arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. The unit tested good until time to drain and the drain pump did not engage. Before I removed and replaced the drain pump, I had to vacuum the water out of the unit. In the process of removing the drain pump, I vacuumed the water from the drain pump area and a piece of glass came out of the drain pump. I checked the filter and found that it was not in place. I replaced the drain pump and reseated the filter and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispenser not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I found that the water filter was not seated correctly. After adjusting the filter and testing, the unit began to make a loud grinding moaning noise. I reseated the filter and tested and the unit began to operate as designed. The customer paid the service fee of $108.24 for diagnosing the problem. I quoted the customer $89.44 for the cost of the filter housing and $71.75 for labor to install the housing. These totals were without tax included. The customer opted to wait and see if the noise happened again and I advised her the quotes were good for 30 days. No water leaks observed during service.

Found error code f3e3 indication OWI issue. Found OWI covered in hard water and soap build up which can cause incomplete cycles due to control not being able to judge water quality. Flashing sanitize light indicates OWI failure aswell. Cleaned OWI and tested. Unit will need to be ran for an entire cycle or two to confirm repair. If issue persits please send tech out with OWI to be covered by CM. no leaks detected.

Silicon both fresh food and freezer sections to ensure no air gaps between liner and outer cabinet. Also raised freezer door Approximately 1/8 of an inch to provide a better contact surface for magnetic strip. Requested that customer Monta refrigerator for correct operation and if this happens again will need service kit and a new freezer door. No water leaks from connections at time of service.

arrived on site to inspect microwave vent hood making a noise. Upon further inspection, I could hear a slight vibration noise while the unit was on high speed. I opened the unit to inspect the mounting of the fans and found that the wiring harness was not fully tied down to its mount. I tightened the tie down and also found some of the mounting screws had backed out causing the fan to be loose. I tightened the screws and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed with no vibration noise. Job completed.

I found that the floor under the unit was not level as there was a large amount of tile that had been removed and the right leg was not touching the floor but the left leg was touching a piece of the tile. I found a broken piece of tile under the unit and placed it under the right leg and leveled the unit. I tested the unit and the unit tested good. I instructed the customer on proper detergent use and the amount to use. No water leaks observed during service.

WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to instal parts. I removed replaced the fan and adapter and noted the housing was not correctly mounted. I found the doors mis-aligned and corrected. I squared the cabinet and corrected a top-forward lean. The lower left door hinge was bent down and causing the ice bin gasket to insufficiently contact the ice maker housing fascia. I was able to correct the alignment and found the gasket contact greatly improved. I corrected a top-out lean of the fc door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice buildup on the Evap cover. I advised the customer that they would need to defrost the unit before I could move forward with inspection. I advised the customer of the waiver of damages while defrosting the refrigerator and the customer signed the waiver. I explained to the customer that they would need to defrost the refrigerator at least 24 hours before I returned. I advised the customer to lay some towels all around the unit to soak any water spillage and if they have a wet vac to keep it handy in case there was a large amount of water. Office to order Evap cover and Evap motor assembly. I will return with pre-diagnosed parts and office scheduled return for 05/25/18 SW. No water leaks observed during service.

Model KRFC704FPS00, Arrived on call for both compartments not cooling properly, found compressor running and getting good heat change but suction line still at room temp and compressor very hot, both compartments at 80 plus degrees, ran test 40 and got no cooling to both compartments at all either unit has a leak in system or compressor has failed, will order all sealed system parts and use evap cover and main control on return due to test 128 control board version is 400 and should be 700 plus and will need to seal around drain tube cup on return with silicone to prevent air leak to keep drain from freezing, pr kristen office will reschedule with customer.

106.51189113 Arrived to inspect ice maker leaking. I found the unit was very out of square and the doors were not sealing as they should. A previous servicer replaced the water valve for the issue and the drain tube adjacent to the valve assembly was dislodged, allowing air to leak into the cabinet. The rc drain was plugged and I corrected the issue, which was causing water to flow into the rc floor area and then leak down through the vacuum breakers and onto the floor. The lower front metal chassis border was bent back and causing air leaks into the cabinet and I corrected it and sealed the cabinet door openings. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect microwave vent light not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the light bulb was burnt out and the base was broken causing it to not come out. I quoted the customer $14.62 for the light bulb with tax the total was $15.83. Customer agreed to purchase the light bulb and I removed and replaced the light bulb and housing and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site for high temps in refrigerator, found 4 inch ice build up on evaporator, customer will defrost unit before techs return customer has signed waiver and tech discussed procedure for defrosting. Will need to replace evap cover and rc therm. Found that unit is no longer sending door warning when doors are open. Will need to replace control as well. Sarah assisted with reschedule and parts reschedule 5/23 all water connections dry.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling in the freezer chamber. Upon further inspection, I found the the unit was in cooling down mode. I took the unit out of cooling down mode and tested unit in diagnostics. Unit tested good. As soon as I took the unit out of diagnostics, the units compressor kicked on. I placed my thermal couple inside the fc at the bottom of the freezer chamber to read the temperature. The unit began at approximately 56 degrees. Within approximately 30 minutes, the unit cooled down to 30 degrees. No water leaks observed during service.
