"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Have a thorough examination of unit for any items that could cause the unit to stop / skip spin cycle. I checked the basket for any play / wobble and found none. Balance ring is intact. Suspension checks good and has no abnormal bounce. I found some resistance in the pressure line, but nothing else on the top end. I checked the bottom end and found actuator working properly, capacitor working properly and no damage to the motor. Could not see any obviously broken wires. I replaced the cam pulley due to belt marks, and also replaced the lower harness per tech line rec. Found less pressure line resistance. Ran unit and found it working properly. Unit was calibrated on a previous visit, along with replacements of the control, capacitor, shifter, and valves. Customer was not able to see any correlation between cycle selection and options set when issue happens, nor number of loads run / temps. If issue returns tech line needs to be called before we return, and call should be handled DZO. At this time everything appears working as designed. Parts used - W11591637, W10721967."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had not notified the builder to replace the GFCI breaker since last repair. I tested the unit on Baker at 350 degrees and the breaker tripped. I removed the back cover and inspected the terminal block, main control and all harness wiring. I found no issues with the mentioned parts. Due to previous repairs of performing a burnout on the unit and allowing it to heat for several hours and the unit continues to trip the breaker, I removed and replaced the bake element, broil element and main control and tested. Approximately 10-20 seconds into testing, the unit shut off. I found the breaker had tripped. When I cycled power, the breaker immediately tripped again. I recommended the customer contact their builder to have the breaker and outlet wiring checked/replaced. Breaker left turned off for safety, job completed. W11696067, W10856603, W11182108"

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect loss of power. I verified the issue and then took pictures and readings to be able to provide to the MFG as an ongoing research project. I first allowed the machine to fail within bake preheating and videod the the failure, with the ground wire connected and also with a twisting of the ground. After several breaker tripping events, the circuit breaker would trip at every reset and I suspect it was due to it heating up. I unplugged the machine and then lifted the Ground, after setting the breaker for the final time and then performed a complete relay conditioning, during video. The machine completed as expected and then I allowed a cooling to under 200F, reattached the G and retested to 500F. The machine then operated as designed after relay conditioning and I was able to capture the entire process from start to finish, with no interruption. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. I advised one-two trips over the next month is sometimes possible and not cause for concern and that anymore than that, they are to contact us."

"WDT750SAKZ2 Arrived to inspect code. I found the machine unplugged and I reapplied power and found no errors in customer mode. Entering service mode, thee were no stored errors and I allowed the machine to operate in service test mode. No errors were generated and there were no leaks of any sort found. The F8 series of codes has to do with water and the E0 as reported, does not exist within any documentation. I performed a second test and again found no issues. I did see what may have been a slight indication of water that had made its way into the float tray, but could not confirm and there was no water within the area. I reset the rinse agent dispense amount and returned the machine to service. No leaks observed during service."

"WRS315SDHM01 Arrived to complete service. I found the machine still cooling with the deactivated defrost element and proceeded with testing. Plugging in the replacement element, which had similar resistance testing results as the existing, did not trip the breaker. Re-testing the original element, still in the machine, also did not trip the breaker. I discussed the issue with the customer and advised they will need to pay extremely close attention to any items that are plugged in, or unplugged from any other outlets within the home, if the refrigerator trips the breaker again. I advised this due to the prior information about several other items tripping breakers within the home and that another part of the home had lost power as well. I also advised the circuit breaker should be replaced, as others that were affected, to prevent future issues. No further service required and the machine was fully operational. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that a pitcher of tea had spilled on the countertop and got on the dishwasher and it stopped working and showing an error code. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I attempted to clear the code but the code would not clear and the drain pump continued to turn on. I gained access to the drain pan and float switch and found the tea had somehow gotten inside the pan and caused the float switch to engage. I removed the pan and switch and cleaned the pan and replaced the switch and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11545764"

Techline stated theres a new software on the new board that will potentially fix the issue (text photo attached). Also stated its the same part number but possibly labeled as a different revision. I vacuumed the water from the machine and then inspected the pump, finding debris within it that had also scored the inside of the housing. I removed and replaced the pump and then found the gear case had lost oil, that was then flung around the inside of the cabinet and in the rotor. The machine will require the gear case and slider. A drain safety strap will be required as well. No leaks observed during service. Checked suspension that passed . Readjusted all legs washer is level now. Readjusted drain hose drain hose was a foot in house drain zip tied. Calibrated washer and tested in customer mode product works as it's designed client happy. No parts used on service.

Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom spray arm became detached and fell onto the heating element causing it to melt. The heating element also became damage and was warped significantly. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for gasket tearing. Inspected unit found RH RC door gasket is tearing. Replaced gasket (W10830162) X1 and used heat gun to form gasket to the frame. Unit is now sealing properly and is functioning as designed. Advised customer when opening doors, open the right door first and then the left. When closing, close the left first and then the right, this will prevent the mullion from hitting the gasket and putting unnecessary strain on it and eventually tearing. CET9100GQ2 Arrived on site to install part. On arrival tested new part that didnt fix issue. I called Comercial whirlpool we pin point power issues. Then techline asked me to remove back cover to test wiring. That's when I seen power cord was resting on the belt and it had removed a large piece of the power cord . "Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival customer stated unit just shut off, he cycled power but no changes. Verified issue, when plugged in ice maker will not turn on. Removed plug from the external drain pump and plugged it in, unit started up indicating external drain pump has failed.Replaced external drain pump (W11539855) and tested unit, unit turned on properly. Started a max ice cycle, unit filled with water, recirculated and drained. External drain pump engaged properly. After the flush cycle, unit filled with water once again and started to produce an ice sheet. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
