"KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. Initially, the unit appeared to mimic the prior machine that was replaced, with massive temperature swings. After it fully cooled and settled for several days, the customer advised it did appear to be operating near normal. The installation required significant adjustment as the top of the machine was approximately one inch forward from the bottom and the doors were not aligned. The FC measured -10 and the RC was 34. The FC was set at 0 and the RC was at set at 33. The following six hour temperatures were stored: Max 23-75, 24-75, 25-75, 26-73. Average 28-33, 29-2, 30-32, 31-20. Minimum 33-32, 34- -14, 35-27, 36- -9. The sealed system was working as designed and all fans were operable. I contacted the MFG tech assist line and reported my findings. Tech Butch, file #7738778364. The tech recommended continual operation and for the customer to contact if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

The lower unit area showed no signs of UV dye, but the front left of the machine had an oily spot on the air guid under the condenser. Upon closer inspection, dye was found and I disassembled. There was a clear rupture at the top rung and I repaired the area. Vacuuming and holding at 380 microns, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. Cooling resumed and the unit operated as designed. No water connections present."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing crushed ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does dispense both crushed and cubed ice, but that when she is dispensing cube dice, she still gets ice shavings in her cup. I tested both crushed and cubed ice dispensing, and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the ice bin and found the top layer of ice was perfect but she was having some ice clumping toward the bottom of her ice container. I asked the customer if they use a lot of ice and she advised that she does on certain days but doesnt for the rest of the week. I explain to the customer that if she is not using ice consistently, she will have ice that will clump due to her, going in and out of the freezer and causing the ice to sweat and refreeze. I advise this will cause clumping of her ice and that if shes not using, a whole bucket of ice a week, she may end up having this issue from time to time. I did advise us as normal operation and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

I inspected the deli control and found the power harness corroded up and the pin on the control for the black wire broken off in the molex connector. I disconnected the harness and still had nothing turning on. I accessed the power supply and the main control and didnt have voltage to either one. I used my voltage pin to test the power cord and when I touched the cord the refrigerator powered up. I found the plug partially pulled out of the outlet and it would not push in the outlet correctly. I adjusted the burner head and retested and it is operating properly. I tested the oven Bake and found the ignitor is not igniting the burner properly. I gained access to the burner and ignitor and retested and found the ignitor has warped slightly and the arc is not making good contact. Arrived on site for a dishwasher. That is good news on the beeping at the customer when they were trying to use it. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit does not even fill with water and just makes an alarm sound. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E4 (float switch open) errr code. I gained access to the float switch and found water residue inside the float switch area. I remove the water and tested the unit again. Found the unit still showing a float switch open issue. I went ahead replaced the float switch and tested the unit. See you in it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. I did notice that the customer has oversuds inside of her dishwasher and did advisor to lessen the amount of soap used to use. The unit is working as design. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer. That is non-responsive. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does work most of the time, but that when they run several loads in a row, sometimes the unit will have a lit screen, and the touch buttons do not work with it. She advised that if she gives the unit an hour to two hours, itll turn back on and start working again. I checked the vac hose off the back of the unit and found part of the vent hose crunched. I tested the unit and found the unit tumbling and heating but did find an airflow issue within the unit. I did explain to the customer their issues with her airflow and that they are getting steam heating up into the user interface which is causing the control panel not to register any buttons being pressed. I did explain this is normal, but that they will need to fix their vent hose situation. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer being non responsive. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of clothing and the door locked. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. Customer advised they checked the breakers and they were on. I found the breaker box in the laundry room and checked it and found the breaker tripped. When I cycled the breaker, the red indicator began to flash. I advised the customer that they should have the breakers checked and possibly replaced. Once I had the breaker reset, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Customer removed the clothing and I tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. After testing, again, I recommended the customer have the breaker checked/replaced. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no water. Tested unit found water valve was shut off. Turned valve on and tested, all components are engaging properly. Advised customer to use rinse aid with this unit and to prop open door after every cycle to help with the drying of dishes. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit with failed load and go dispenser. Lid broken. Repaired the lid. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. Advised on basic checkup. Unit is in good working order.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning and being unbalanced and shaking. Upon arrival leveled unit and raided legs up. Ran diagnostic cycle all components are activating. Ran drain and spin cycle to confirm unit spins and drains outside of diagnostic mode. It is spinning and draining on drain and spin. Replaced suspension due to age and wear and tear. Tested unit again, unit is running as intended. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for plastic door to filter not closing properly. Upon closer inspection found housing twisted due to over tightening of bolts on plastic housing. Adjusted unit, unit is now closing and not popping open. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not igniting. Test unit and found and igniter. Replaced igniter test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will go through most of the cycle but that it sometimes does not complete out the cycle. I found the unit stuck in the drain upon entry and canceled out the cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Due to the error codes, I went ahead and replaced the main control. Find the washer, unlevel and leaning towards the front left panel. I went ahead and adjusted the feet to level out the unit. I ran the unit through calibration cycle and then threw an auto test. Found the unit working an operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issues with their main control, but did explain that off-balance loads will cause the unit to go into a drain mode and that they will have to cancel out that cycle in order to get the unit to start a new cycle. The customer was unaware of how to do that so I did show him. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit is now working as designed following the last service. Spoke with property manager. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is making loud noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit runs all right if there are no clothes in the washer. However, when the unit has closed in it, it goes off balance on every load. She advised that she has to run lighter loads in order to be able to get the unit to at least finish out the cycle. The customer had clothes in the washer and I ran the unit through a drain and spin. I confirmed the customers complaint and found that as the unit was starting to ramp up, the unit was going off-balance, and every which direction causing the basket to hit the side walls and start screeching. I gained access to the back and found the shocks worn, but still in place. I found part of the tub, starting to show signs of where, on the off-balance, and as I was spinning the rotor, I felt something stuck between the tub in the basket. I could not get the item removed and so I am ordering a full rebuild for this washer. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher damage to door. Upon further inspection, I found the lower right corner dented on the outer door panel (photo). I removed and replaced the outer door panel and transferred the control panel and handle to the new panel and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range for error code and tripping breaker. Found breaker only tripped while using bake. All 4 cooktops powered on no issue, and broil worked. Heated unit with broil to dry out faulty bake element. After drying out element, set unit to bake and confirmed bake element is now working and not tripping the breaker.
