Arrived on site to inspect wall oven WOES3030LS01 door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the unit light on and the door appeared to be closed. I found that the door is cracked open on the left side more than the right side and when closing it, the door will pop back open. I opened the door fully and found it appears to be correct. I removed the door and disassembled the door to gain access to the hinges to find no mounting screws on the hinges and the hinges were sitting loosely inside the door. Arrived on site to diagnose washer MVWB835DC4 that was not starting cycles anymore and had fluid leaking. Examined unit and found gearcase has been leaking for some time, and has seeped and contaminated the rotor / stator, and both the clutch and slider are scraped up and covered in what looks like rust. Washplate will not come off, and gearcase is likely rusted to tub as well. Unit had error codes F7E5, F2E1 for stuck key. The oil in the stator area and gearcase are the cause of failure for the F7, and the F2E1 needs a console to resolve. Unit has been run for some time with a leaking gearcase that has complicated the failures. Requesting approval from third party warranty due to number of parts needed. MVW6200KW1. Upon arrival, customers stated the washing machine would not start. No power to machine; depressed start button, but lid did not lock. Unplugged the washing machine, power cycled it to allow capacitors to bleed out for about a minute, then plugged it back in and ran diagnostics. No fault codes present. Set to normal cycle, hit startlid locked, drum started to turn, and began filling with water. Canceled cycle and repeated test; machine worked as intended. Had customer load clothes and start cycle; lid locked, tub spun, and added water. Washing machine is working as intendedlikely an issue with power fluctuation or not depressing start button long enough. No leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher shutting off mid-cycle and detergent dispenser not opening. Placed unit into a test cycle and monitored operation. During testing, confirmed the unit would intermittently lose power, causing it to stop mid cycle. Removed the access panels and inspected wiring and connections. Found a damaged/broken black wire that was not making proper contact, leading to intermittent power loss. Repaired the wiring by replacing the damaged section and securing all connections to ensure proper continuity. Further inspection of the dispenser assembly revealed it was mechanically failed and not opening during the cycle. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer WGD5050LW3 not drying clothes. Tested unit and found no heat coming out of unit. Disassembled and found open thermal cutoff. Installed new W11050897. I tested and found heat returned. I checked airflow and found it is restricted partially. Advised customer to have builder check the venting due to the house only being lived in since September. At this time unit working as designed.

Arrived on site to replace the dryer heating element. Disconnected power to the unit and carefully pulled the dryer away from the wall to gain proper access. Removed the rear access panel to expose the internal components, including the heating element assembly. Verified the failed heating element and proceeded with removal. Installed the new heating element, ensuring all connections were secure and properly seated. Reassembled the unit by reinstalling the back panel and positioning the dryer back in place. Restored power and tested the unit through a full heating cycle. Dryer is now heating properly and operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher not filling with water. Upon initial testing, confirmed that no water was entering the unit during the fill cycle. Inspected the float switch assembly and found a piece of broken plastic, likely from the lower rack wheel, lodged underneath the float. This obstruction was causing the float to remain in the up position, making the unit think it was already full of water and preventing it from filling. Removed the plastic debris along with additional rusted fragments found in the float area and filter housing. Cleaned out the affected components to ensure proper float movement. Verify that the display would not power up, checked voltage at the wall and had a 120 V from L1 to neutral. And a 120 V from L2 to neutral, had 230 V from L1 to L2 remove console. Notice that the connector from the harness going into the control board was not fully seated, and the led on the control board was not on. Seated connector led came on, pushed power on the display, and the console lit up, tested dryer, and it started to run and Heat, dryer is now working as intended.

Arrived on site to look at model WFES5030RZ0 for customer complaint of unit not heating properly after initial pre heat. Found 23 ohms at bake element, called Jeff from whirlpool and sent him photos, I found 1100 ohms at sensor. I replaced control board, tested unit, unit tested good. Part used w11757145

Arrived on site to inspect oven microwave combo model WOEC3030LS01 with dent in console. Upon further inspection I verified the dent. I replaced the console and reassembled and tested the unit and it is now operating as designed. W11659260

Arrived on site to test unit WDT531HAPM0 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated water leaks from within the door near end of cycle just prior to drain. Split door and inspected components; no evidence of leakage at dispenser or vent, and insulation showed no discoloration. Ran four test cycles while monitoring all potential leak points and found no active leaks during testing. Advised customer to capture video if leak reoccurs to assist with isolation. If callback occurs recommend returning with bottom door seal and lower spray arm. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4855HW3 drain pump not turning off in apartment 7103 (shop). Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and immediately the drain pump turned on and I could not get the unit into diagnostics. I verified the model/serial numbers per Service Pointer W11766193 and removed and replaced the main control. Placed it in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11607637

