The customer showed me the interior of her fridge, and I found all items in the refrigerator frozen. I checked resistance at the refrigerator thermistorand found it at 9.65k ohms (29 degrees farenheit) indicating the thermistor was within range. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the freezer section but found the freezer setting at the minimum setting. I adjusted the freezer setting in the freezer to the maximum setting for now while the food thaws but advised them they can move it back to the recommended setting thereafter. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated anytime the oven gets turned on, breaker will trip within 20 seconds. Theyve had the breaker replaced with no change. Tested unit, found when relay switchs for the broil element the breaker trips. Gained access to rear components, found no broken or pinched wires, no evidence of a short. Bonding strap between N and G has been removed. Followed TSP (W11490386). Replaced control (W11707168), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603). Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a 500? bake cycle for 30 minutes. After time elapsed, reconnected the ground strap and started another 500? bake cycle and monitored for 10 minutes. Relays on the control have been conditioned and breaker is no longer tripping. Contacted techline to document SR#7741377440. Advised customer to run bake cycle an additional 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If breaker does start tripping again, recommend another breaker replacement. If breaker still trips after that, contact WPL for next steps. At this time unit is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not advancing through cycles. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they attempted a wash cycle with the water level set at ex-large on cold and the unit only filled halfway. They tried the same cycles with hot water and the unit filled completely, but both cycles stopped mid cycle and would not advance. I tested the lid switch and its operating as designed. I gained access to the timer harness and tested voltage at the tan and black/white while running and had 120V. I tested voltage from the tan wire to the chassis and had 120V running and when the unit stopped in the same position I had no voltage when I should've had 120V. I advised the customer that, again, the timer is bad. I advised I am ordering another timer and scheduled return service for 04/22/25 and would return the old timer since it falls within the 90 day period of when it was replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dropping ice from the dispenser. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have been randomly finding ice cubes on the floor and ice getting wedged in the ice chute. The customer advised that they find the ice when they've returned home or awakened from a nap, but when they get ice from the dispenser, it dispenses properly and no ice falls afterwards. I tested the ice door and dispenser and they are operating as designed. I inspected the ice bin flap and found it in the bin and secured. I reached out to in-house tech support and nothing has been reported with this model. As a precaution, I removed and replaced the ice door assembly, and while doing such, I found the FC evap fan vibrating loudly. I gained access to the evaporator and found the evap cover not fully secured and ice was on the bottom of the drip pan as a results of the ice maker fill tube leaking. I adjusted the fill tube and the ice maker harvested afterwards and the tray filled. The fill tube is no longer leaking. I retested the ice dispenser and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11678839"

"Arrived on site to inspect a built-in microwave, turning itself off and on. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were using the microwave for approximately one minute, and while it was heating, it began to shut off and turned back on by itself. Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit for one minute at 100% and immediately, the unit began to glitch, turning itself off and then back on. I removed the unit from the cabinets and gained access to the controls and found the diode not grounded. Using a screw from my tool bag, I secured the diode to the grounding mount and retested the unit and it continued to glitch. I removed and replaced the UI kit and retested, and it is operating as designed. Once I had the unit reassembled and re-installed, I retested the unit several times and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed. W10891907"

Arrived on-site for door not closing. Verified the issue. Found that latch was stuck in locked position. Found rear latch not responding in manual test mode. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser doesn't always dispense and they have a difficult time removing the ice bin. I demonstrated to my customermhow to remove the bin and removed it to find the bin full of ice and some of the cubes had frost on them and some were stuck together. Customer advised they get ice approximately 3-4 times per day. I tested the dispenser and it operated as designed. The unit is cooling properly as well. Since the unit is operating as designed, I made recommendations regarding the use of the ice maker and dispenser and advised the customer to contact our office if it continued to fail for them. I advised that with the ice bin being completely full and dispensing causes the cubes to move forward, the cubes could be getting jammed up in the bin and recommended they dispense more ice than what they're used to getting to lower the amount of ice in the bin. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit not advancing cycles. I found the door latch to check good from the control. I found the unit to be filled with water indicating a drain issue present. I tested for continuity on the harness for the drain pump from the control and it is showing open. The harness has split for the drain pump and will need a lower harness for repair. Ordering W11643701 Harness lower and set to return 04-22-25. No leaks are present.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Harness lower)

Arrived on site. At time of visit unit cooling correctly ran diagnostic thermistor passed ran fan test passed possible relay sticking on control after defrost replaced main control powered unit on ran diagnostic all test passed power cycled unit compressor powered on. Wpw10317076

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit displaying F1E0 error code internal board failure. Tested unit and confirmed control board was faulty. Replaced control board and retested the unit. No error codes present. Oven successfully preheated to 350?F. Job complete. No one available to sign unit is vacant, new construction."

Arrived on site for f1 e0 oven user interface failure. Tech sheet for this err recommends power cycling the unit. Customer already had unit turned off for 2 days. Turned breaker back on everything came on error code gone. Ran bake cycle to 350 unit held ne errors. Ran broil and conviction bake and monitored unit for a good half hour. Displayed error f1 e0 did not return. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to job completed

Arrived on site. Found freezer upper led module dim replaced module same issue found side wall led has a failed led will order side wall led. W11226500; ordrng 1 W10876365 (Light)

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Per customer water was leaking from freezer section,water filled ice bin and drawer they then cut off water source. Found large sized cubes in mold due to water over filling icemaker,replaced icemaker turned on water source ran icemaker harvest test passed icemaker filled with water no leaks. W11397192"

Arrived on site for no lights in freezer diagnosed a defective led module per service pointer installed updated leds all leds working as designed repair covered by autho S84638. Used 4 w11632139; used 4 W11632139 (Led module) from stock

"Arrived on site to diagnose no cool refrigerator. On arrival spoke with maintenance who told me unit had melting ice / frost built ok the evaporator cover. Confirmed the evap pan was full of water too. Since unit was thawed and unplugged i checked mechanical items for an indication of failure cause. Found defrost track and heater at 128 ohms, both FC and Defrost thermistor at 2.8K to 2.9K ohms, matching the temps. Control sent voltage in diagnostics for heater as well. Replaced control since other mechanical items are testing good. Called tech line, SR7741362807. Without catching unit in fail state we can not make a further assessment. Unit should be working as designed with new Control. Parts used - W11742389. Noone on site to sign for ticket."

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying properly. Found error F7E1(heating element). Deleted error and ran diagnostics. Found element now engaging. Vent fan is not engaging. "Arrived on site to test unit for not operating. Upon arrival customer stated the cycle will start but will make a loud funny noise and then will stop. Tested unit, found when starting a cycle it sounded like the motor was seizing. Gained access to internal components, motor is not spinning due to an issue with the blower wheel. Removed lint chute and found a sock entangled in the wheel. Removed sock and reassembled, due to usage with the sock inside the lint chute, motor is now making a loud buzzing noise. Unit will need a new motor and blower wheel. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 04/18.; ordrng 1 WP694089 (Wheel) and 1 279827 (Motor)"

Arrived on site to test unit for filling on is own. Customer provided video showing unit full of water. Customer stated it doesn't alwaysfill on is own. Found no stored error codes. Completed diagnostics with no issues. Recommend control and valve replacement. Scheduled for 4/21. No parts replaced at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11683481 (Control)
