"arrived on site to inspect oven cleaning. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had placed foil on the bottom panel of both the upper and lower ovens. I advised that there is nothing that will take it off. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kevin and advised of the foil being cooked onto the bottom panel and if there’s something the customer can use to remove it. Kevin advised that he has nothing listed on file to use to get it off. He suggested using a plastic putty knife and attempt to get it off that way and provided File #7725362312. I advised the customer to heat the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and wait for approximately 30-40 mins and then take the plastic putt6 knife and see if the foil will come off and to be careful not to melt the putty knife onto the bottom panel.

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice room leaking. Ran diags and verified all is fine, water test however, only filled 4-5 cubes. Water pressure very poor at dispenser also. Pulled unit out a bit and verified proper water pressure indicating possible kink behind fridge. If ice maker doesn’t fill all the way, it may not release all cubes how it should and tilt tray sideways and cause the leaks. Customer mentioned sometimes the water pressure will be lower than other times. If issue persists, water filter head may need replaced but unable to diagnose it properly at this point and informed customer to monitor the ice production. Found no leaks at time of svc call.

"arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not heating and it constantly comes unplugged. The unit is installed under the cooktop ad is plugged in in the cabinet to its right behind the pull out trash can drawer. I tested temps using my multimeter and placing the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack. Tested on Bake mode at 350 degrees. My temp reading at preheat was 408. My next few readings were 409, 299, 373, 343, 367 for an average of 358 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and due to recent issues fund with the control panel and issue ps with temps now, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested. Unit operated as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition and the FC door not closing after the movers moved it. Mr also stated the unit started making ice again after the filter was changed but it slowed down the last few days. Mr also gave me a plastic piece that was laying in one of the drawers and he didn’t know where it went. I found the FC door not installed correctly and not connected to the bottom of the rail on the left side. I installed the plastic cover over the deli drawer molex connector. I tested the ice maker and found it working as designed with no stored errors. The FC was frosted over and the temp was border line to make the ice maker harvest. I explained to mr this was caused by the door not sealing. I installed the door correctly and the gasket seals properly and the door works as designed. I explained to mr that the ice maker would start harvesting correctly after the unit goes thru defrost. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with rust spots. I found the refrigerator with surface rust on all of the doors. I spoke with ms on how they were cleaning the doors and found out they were using a Clorox multi surface cleaner. I explained to me that this is pulling the oils out of the sheet metal causing the rust issues. I cleaned the rust from the doors with Affresh SS brightener and I polished the doors with a SS polish. I took pics of the doors after they were finished. I showed ms and explained that this needed to be done to keep the doors looking good and not rust. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher vibrating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the entire countertop would vibrate while the dishwasher was in use. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed and while testing, I felt the countertop and it was normal vibration and the customer confirmed it was what he was feeling. I found that the unit was mounted directly underneath the countertop and the countertops appeared too low. There was no room to adjust the unit as it was installed correctly and was level. If I adjusted the leveling feet, the unit would not be level and water could possibly begin to leak from the front of the unit. I advised the customer of my findings.
