I found the unit had no interior lighting and would not register the door position correctly within test mode 16 and 17. The unit called for cold and operated the fans erratically. After cycling power, the unit resumed apparent normal operation. The control will require replacement. I found the ice maker housing incorrectly seated, the right door requires squaring and the bottom right of the fc opening will require adjustment as well. Tech GC only and please allow two hours. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the lower spray arm was working as designed. I found the vent fan making the noise the customer was hearing. I replaced the vent fan and retested. The unit is quiet and is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDFE104DBL2 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door to find water in the bottom of the tub. I closed the door and pressed cancel to engage the drain pump. It sounded as if the pump came on, but the water was not draining. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the water out of the unit and then removed the drain pump to find that an unknown object had gotten wedged and broken one of the propellers off and damaged another one. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. The drain pump operated as designed and the element heated as designed as I tested it by shaking the upper rack and water fell on it causing it to sizzle. When I shook the rack I found that the front left tub wheel and mount assembly was loose so I tightened it. I made recommendations to the customer for use and care of the unit and types of detergents and rinse aids to use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

While checking the fill hoses, I observed a water stain mark where the cold fill hose meets the washer inlets. The cold hose connection was loose. I tightened all connections and applied a zip tie to the drain hose and cold water valve. NO PARTS USED JOB COMPLETE"

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL GT4175SPS0 "arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, using s cup of water, I tested the unit and found that it does not heat and the turntable motor is not turning. I pulled the unit from the wall and pulled the turntable motor and using my multimeter I checked for ohms and the motor showed to be open. I also found that the inner door is badly rusted and needs to be replaced. I am ordering the capacitor, diode, turntable motor and door. I will return with the magnetron. The door is no longer available so the office will need to contact customers warranty provider and see about finding a door. Also ordered a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Office to schedule return service. Ticket is showing a cap and diode as parts prescreened for today, but I only arrived with a magnetron.