Arrived on site unit 1302 to look at model WTW4855HW3 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. I replaced control under S153EB, unit tested good. Part used w11607637

WRS315SDHM13 Arrived on site for a refrigerator, not despenseing water. On arrival, the client wasnt home he unlocked the door and let me in. I verified the issue. Further inspection I found the water housing had a small rubber seal slowing water flow. I found the water valves have failed , the thermistor had incorrect readings and the control wasnt sending correct voltage. Also, the water line inside the RC was frozen. I replaced the thermistor, water housing, water valves, and control. I removed all ice from the water line. I tested with a large cup the product works as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply. Nobody home to sign. I locked the front door on my way out.

Arrived on site to complete repair on dishwasher KDTM604KPS2 that is making noise when pumping. Per previous tech rec, installed new diverter disc and housing W11679656, W11662107. I ran diagnostic cycle and cycled the diverter numerous times. Found no further abnormal noises present. Unit working as designed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived onsite for range WFG320M0MS0 oven door glass falling off. Found adhesive holding L brackets from trim to door glass had failed allowing door to separate and glass to sag from door frame. Used high temp adhesive to realign trim, bracket and glass. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LC2 for F2E2 error code. Upon arrival found F2E2 (HMI disconnected) error displayed. Removed UI panel and inspected, found corrosion present on UI circuitry. Replaced UI (W11772563) and applied power; all functions restored. Ran test cycle with all components properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. I found the breaker tripped. I flipped on the breaker and ran unit for 10-15 minutes. Unit is running as designed. Unit is in a older house and I asked the customer when the breaker was replaced. Customer stated hes sure it hasnt been replaced before as they just got the house. Unit is running as designed and advised customer tom have the breaker replaced as it was starting to get warm when running. No issues with dryer. Call complete. No parts.

Arrived on site for a microwave WMMS3330RZ00 not heating. Unit is running but not heating. Found visible damage to the diode so I replaced the capacitor w11818020, diode w11256462 and magnetron w10754299. Unit is heating as designed now.

Arrived on site to apartment 316 for washer WFW560CHW4 with issue of not draining. Upon arriva, inspected unit. there is standing water in tub. Ran diagnostics and get F9-E1 long/ no drain. Need to order a 2nd man due to being a stacked unit. Office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4957PW0 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not complete cycle. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11608056) and applied power, ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model WED4815EW1 that is not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the ,achine wont advance on either timed dry or auto sensing cycles. I checked voltage going to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. I found the timer motor not advancing, causing the issue. I replaced the timer WPW10185982 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Verify that the lidlock was just clicking locking and unlocking removed and replaced lidlock w11670519 and ran auto test.Wash machine filled agitated drained and spun lidlock.Engaged and locked lid washer is working as intended.No leaks detected at times of service

Arrived on site to replace parts. Found loud noise coming from transformer. Ordering new transformer will replace transformer magnetron capacitor and diode. Reschedule for Friday per customer request. ; ordrng 1 W11575449 (Transformer)

Arrived onsite MVWC565FW2 for not spinning out and found the back right foot was out of level and was causing excessive off balance during spin. Suspension is good. No error codes. All base functions test correct in diagnostics. No leaks. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed issue unit needs new switch, motor and wheel motor was overheating and switch not working all the time. Replaced all three parts and tested. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. Customer will monitor job completed

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRT311FZDM05 ice maker bin clumping and ice maker leaking. Upon further inspection I gained access to the ice maker and found the fill tube was installed improperly from the factory and was outside the ice maker fill cup causing leaking. I positioned the fill tube properly and tested the ice maker and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the defrost element failure and damper failure, I removed and replaced the damper assembly then evacuated the system. I cleared the system with nitrogen then removed and replaced the evaporator/defrost element assembly, defrost thermistor, and UV drier. Using my nitrogen, I checked for leaks using 250 psi and my liquid leak detector and found no leaks in the system. I installed 79g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize then tested the unit. I found a good frost pattern beginning to form on the evaporator. I tested the defrost element and found it beginning to heat and the damper is opening/closing. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. Arrived to 1415 for unit not washing. Upon arrival ran unit and found wash motor energized but not running. Proceeded to replace W11613479 sump and motor. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time
