"Arrived onsite for unit creating moisture and setting off carbon alarms. I took off the plastic coupler mounted to the vent hose and held on the hose while testing temps. I found the unit to be heating as designed reaching 170 and dropping as designed. Customer stated the vent in the wall has a grate which is collecting lint. I stated to the customer that the wall vent grate is not good and suggested getting it removed. The whole issue is the vent hose is not set up properly and is letting the fumes and hot air escape into the house creating the moisture and setting off alarms. I advised the customer that she will need a new vent setup if she wants the issue to be fixed. I showed customer the temps and spoke with PR about it. There is a vent issue and once fixed no problems will be present. Unit is operating as designed and checked the flame to see if there is any yellowing, no yellowing present flames are blue. Checked terminal block and found L2 wire had gotten loose from the block retaining tabs and made contact with the rear panel and shorted out, popping breaker and damaging wiring. F5e2 NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer with lid locking issues. On arrival verified issue ran diagnostic and found error code F5E2 tried replacing lid lock but the one that was sent was defective it was locked and wouldn't unlock . I ordered new lidlock and returning parts just in case. Also washer isn't near any water source so after replacing part I can't test fully . I rescheduled client for 4/21/25.; ordrng 1 W11307244 (Lid lock)

Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. I found the noise to be from the blower wheel touching the vent on start up. Indication of the unit being dropped or damaged was present as there was a dent on the side and the back cover to be bent out a bit. F3E1 WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival washer was unplugged I plugged back in and immediately it went to long drian I ran diagnostic and found error code F3E1 I checked lower wireharness it was in good condition I checked perrsure hose that was in good condition. I needed main control to fix issue part has been ordered but it didn't arrive on time . Part eta is the 18th I rescheduled client for 4/21/25 returning parts just in case needed no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/21 MON !

I wrapped on site for an oven that is flashing an F8 E0 (cooling fan underspeed) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and confirmed the customers which was complaint. I pulled the unit out and checked resistance on the cooling fans. The lower oven cooling and upper oven cooling fans showed 27.9 ohms of resistance. I checked voltage going to the lower cooling fan when in use and found 123.1 V going to either cooling fans. Ut found the upper fan buzzing and not moving when activated. I replaced the upper cooling fan and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed without flashing the error message. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11598119.

"Arrive down site for a refrigerator that has a light out in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that a day after he initially called in, the light came back on. He advised that since then, the unit has been working since. I checked the door switch and led module and found both to be working and operating as designed. I asked the customer if he had had any issues with frost, build up in his freezer section, and he advised that he had that issue one time. I showed the customer the way that the freezer door opens and did show him that if he pulls it from the left hand side, the door may not close fully if he doesn't slam the door shut. I explained that his door not being fully closed would make sense with his issue due to frost build up in the door switch. I did tell him that i've seen this many times and that it appeared he corrected the issue himself. I showed the customer about the door and how to properly open and close the door. I also explained how to remove some of the ice build up that gets in the door switch if this ever happens again. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for unit needing calibration upon further inspection found unit doesn't need calibration customer had inspection done inspector stated the unit need calibration for temp checked temp with multimeter roughly 20 after lower oven is 348 unit is working as designed

Arrived on-site for dryer not drying. Found that the dryer is heating but that it has terrible air flow. When I removed the vent on the back it was full of water and lent. Advised customer to get vents cleaned and not to use it until then. No parts used.

Arrived on-site for washer not starting. Got a f9e1 code for drain pump. Found no resistance at harness to pump. Found the harness is broken at the pump. The harness hadn't arrived so it's not on my truck. Will need the harness(w11643701) for return visit. I drained the unit before I left. No parts used ; schdld next appmnt for 4/21 MON !

Arrived on-site for refrigerator leaking water. I verified the issue. The water line coming in to the icemaker is blowing out of the housing. Icemaker is working as it should. The housing is a loose fit for the hose. I'm ordering 1 WP67003576 and wpa3223101 for return visit. Office will need to reschedule.
