a contractor to correct the cabinet cutout. The unit will require the UI, microwave appliance manager, and chassis feet. I open the dishwasher and observed what looked to be Black mold inside the interior compartment of the entire unit. The float (dome shaped) valve was also caked with detergent from continued pods use. There was an older pod still in the dispenser. I shut off the water from underneath the kitchen sink to eliminate the chance of any leaks from the unit. I then took off the kick plate from underneath the dishwasher and I observed a leak from the copper pipes that lead from the wall to the dishwasher. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRSC500ESS00 "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not dispensing water. I found the refrigerator set at 34 degrees. I tested the RC temp and it was at 32 degrees. When I tested the dispenser it did work but the water pressure was very low at first and the more I dispensed, the higher the pressure got indicating the lines had ice in them. I set the temps at the factory recommended settings of 37 & 0 degrees. I explained the temp settings to ms. Ms stated the drip tray is discolored and will not clean up. I explained to ms that this would not be covered under the extended warranty because it’s cosmetic and not a functional part. Ms stated AIG said it would be covered. I called the office and spoke with Jen. Jen verified it was not covered. I let ms know. Call complete."
