arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it would not work. After further inspection, I found that the Control Lock was engaged. I disengaged the lock and the unit operated designed. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and received an error code of F4E3. I removed the lint guard and found that there was a large amount of lint. I removed the lint and checked the venting airflow at the back of the unit and airflow was good. I checked the airflow at the venting exit land found almost no airflow. I advised the customer that they would need to have someone check their venting and possibly have it cleaned. I instructed the customer on the use of the Control Lock. After cleaning lint trap, no other lint observed during service and I cleared out the error code. Job complete.

arrived on site to inspect washer spinning aggressively. And "walking" during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. I found that during high spin cycle the unit vibrated erratically. I removed the back of the unit and verified that the shocks were connected and found that one of the moving bolts had not been removed. I removed the moving bolt and retested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, I found that the right front burner flame was slightly higher on the left side of the burner at the highest flame, but even at the lowest flame. I removed and replaced the burner head and cap and tested unit and got the same results. Inspect the orafice for debris and it was clear. Spoke to Butch at techline and he advised that he did have a solution. Office to order burner cap, burner head, and orafice holder and schedule return service. No gas leaks detected during service.

WDT710PAHZ1 whirlpool dishwasher Arrived on site to test unit for leaking during use. Found evidence of water damage to surrounding cabinetry. Ran cycle for almost an hour with no leaks detected. Confirmed dishwasher not leaking itself. Customer dioes have a r/o machine under sink that is sharing a ling with dishwahser drain hose which could have back filled while system was purging. This could have also been caused by a drop in water oressure due to new construction or some other variable. If water pressure drops too low the valve will not shut as it relys on water pressure to close. Unable to duplicate issue after a sufficient amount of time observing. Instruct customer and builder on potential causes. Dishwasher itself was not leaking at time of service.

Call complete. Found a-lot of suds still forming instructed customer to use vinegar and run it until suds are gone and keep draining unit.

arrived on site to inspect no suction in the convection fan of the range. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that it was the convection fan under the microwave. I changed the information in our system to show this call is for a microwave and not range. I tested the unit fan by using a sheet of copy paper and turned the unit fan on high and it sucked the paper up to it. I tested on all levels, high, medium and low and the paper stayed on all three modes. Advised the customer that there is nothing wrong with the fan itself, but if it is the duct work that is causing the issue they would need to contact their landlord or builder. Job completed.

Arrived on site to install new disp sump and sensor after replaced sensor and sump and disp checked unit and found that the unit is filling washing and heating checked unit for water leaks and no leaks found at time of srv... unit checked fine at this time....

Arrived on site for blower fan not coming on unless the light was on, found bad control switch, was wired wrong. I replaced the new control, unit tested good.

Arrived on site and found bellow has come unattached, removed front panel and replaced Bellow, Edge of front tub is starting to wear and is likely why spring became unattached. If it comes off again and entirely new tub and basket would be needed to correct this which would not be cost-effective, due to the age of the washing machine. No water leaks from connections at time of service.
