"Arrived onsite for the washer that makes a whistling sound during agitation. I tested the washer and it sounded normal. I loaded it with towels and found the noise coming from underneath the unit from the drive during agitate under a load. I visually inspected the unit underneath and found all of the components in good shape. I did remove a lot of dust and dirt build upI did find the agitator cam worn out and not working correctly. The pump turns freely, the clutch is working as designed, and the gear case is turning smooth and not binding. The gear case had a small trail of oil on the side but nothing on the customers floor which is not unusual for this unit. After putting the unit back together I tested the unit again under a load and could not get the noise to repeat. I suspect the basket drive block loose and the agitator cam needs to be replaced. I checked the drive block and found it tight. I replaced the agitator cam and retested the unit adding more

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator making a loud grinding noise. I found the RC evaporator completely frosted over and the lower crisper pan frozen in place. The evaporator fan is making the noise the customer was hearing but it’s not running properly and I suspect it’s damaged. The customer has no place to move the product to in order to defrost the unit on its own. Will need to weigh the call for 2 hours, defrost the evaporator, replace the fan scroll because it will get damaged while removing it, check the drain pan line for restrictions and will possibly need to replace the control and thermistors. Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the door would not close and when opening completely would make a dragging sound. Inspected hinges for obstructions and found that the left hinge was not seated on the hinge pin. Corrected hinge position and tested. I found that the rear manifold was not locked into place causing it to miss the upper rack spray manifold. Corrected and found door now closing properly. I also found that the insulation blanket is missing from unit when I pulled it out to correct hinge. Instructed customer that they would need to contact whirlpool in regards to the insulation due to it being a part that should have been installed at time of installation. Ran diagnostics and found unit working properly and all water connections dry at time of service. Job complete
