I found good readings from the ice box fan, ice container level sensor, ice maker thermistor. The motor will run but never find home position. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Butch 7737750333. Butch recommended testing voltage on the high voltage board at P7 3-4. I found improper voltage when the ice maker reaches home position. Butch recommends replacing the high voltage board to resolve. I removed and replaced the high voltage board and tested. The ice maker now finds home position. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Upon trying to get the refrigerator out of the cabinet and off the concrete floor up onto the wood floor in front of it we found the right side trim hitting the cabinet above the unit before the wheel was high enough to set on the wood floor. The customer wants to cut the back of the trim off for it to clear. "KCGS550ESS05 arrived on site to inspect a cooktop not sparking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit works but when it stopped, the circuit breaker was tripped. I tested the unit and found that all burners were operating as designed. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that one of the wires in the harness was pinched and stripped exposing the wire to potential arcing. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not starting. The customer stated it would keep beeping at them so they unplugged it. I powered the dishwasher up and it went into standby mode with no issues. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E4 and F9E1. I found water in the overflow pan. I found the drain pump working as deigned. I emptied the pan and ran the diagnostics cycle finding the machine working as designed with no leaks or issues. I found the fill valve shutting off and not weeping. I went over detergent use with the customer and explained how to look for sudsing and steps to take if this is happening. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with temps rising is both compartments and not making ice but can hear the water noise but still no ice. I tested temps on arrival and found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC at -2 degrees. I found the ice bucket about 3/4 full and the ice in the bucket looked evaporated. I found no error codes for the icemaker. I found the ice fan working. I ran a harvest test and small slivers came out. I ran the fill test and found no water to the icemaker. I tested the valve using a 1/4 hose and the valve worked as designed. I ran service test 19 and had 12VDC to the fill tube heater and found it drawing amperage and working. After running it a minute I tried the fill test again and the icemaker filled properly. I called techline and spoke with TJ SR# 7737751519. TJ advised coming back with a new fill tube heater and making sure it is in contact correctly at the fill tube and icebox housing and to bring a valve if the heater is good. Ordering W11482383 valve and W11226501 heater. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11226501 (Heater) and 1 W11482383 (Valve)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont go past the filling portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long Ill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water valve, barely pulling in any water. Went to check the water supply at the wall, and even in the off position at the wall, I found full water pressure through the water hose. The customer attempted to turn off the water at the main, but was unable to do so. Ordering the water valve, but the customer will need to be able to turn off the water prior to the return trip.
