Areived on site to refrigerator water not dispensing properly. Ran dispenser and water was coming out slowly. Removed filter and water came out nice and solid stream. Advised cx that the filter was plugged and he needs to replace the filter. Cx was a little contentious and said u it was new and he shouldnt have to replace the filter. Advised cx to contact whirlpool customer care. Refrigerator is working as intended.

Arrived onsite for unit with check vent. Ran unit for 2-3min and found light came on. Inspected the rear and the chute, found chute clear but did find lint inside the wall vent. Pushed unit back and found the vent hose getting pinched between dryer and wall vent due to improper routing. Cannot route it properly and maintenance will need to address it, took the hose off the dryer and ran unit for 10 min and light never came on. Vent issue. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRF555SDFZ12 no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had plugged the unit back in this morning and it still isnt cooling. I found both compartments at room temps and the compressor is on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and compressor. I found .7amps to the compressor and its hot. The compressor is not pumping refrigerant; therefore, it wont cool. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. Monitored my gauges for leaks and found none. I installed 5.25oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. They unit is operating as designed and beginning to cool and pressures are at approximately 1/150 psi. Replaced the pressure switch and tested the unit.Customer stated that during the previous cycle, the washer stopped just before the spin cycle and displayed a long drain error. Based on the symptoms, the pressure switch may have contributed to the issue.Tested the detergent currently being used by the customer by adding the detergent sheets to the washer and running the unit for several minutes. After approximately 34 minutes, excessive suds developed throughout the tub. After canceling the cycle, the drain pump continued to run due to the excessive sudsing condition.Explained to the customer that excessive suds can cause extended draining, prevent the drain pump from disengaging normally, and interrupt the wash cycle. Arrived on site to inspect dryer MED4500MW0 noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately could hear a loud banging noise which sounded like the blower wheel. I gained access to the wheel to find it in good condition and secured to the motor shaft. I disassembled the unit and found the back left roller wheel was badly worn. I removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (2 rollers, tension pulley, belt) and reassembled the unit and retested. The unit is operating as designed and no lint observed during service, job completed. 4392065

