"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit failed to test and went straight to done. I attempted to perform a Normal cycle and the sensing light flashed, the lid locked and unlocked and went straight to done. I tilted the unit back and found the motor harness was not plugged in. I reconnected the harness to the motor and placed it in diagnostics and it began to test. When the valve came on, I noticed that it didn't switch to another valve testing and continued to fill. I stopped testing and when I went to gain access to the main control, I found water on the floor. I immediately began to clean the water and gained access to the sensor tube on the side of the tub and found it wasn't connected. I immediately connected the tube and turned the drain pump on to the unit to drain the tub. Once I had the area cleaned and dry, I installed the sensor tube to the tub correctly and sscured it to the tub. Tilted the unit back and inspected the rest of the harness to make sure it was installed properly. Once done inspecting, I calibrated the unit and then retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No parts installed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I found that the valve is operating as designed and does not show any issues. I found that the drain hose was not installed correctly with a high loop. The position of the drain hose is cause water to backflow into the dishwasher from the sink. I repositioned the drain hose and the dishwasher is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service"

"MVWC465HW2 Arrived on site for a washer making loud noises. On arrival, the client stated the washer was off balanced. I verified issue product was way off balance. Also, client stated when she would wash four towels, thats when it would shake. I recommend to add more towls. I balanced washer and then ran diagnostic and no error codes showed up. I looked under washer and inspected gearcase , which looked great no oil leaks no damage. The splutch looked a little worn out so did the belt and the actuator readings were a little off. I replaced belt,actuator, and splutch then I calibrated. I tested in test mode product sounds great I asked client for some towels and tested on quick wash product works as it's designed no loud noises product is not off balance either. No water leaks visible from main water supply."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was making a loud noises before quitting but that it was blowing hot air before they unplugged it. I plugged the unit in and did find the compressor running. I found no heat exchange coming from the condenser, indicating a failed compressor or leak. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi. I found pressures hold for fifteen minutes. I charged the unit up with 68g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing at bottom and hot in top. I found the fan motor to be weak and not circulating airflow correctly. I also found the damper to be leaking air when closed. When set to 36 degrees customer stated the top portion will be variable and the highest degree to be seen at 54 degrees. Will need to order fan motor. The customer advised that the unit will turn on like it's starting to run a load, but will not fill with water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I want to remove the rotor bolt and found it completely seized in the drive shaft. I attempted to remove the bolt but found the bolt strip instead of coming out. Ordering multiple components for repair and rescheduled the customer to 3/17. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F8E3 display was acting up i couldn't run a test mode had to cancel over and over. I tested water valves and voltage were at 80 i will be ordering parts, water valve, main control, control and returning parts, just in case needed. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7741137745 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. The customer showed me a video what was going on and I could not find any failed components on the machine. I spoke to DW and was advised to replace the gearcase. "Arrived on site to inspect the washer leaking a large amount of oils from underneath the unit. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the gearcase was blown out and leaking oil everywhere. The seal on the gearcase had failed, which allowed detergent and water to enter into the gearcase, causing failure. The oil got into the motor windings and also the splutch and belt. I replaced the gearcase, motor, belt, and splutch assembly. I calibrated and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service.
