Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they used the unit last, it only got to approximately 375 degrees then shut off and showed an error code. I pulled the error code up and it showed F2E1-keypad key tail not connected. I pressed cancel and waited for approximately one minute and the error code popped up again. I removed the UI panel and found several burn spots on the UI board.

Tested unit temperatures and found unit is 40° in RC and 7° in FC. Found no frozen items at time of service. Called tech line and spoke with Bruce (SR# 7725102710) Made aware of stated issue, what was done by prior techs and temperatures. Was instructed to check damper door for ice and to see if it opens and closes. Found no ice and damper door opened and closed. Was instructed that unit damper door might be getting ice and to check gaskets and to seal refrigerator cabinet and to instruct customer to make sure they do not place any items in front of damper. Did as instructed and tested unit. All operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water but the motor never came on. When I went to advance , the UI would blink and the unit advanced all the way to drain mode and then shut off. I tested voltage to the motor at the control and it was getting 124V. I tested the element and it got the same voltage. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frosting up. Upon further inspection, opened the freezer door and found a large amount of frost built up inside. I found where the door gasket at the bottom was sagging badly and not sealing correctly. I attempted to correct the gasket and adjust the door hinges and it did not work. I removed and replaced the FC door gasket and formed it using my heat gun; however, in the process of putting the gasket on, it tore. I was able to get the door to close and seal until I could return with a new door and hinges. L1 to neutral .30 vac and L2 to neutral 121.3 vac. Check dryer breaker turned off and reset to on (a portion of the dual 30 amp breaker felt pretty worn). The drum light operation returned and dryer ran / heated with no issues. Recommend customer have the home breaker replaced"

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator making a thumping noise. Mr stated the noise had been coming from the evaporator fan. I found the fan working as designed and it was making the normal noise. I explained this to mr. Mr asked if I could show him how to replace the filter and I found the release on the filter housing broken. I replaced the filter housing and installed the customers new filter. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Checked voltage at the wall kept getting inconsistent readings Reset breaker, determined wall outlet was loose and as I moved the outlet around the voltage at the dryer terminal block changed. Customer will need to have an electrician out to correct the wall outlet. I was able to get dryer to run and heat at times but would drop out due to inconsistent power supply.