Arrived on site for washer nornalways dispensing soap or fabric softener. It wasnt working and then it will work for some cycles then stop. I entered diagnostics and found f7e9. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4307SW0 that has multiple issues. Inspect unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine seems to go off balance on every load, the machine has started making weird noises during operation, and now it wont start. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I tested the unit and did find the unit fill, drain, agitate, and spin. I did heard abnormal sounds during both agitation amd spin. I checked underneath and found the belt and cam a little worn but heard sounds from the motor and gearcase independently. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did however, find the tub ring stuck under the top rear channel and found the tub ring partially broken. I checked the basket and found the holes had not been punched through. I did verify the customers machine falls under a service pointer (W11838487) to replace the basket. Ordering multiple parts to rectify the issue. Arrived onsite for dryer WED560LHW2 making unbearable noise. Ran unit and found when pulling unit away from the wall the noise goes away. Said noise is from the external duct vibrating behind unit. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDF332PAMS1 not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub. Since this is a new build, I checked the disposal knockout plug and found that it had not been removed. I gained access to the plug and removed it and pressed the cancel button on the dishwasher to engage the drain pump and drained the water from the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS325SDHZ13 with noise in FC. Examined unit and found ice that was coming from leaking icemaker fill tube. The extension was pointed up, and the tube moved away from the wall. Reseated the fill tube and added a 2nd zip tie. Also added some silicone around the tube to further prevent leaks. Fan is no longer making noise. Call completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFC236SPS03 not producing ice. Examined unit and found icemaker is on, bin is full, but will not harvest. Based on the model/serial, unit falls under service pointer with S81113 rework. Installed new icemaker, valve, foam insulator, and asded foil tape to the fill tube. Reassembled unit and verified proper operation. Repair completed, no water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to replace the previously diagnosed wire harness. Removed the rear cover and top cover of the unit to gain access to the wiring and electrical connections for both ovens. During the repair, inspected the existing wiring and found a red wire within the harness that had shorted out and showed signs of electrical damage. Removed the damaged wire harness and installed the new replacement harness, making sure all wiring connections, terminals, and connectors were properly seated and secured. Reinstalled the top and rear covers and restored power to the unit. Tested both the upper and lower ovens by operating the heating functions and verified that both ovens are now heating correctly with no error codes or additional issues present. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFC5036RZ00 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he turned off tye icemaker because it wouldnt work. He said it had an ice cube stuck on its arm and was catching on the ice container. He said he figured it stripped the gears because it wouldnt work after he removed the ice. I tested the machine and confirmed the customers complaint. I took temperature of the freezer and ice container areas and found the freezer at eight degrees fahrenheit and the ice box at fifteen degrees fahrenheit. I found no defrost issue of any kind within the unit. I went ahead and replaced the ice maker W11788020 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Tested unit and found no leaks from the pumps, hoses, door, or dispenser.After running the unit for approximately 10 minutes, observed water beginning to develop underneath the junction box area. Further inspection found the float housing was loose, allowing water to drip.Tightened the float housing, cleaned the surrounding area, and retested the dishwasher. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water. Upon arrival unit is in the middle of a normal wash. Removed kick plate and watched and felt around for any leaks. Let it run for about 15 min and no leaks found. Asked cx more probing questions and he is stating that for example the unit will be off all night but when opened in the morning there will be water in the tub. Water valve is letting water in slowly. Also found broken upper spray arm, causing water to be flung out of the tub when door is opened. Arrived on site to test the sealed syste on the refrigerator per manufacturer request. Upon arrival, i gained access to the sealed system components and installed a UV drier. I attached my guages and micron guage and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi, but my micron guage never got below 1300 microns and shouldve gotten down below 200 microns. I tested my vacuum with just my micron gauge connected to the vacuum and found that my vacuum pump is defective. Using my nitrogen tank, i connected my gauges to the system and tested for leaks with 250 psi of nitrogen. I monitored my gauges for approximately 25 minutes and found my gauges never moved telling me thst there is no leak in the system. I notified mgmt (PR) of the issues and am rescheduling for 9/4/26 (KC) as an AM call. I am ordering a UV drier and CNOTE-SCHEDULE AM CALL. Arrived onsite for unit with failed icemaker. GI5SVAXVB02, found bad icemaker mold leaked and froze the motor, replaced icemaker WPW10190981. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good, no leaks. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave/oven combination unit for the console displaying an F2E1 error code. Upon arrival, tested the unit and confirmed that the console was continuously beeping and repeatedly displaying the F2E1 and F9E0 error code, indicating a keypad/user interface fault. Attempted to reset the unit and clear the error code; however, the fault immediately returned and the console continued to beep. Determined that the console is not responding correctly and will need to be replaced. Ordering a new console for the repair. Arrived on site for no ice. Opened freezer door found ice build up on the front of drawers,removed drawers icemaker bail arm raised to off position,lowered arm closed freezer door found gap on top section of door preventing proper seal. Adjusted side screws to allow door to lean forward tightened screws closed door,door now sealing. Jumped icemaker no water flow,replaced defective icemaker water valve reassmbled unit ran harvest test passed icemaker filled with water. W11225845

Arrived on-site to install previously diagnosed parts. removed and replaced vent. Tested vent in diagnostics and it functions properly. Ran dishwasher and it filled and washed. Canceled cycle and it drained.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 coo.ing issues. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out and unplugged. The customer advised that the fresh foods evaporator ws engulfed in ice again which is why they had it pulled out and unplugged. I pulled the unit out further onto my floor protector and gained access to the drain tube at the back. I found the tube was gapped approximately 1/8-1/4 inch and removed it. When I removed the tube, water spilled out from the RC drain tube. I ran some water through the tube and found it clogged with debris and cleared it out. I re-installed the tube and placed a bead of silicone (van stock) around the lip of the RC tube to close the gap. I gained access to the RC evaporator and found the defrost thermistor rusted and popped. While I had the unit pulled out, I gained access to the controls at the back of the unit and tested voltage to the thermistors and found that the control is not providing correct voltage. I removed and replaced the hv control then removed and replaced the RC evap fan harness assembly. I secured the thermistor to the suction line, just behind the weld, with foil tape and a ziptie. Adjusted the suction line and cap tube so that theyre further back towards the back of the evaporator to give more clearance at the evap cover. Once I had the evap cover re-installed, I found the drain pan was warped and placed some shims in between the pan and cover to level the pan to allow the defrosted water to flow to the drain. I reassembled the unit and tested and it is operating as designed. The customer requested to keep the unit to where they can pull it out if needed; therefore, I adjusted the right RC door to make is flush at the top with the left door. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. SHIMS, WPW10675033, W11087438, 482338 (van stock)

Arrived on site to test unit WMMS3330RZ01 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a lot of noise during a cycle. Verified issue; heard rattling noise emitting from blower motor. Removed unit from cavity and inspected; found blower wheel spinning off balance. Replaced blower motor (W11746340) and tested; noise confirmed eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to look at model WDF520PADM9 for customer complaint of unit smoking. Found no error codes, I did find element caked in mineral deposits and needed cleaning. Ran full diagnostic component testing everything passed diagnostic tests. Customer will clean unit a few times.

