Arrived onsite for a range that has no working burners. Upon arrival I I found that all of the burners where burnt out. I replaced them all and was not able to test the unit but to the unit having a 3 prong cord and there was no outlet to use to test.

"WRX988SIBM01 Arrived to complete repair. Using heat, I was able to correct the misalignment of the ice bin door, with the ice bin area in the left RC door. I found after the adjustment, the large gapping in the gasket area of the bin door was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they placed the oven on Bake at 450 degrees and when they pressed start, the unit never went through preheat and showed the oven ready at 450 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the controls and the components at the back of the unit. I tested the upper and lower oven sensors and when I disconnected both, the cooling fans came on. I found the upper sensor reading 1.105 kohms and the lower reading 1.095 kohms both well within manufacture range. I tested the upper oven on Bake at 350 degrees and tested voltage to the elements and 243V to the Bake, Broil and Convection elements. I tested the lower oven on bake at 350 degrees and tested the bake and broil elements and got 243V to both. While testing, I could not get the unit to duplicate the customers complaint of it not heating properly and showing that preheat was complete. I advised the customer of my testing and duplicated the tests for the customer and advise the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that they continue to use the unit and monitor the heating and if possible get a video of the unit if/when it fails. No repairs made at this time, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is freezing food at the top shelf off the RC. Upon arrival I inspected the unit and found that the seals and gaskets all good, I checked the set temps and found that they were set to 40? in the RC and -5? in the fc. At the moment there were no frozen items and no condensation in the unit. I checked the fc and found the there was some frost/ice on the bottom right side of the door that is keeping it slightly open. I corrected this and found that the door sealed up properly. I st the temp to the recommended temperature in each section. And also checked the defrost cycle to a 8hr cycle. And asked the customer to monitor the unit"

On arrival verified complaint of noise near end of cycle. Customer described it as repetitive knocking sound. Spoke to Andrew TL 7738083628 prior to arrival. TL noted what had been done previously but needed more information. Once on site ran error codes and found no error codes in system. Ran automatic test and when unit was braking after spin the shifter started to knock. Unit did spin and shift prior to that in early test no problem as well as shift between spin and agitate. Verified by hand the splutch and gearcase were not jammed up. Replaced shifter and cam. No belt debris and there was no gearcase oil anywhere either. Cap was functioning correctly. Documented with Chris at TL with new findings. Job complete operational test good. No leaks found during service.

I advanced through testing and found the drain pump come on, dispenser opened and the element is heating, but I did not hear the vent come on. The motor was making a humming noise as if it were locked up. I showed this to the customer and explained this could be part of the problem but I would order the parts and if that didnt fix it then she would need to get with the installer. "WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect noise complaint. I found the oven burner made a loud noise and there was a slight, detectable odor of unburnt gas. The air shutter on the burner tube had not been correctly set, resulting in a too lean condition. This created the blowtorch sound and also caused the gas to not be able to fully be consumed. I corrected the issue and tested. The unit operated as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through a high speed spin and can hear it the issue. The customer was explaining. Checked underneath the washer and found the cam and belt worn. Remove the belt and spun the basket by hand. Found the sound not coming from the actual gear case or basket itself. spun the motor and found the noise coming from the motor due to the windings opening up and causing a rub during the spin portion of the cycle. Ordering the motor for repair and will return with the cam and belt. Rescheduled the customer to 12/26.; ordrng 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the gas company rep told them the front right burner is leaking gas. Using my gas sniffer, I checked the entire unit and the gas lines/connections under the unit and found no signs of a leak. I removed the cooktop from the base and used the sniffer on all lines and connections and found no leaks. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all connections in the base and the gas line under the unit and found no signs of a leak. Customer advised it was only one time that it occurred and I suspect the knob may have been turned slightly to release the gas, but cant prove that at this time. I checked all line to orifice holder connections and found the center connector was slightly loose and tightened it. I advised the customer that the orifice holder will only release gas if the valve is open. I removed and replaced the front right burner valve manifold and checked connections for leaks and found none. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and tested temps in the FC=38 degrees. I tested temps at the ice maker and got 30 degrees. Once I closed the FC door, I found the left side was not sealing properly due to food items getting wedged between the bottom drawer and door. I adjusted the food items and closed the FC door and continued testing temps. The customer pointed out that the lights are delayed when opening the door. I tested the lights and found when I opened the right RC door, the lights failed to come on and the switch was in the open position. After a few seconds, the lights came on. I removed the deli drawer and inspected the deli control and harness and both are good. I closed all doors and waited approximately 30 seconds and then opened the FC door and found the lights not turning on and the FC door switch was in the open position. I pulled the unit out and tested the LED board and got 13.89VDC for the modules. Tested the pantry UI for the module and got 14VDC as well. Tested the RC door switches at the hv control at P2-1 to P1-2 and got 121V. Tested door switches at P3-1 to P2-1 and got same results. I removed and replaced the HV control and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. Also checked FC temps and they had dropped to 14 degrees. Tested the ice maker in test 57 and it is operating as designed. All lights come on and turn off when the doors are opened/closed and the open door light and deli light turn off when the doors are properly closed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I plugged the harness in and mounted the thermistor correctly. I tested the thermistors and fan. All are working as designed. I explained to the customer that their UI looked in good condition but it controls the defrost cycle on this unit and there is a possibility there could be an issue with it if this doesnt correct the problem. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main harness and cleaned the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Customer pointed out some scratches on the cooktop and I recommended they contact the manufacturer to discuss replacement as they are out of their 30 day cosmetic warranty. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with water in the bottom of the tub. I pressed the cancel button to start the drain pump and I could hear the pump motor but there was no water being drained out of the unit. I checked the disposal for the knockout and found it had been removed. I found the drain hose at the disposal was badly kinked (photo) and the hose was ziptied at the top of the cabinets under the sink. I removed the ziptie and adjusted the drain hose to loosen the kink and retested the unit drain pump and it is draining as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WDF331PAMS0 Arrived to inspect noise when starting. The customer described it as a loud, low frequency rumble, when the unit was first started. All functions were present and thee were no error codes. I found the drain tube assembly had been mis-routed and was barely resting upon the motor. When the unit would initially engage and drain, the tube would contact the pump and cause the issue. I was able to correct the routing and secure the drain line, correcting the issue. There were signs of leaking and inspecting the vent, I found it required correction of the gasket and additional sealing, correcting the issue as observed with the outer panel off and a full service test mode. I discussed and advised about detergent type and amount and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival ran vent test and test failed. Found vent hose and wall completely clogged with lint. Removed rear panel to inspect heating circuit components. Found cut off is OL. Need to replace cut off. Replaced cut off and test unit. Unit is now operating as designed . Advised customer that ventilation needs to be cleaned and recommended replacing vent hose. Job complete

On arrival verified complaint of unit not filling enough. Customer states only fills about 8 inches. Advised customer that is correct for normal cycle. Ran check for error codes there were none. Checked water flow for both valves and unit is working correctly. Unit is working s designed. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to inspect gas range oven not heating properly. I tested and found the ignitor glowing but no gas coming out. I tested amp draw at the ignitor and found it below 3 amps. I removed and replaced the ignitor and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.