Arrived onsite for broken latch. WTW8127LC3, identified broken latch mechanism. Repaired by replacing W11670519. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. No leaks.

Arri ed on site for washer not starting cycles. Cx stated washer would start and then go to done. Ran washer in normal cycle and heard motor buzz. Found bad capacitor. Removed and replaced capacitor w11395618. Retested washer and it filled, agitated, drained and spun. Washer is working as intended.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFF577KPS03 with multiple issues. Customer advised the pantry drawer slides out, there is minor condensation on the FC door, and door open chime is not working. I adjusted the level to get the pantry door to close normally. I found condensation was minimal, and the unit has a vent blowing directly on it. I did confirm the UI did not always chime when door was open. Ordering new UI. Office to schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11758777 (UI)

Arrived onsite for tubbring popped off of tub, WTW4307SW0. Repaired by gaining access and installing tub ting back on tub. Leveled unit to prevent heavy front panel contact. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator KRFC236SPS03 not making ice. Inspected the icemaker and found the red wire broken at the connector. Also found the bottom right door mount screw broken. Im ordering a w11844591 icemakerfor the return visit. Will also need to research the freezer door screw. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts on model GEQ9800PW2 i replaced door switch and temp switch, unit tested good. Parts used wp34061707 and 8528330

WRFC5236RZ01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not leveled and condensation. On arrival, the client stated the RC doors were not leveled, and she wasnt able to pull out the refrigerator to clean. I adjusted the legs, and the doors are now leveled. The client is able to pull the unit out. The client still isnt happy with the refrigerator. The drawers have defective to them. And the left door still closes on its own. I uploaded photos. I called Whirlpool previous visit and they did say the left door supposed to do that . Unit is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply. No parts used.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher MVW5430MW2. Found an f8e2 error stored. No water at the float but its been two weeks since it happened. Unit wasnt leveled properly and it was leaning forward. I raised the front legs and ran a factory cycle without any issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site for dishwasher KDPE234GPS0 that was not cleaning / drying. Installed upper abd lower spray arm (W11101428) and WPW10448645. Ran unit with clear door, through diagnostic mode. Watched both spray arms run properly. Verified heater is coming on in diagnostic mode, and code just needed to be cleared. Verified all functions work with customer present. Repair completed.

Arrived on-site for washer MVW6200KW2 needing suspension replaced. Customer stated she has used multiple times after last visit and confirmed no leaks. Replaced W11396716. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace the previously diagnosed light transformer and control board. Disassembled the unit as necessary to gain access to both components. Removed the defective light transformer and control board and installed the new replacement parts, ensuring all wiring connections and harnesses were properly secured. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested the unit through normal operation and verified that the interior light is now functioning correctly and the control board is responding as designed. No additional issues were found at this time. Unit is operating properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Tiled floor was replaced nad dishwasher barley comes out of cubby hole, extremely tight fit. Checked fuse and it was fine. Cx stated that washer would fill but would not wash. Found door not latching properly and would pop opne enough to disengage latch. Replaced latch and reinstalled dishwasher. Tested dishwasher and it filled and washed. Let run for 5 minutes and canceled cycle and it drained.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W10860197 utility pan, W11226806 FC front panel, W11226806 damper control, W11683244 LED kit and W11457241 drain pan. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model MVWP575GW0. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I rannthe unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the basket skipping but not spinning like normal. I found I was able to remove the agitator and found the hub assembly completely stripped, causing the issue. I replaced the hub assembly W10528947 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator KRFC236SPS02 not making ice. Per sp W11832817 revD i installed the kit w11844591. The temps were good but the tray was broken on the existing icemaker. No leaks detected while on site.

Arriced onsite for cooktop temp concerns. Cuwtomer explianed, unit takes a long time to boil especially. Tested cooktop and found even heat in keeping with the design with proper parameters from the knob setting. Provided explanation to customer on design specs and even heat technology that is essential for protecting the glass top. No parts. Unit is operating within specs.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed control P/N W11835540.Removed the failed control and installed the replacement control. Reassembled unit and tested operation.Unit is now running and operating as designed.Job complete.
